The PGT’s feasibility plays an important role in the oral anticoagulants (DOACs) administration, especially in the event of adverse reactions -hemorrhagic and thrombotic complications. According to the results of our study, personalized pharmacotherapy of dabigatran etexilate 110 and 150 mg reduced the frequency of bleeding (17,79 vs 18,10) and slightly exceeded the cost (cost difference was 216,55 rubles) compared with standard therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation in combination with chronic kidney disease. The PGT application can be used to improve the safety of DOAC pharmacotherapy. In the future, it is possible to decrease the costs of a medical organizations by reducing the cost of genetic tests.

Anemia is an urgent medical problem, according to World Health Organization, almost 2 million people suffer from this disease. Anemia is a common complication of diabetes mellitus, which worsens the quality of life, reduces exercise tolerance, and also affects the development of chronic complications of diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular pathology. The purpose of the study: to determine the prevalence of anemic syndrome in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Unproductive cough is one of the most frequent complaints in COVID-19, therefore, levodropropizine, a peripheral antitussive agent, was prescribed to 98 patients for its treatment (basic group). The comparison group consisted of 29 patients with COVID-19 with the same complaints who voluntarily refused to take the specified drug. As a result of the study, it was found that during 7 days of treatment with levodropropizine, the intensity and severity of dry cough during the day and at night significantly decreased.

The aim of the study is to analyze chronotypes, sleep quality, laboratory and instrumental indicators depending on the level of melatonin sulfate in urine. The obtained data may allow reliably assessing and monitoring the level of blood pressure in patients with arterial hypertension with insomnia.

Purpose: to identify the relationship between hypercholesterolemia (HC) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD) risk factors. Material and methods. 90 people from a random sample, divided into 2 groups (with HC and normal cholesterol levels) were examined. Results. Close associations of HC with increased body mass index, nutritional habits, levels of blood pressure, incidence of coronary heart disease, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes were noted. Conclusions. Individuals with HC need to take adequate doses of statins with constant monitoring.

Hypertension is a leading predictor of cerebrovascular, cardiovascular diseases and chronic kidney disease. There is an annual increase in patients of working age with this disease. One of the significant methods of prevention of cardiovascular complications is dispensary observation.
