Region-related characteristics of human microelement adaptation shown by the North residents: Interrelation of physiological parameters with the body element content. Report 2

Lugovaya E.A., Maximov A.L., Sukhanova I.V.

Abstract

Based on the examined group of 17–21 year old young male residents of the continental area of Magadan region (the town of Susuman), the profiles of interrelations of anthropometric parameters as well as cardiovascular and respiratory systems with the 25 elements taken from the hair samples have been studied. The positive correlations were found: Zn with the growth-and-height characteristics; Co, Si, Ni, I with the heart rates; Mg with the expired oxygen content and blood oxygen capacity. The negative correlations were found: Pb, Hg, I, Cr with the anthropometric values; Mn, Na, Pb with the parameters of cardiovascular system. There were found the reverse interrelations of the systolic arterial pressure with Cr and Pb content, and the increased diastolic arterial pressure values that testified to peripheral vasoconstriction and negatively correlated to Mn and I. Also found were the reliable correlations between I, Cr, Ca, Mn, V, Hg, B and the body energetic-and-metabolic characteristics. Some of the interrelations are performed mediately through a chain of the element correlations, for example, Ca and Mg correlate with the anthropometric values through Cr.

Abstract

Modern data on neurobiomanagement of the central nervous system of patients of bronchial asthma are presented in the review of literature. The role of mechanisms of the central regulation in formation of neurorespiratory violations at patients with bronchial asthma is shown. Possibility of application of neurobiomanagement by a functional condition of the central nervous system (bioacoustic psychocorrection) in complex medical rehabilitation of patients by bronchial asthma is proved

THE METHOD OF TRANSOSSEOUS OSTEOSYNTHESIS BY ILIZAROV – A NEW QUALITY OF REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OSTEOMYELITIS WITH THE PRESENCE OF BONE CAVITIES

Lapynin A.I., Popova L.A.

Abstract

Management of 102 patients with chronic osteomyelitis accompanied by bone cavities was analyzed. Based on clinical and radiographic classification, techniques of controlled transosseous osteosynthesis were chosen and grounded for simultaneous elimination of bone cavities and associated orthopaedic lower limb pathology. The algorithm of rehabilitation and multi-criteria evaluation that had been developed to assess the outcomes allow us state that the Ilizarov method is a new flexible controlled system that results in the quality of medical and social rehabilitation of patients with chronic osteomyelitis.

INCIPIENT REHABILITATION AFTER ENDOPROSTHESIS REPLACEMENT OF LARGE JOINTS - PERMITTED LIMITS?

Nikolaev N.S., Andreeva V.E., Petrova R.V.

Abstract

The article discusses four years’ experience of the Centre of high medical technologies in organizing the early postoperative rehabilitation after endoprosthesis replacement of large joints of the lower limbs, the algorithm of rehabilitation measures in accordance with the standard indications for early activation of the patients, performs a description of recovery programs in groups according to the rehabilitation potential, analysis of the function of the operated joint on the international rating scales. Developed and used standardized complex of recovery treatment, early activation, method of passive mechanotherapy, nosotropic physical methods allow increasing the efficiency of patients’ treatment, restoring the lost range of motions, providing a good adaptation to the new biomechanical conditions of movement.

MAIN DIRECTIONS IN THE STUDY OF THE BIOMECHANICAL EXAMINATION OF PROPRIOCEPTIVE SYSTEM IN THE SPORT OF HIGH ACHIEVEMENTS

Andreev D.A., Borisova N.V., Karmazin V.V., Polyaev B.A., Polyaev B.B., Parastaev S.A., Feshchenko V.S.

Abstract

The article discusses the main ways of the development of biomechanics in sports medicine. The priorities of biomechanical examination of highly skilled athletes were identified, among them the priority of the development and introduction of methods of investigation and correction of proprioception. Examines the role of each type of biomechanical study of the proprioception of athletes which have high qualification, including diagnosis of functional viability of all types of proprioreceptors and assess of the proprioceptive control when performing special physical exercises. One of the most important components of proprioceptive sphere is postural control, and because of this the most important role in the structure of the examination of athletes skills should play stabilometric examination. This article also discusses advanced methods of biomechanical diagnostics in sports of the higher achievements, such as the diagnosis of musculoskeletal system using wireless inertial systems, including akselerometres, gyroscopes and magnetometers. Thus, the article shows the need of examination of propriceptive sphere in athletes because it allows sports doctors to objectively access the functional condition of neuro-muscular system and identify pre-clinical signs of motor disorders

RHEOLOGICAL AND CIRCULATORY DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE ARTERIAL AND VENOUS OBSTRUCTION AND MODERN APPROACHES TO THEIR RECOVERY

Alexsandrova A.P.

Abstract

State hyperviscosity blood in the body is a constant strain on the heart and circulatory system. The close interrelations between the viscosity of blood and the basic parameters of systemic hemodynamics and their mutal influence in each other is not specific to any particular fact-nosology and caused the physical laws of hydrodynamics. Pathological effect on the performance hemorheological disorders of blood circulation system: the higher the , the better represented in the history of patients with cardiovascular disease

Kuznetsov A.O., Kuznetsov V.I., Tarakanov S.A., Rassadina A.A.

Abstract

The biomechanical monitoring and modeling of the locomotor system diseases is one of the interesting areas of the up-to-date rehabilitation medicine. Such researches are required for prevention and correction of continuation of diverse pathologies of the locomotor system. The biomechanical monitoring and modeling realized by optical, electronic and informational technologies, on basis of anatomic and kinematics knowledge of the body. The reader’s attention offers this review and analysis of the modern systems of the modeling of the locomotor system and presentation of the most topical tendency of its continuation

Abstract

The article presents the study results of accommodation of the method of objective accommodation in persons visually-intense work without pathology of the vision. Authors have revealed high efficiency indicators objective accommodation (coefficients answer of accommodation, microfluctuations) in the diagnosis of functional disorders of accommodation. Indicated on the prospects of conducting of individual research aimed at the normalization of the indicators objective аккомодографии as within the limits of normative values, and the range of values that characterize various types of functional disorders of accommodation.

THE DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF PSYCHOMOTOR AND SENSORYFUNCTIONAL ASYMMETRIES AS A FACTOR OF PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTABILITY OF STUDENTS

Zvonikov V.M., Rojzman I.V.

Abstract

This article attempts to verify the experimental hypothesis, stating that dynamic changes in functional asymmetry are adaptive, regulatory acts that support optimal and functional body state. The focus of discussion being the study of functional asymmetry in students, the relationship of individual asymmetries, and existence of prevalent and dynamic indicators of genotypic and phenotypic manifestations of asymmetry. The article also reveals the typical characteristics of these indicators, including their adaptability by students.
