Аннотация

В течение 20 лет развития со дня своего основания Шанхайская организация сотрудничества добилась выдающихся достижений в области безопасности, экономического и гуманитарного сотрудничества. Благодаря древней, великой и многовековой истории и культуре региона ШОС, гуманитарное сотрудничество достигло ряда значительных результатов. Учрежден Форум ШОС, создан Университет ШОС, проведен ряд гуманитарных мероприятий, таких как «Год культуры», «Фестиваль культуры» и «Государственный год». Однако в процессе развития гуманитарное сотрудничество также столкнулось с рядом проблем, таких как недопонимание и разногласия, вызванные культурными различиями, сложной региональной ситуацией и неравномерным развитием гуманитарного сотрудничества. Вопрос о том, каким образом дальше стимулировать развитие гуманитарного сотрудничества ШОС и в полной мере реализовать его роль в рамках ШОС, требует дальнейшего изучения.
