Abstract

The purpose of the study. This article describes the process of modeling the author’s system for assessing the sustainability of regional development, taking into account the conditions for the effective implementation of public administration regulations and the functioning of scientific institutions. The key elements of the system for assessing the sustainability of regional development are considered, and the importance of implementing each of the blocks is justified. In addition, this paper describes the relationship between the elements of the system for assessing the sustainability of regional development. The authors consider the features of the formation of a model for assessing sustainable regional development, highlight the basic stages, the implementation of which allows you to create and implement a model for assessing sustainable regional development. The aspects related to the effective implementation of public administration regulations and the functioning of scientific institutions and related to the model of the system for assessing the sustainability of regional development are studied. Conclusions. Recommendations are formulated regarding the development of a system for assessing the sustainability of regional development, taking into account the conditions for the effective implementation of public administration regulations and the functioning of scientific institutions.
