Abstract
This article reviews issues of the international practice of combating the use of a slave labor. It provides the analysis of topical issues of the conceptual framework definition and distinction in the area under consideration and also exemplifies the most striking international legal cases. The article reveals the vision of the European Court of Human Rights concerning issues of combating the use of slave labor. It highlights national statutory regulations in the area of protecting people from the use of slave labor. The article provides a solution approach of the specified issues.
