Resumo
this article reviews issues of the international practice of combating trafficking in persons. It highlights the most pressing challenge and alarming trends in the european countries. The article also reveals certain practice cases of the European Court of human rights jurisdiction in this area. It provides the analysis of the international regulations directed to counter-trafficking in persons as to a socially dangerous phenomenon. This article puts emphasis upon the necessity of uniform application of a conceptual framework for the criminal policy formation on combating this type of crime.
