FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING STRUCTURES BIOPHARMACEUTICAL CLUSTER
Abstract
The article describes the basic principles of clustering, analyzed the experience of cluster formation in the developing world, and the main differences and similarities. Compiled a conditional model, which displays basic principles of the structure of biopharmaceutical cluster in the modern world.
THE HOUSING POLICY AT THE MODERN TIME IN THE TOWN OF ORENBURG
Abstract
This article raises questions about development housing in planning structure in the town of Orenburg. The author talks about the development housing since founding of the town of Orenburg and identifies the main historical stages and living buildings. The main attention is on the development housing at the modern time. For the most part it is new type of housing for example multi-storey residential complex, townhouse, individual dwelling. On the basis of the analysis, that was made the author gives some recommendations for the further development of the housing policy of Orenburg.
COMPOSITIONAL METHOD AS REASON FOR THE DISAPPEARANCE OF TRADITIONAL LANGUAGE AND TRADITIONAL FUNCTION. STAGES OF METHOD’S GENESIS
Abstract
The interrelation of Compositional Design Method, language and function is viewed. Under transition from traditional to modern culture with its concepts of game and binary opposition Compositional Method denies traditional language and traditional function, but in the current situation this denial is presented by compromise – imitation and experiments.
RESEARCH OF OIL REFINING PLANT WASTEWATER’S ONE-STAGE BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT
Abstract
The article reports on the research results of wastewater’s biological treatment at Novokuibyshevsk oil refining plant using the technology of nitrification - denitrification. The paper reveals the possibility of meeting modern requirements for treated water quality by nitrogen compounds while treating industrial wastewater without mixing it with municipal wastewater. Necessary dependencies and technological parameters for choosing the mode of experimental and production use of treatment structures by one-stage scheme with nitrification-denitrification are given.
PROSPECTS FOR THE STUDY OF SLUDGE WATERWORKS IN ROSTOV-ON-DON AS SOILS
Abstract
A promising use of waterworks sludge as soil, which would solve both the reclamation and recycling of sludge treatment plant. Based on the experimental studies on the structure, chemical composition and fertilizing properties of sludge shows a possible implementation of the feasibility of the process.
WAYS OF IMPROVING THE TREATMENT OF DIFFICULT OXIDIZED WASTE WATER
Abstract
The authors give a short review on the existing of ways of treatment difficult oxidized waste water. The results of the study authors in the field of process intensification oxidation in membrane reactor in the presence of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysers.
NONSTATIONARY WATER FLOW PARAMETERS ANALYSIS IN THE FLOWING ZONE THAT IS PAST WEIR
Abstract
Supercritical water flow passing through the broadcrested weir has been experimentally examined. Engineering-based results on hydraulic-jump wave length and conjugated depths measurement considering the weir geometrical characteristics changers.
THE IMPACT OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTIONS OF DANGEROUS INDUSTRIAL OBJECTS ON ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Abstract
There are considered notions of ecological and industrial safety. There are given examples of the damage of structures of industrial buildings. There are considered reasons of occurrence of possible accidents of buildings at the industrial enterprises and the drawbacks of the system of industrial safety of buildings and structures.
RESTORATION COMPRESSED REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES BUILDINGS
Abstract
The article describes the main provisions: a method for assessing the severity of thermal damage of compressed reinforced concrete structural elements; methods of reducing residual tensile thermal stresses in compressed working armature element; recommendations for restoring lost in fire performance of compressed elements of reinforced concrete structures of buildings and installations.
EFFECT OF TREATMENT PLANTS ON ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Abstract
Water treatment and returning the treated water into the production is very important for refining and petrochemical industries. The technical condition of wastewater and water treatment with characteristic lesions of structural elements significantly affect the ecology of the environment and the plant area with flooding possible contamination of groundwater. These issues are discussed based on a survey of individual objects petrochemicals.
INCREASING THE RISK OF OPERATING FACILITIES CLEANING DRAINS
Abstract
Petrochemical and refining industries distinguished by a large consumption of water. To clean it, and return to the production system is needed sewage treatment plants. On how to effectively operate the system depends ecology of the environment. In many enterprises, because of the difficult conditions of continuous operation and untimely repairs of structures , sewage treatment plants in operation in disrepair. Because of the damage elements structures occur leakage affecting the change of the underground environment, requiring monitoring.
MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF HEAT-SHIELDING CHARACTERISTICS OF SAND FREE LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE WALL STONES
Abstract
The article reports on theoretical research results of sand free lightweight concrete wall stones’ thermal protective properties. Calculated values of resistance referred to stone wall masonry’s thermal exchange on cement-sand and “warm” mortars are got using the method worked out by the article writersCalculation of three-dimension thermal fields in the external wall fragment was performed by using the method of finite elements provided in “ANSIS” software package.
ASSESSMENT OF DECREASE IN ENERGY CONSUMPTION ON PRODUCTION EXPANDED CLAY WHEN USING ALGORITHM OF THE COORDINATED MANAGEMENT BY THE FURNACE
Abstract
Presents the results of the analysis of efficiency of application of the harmonized automatic control modes of operation of the burner and the drive boot the rotary kiln for firing of expanded clay. On the example of the furnace size of× 40 m, in which fired raw clay smushlaevsk’s Deposit, the possibility to reduce energy consumption for production of 1 m 3 of expanded clay 11-to 15 %.
QUALITY AND RELIABILITY OF THERMAL PERFORMANCE OF BUILDINGS
Abstract
The issues of quality and reliability of thermal performance of buildings in the current conditions, the design and operation in accordance with the new requirements of building regulations in the light of saving fuel and energy resources and the economy. We present the theory of heating calculation of building envelopes using probabilistic methods.
