In the article, the author examines the content of the concept of "leadership style" from the standpoint of the ethical orientation of the Manager on the case\\relationship. The author's typology of leadership styles based on the ratio of ethical orientations of the head is proposed. The author identifies the following types of leadership styles: authoritarian-technocratic, participatory, paternalistic, and communal. A brief description of each management style is given

Postmodernism, which we still tend to call “era”, is giving way to the next “era” now seen as “after-postmodernism”, now badged “post-post-mo”, now viewed as Neo-Renaissance. The author belongs to the last point of view. In order to appear in this last hypostasis, the new paradigm must be largely opposed to the former postmodernism, as in its time the classical Renaissance contrasted itself with the classical Middle Ages. In this article, classical postmodernism of the twentieth century is considered as the New Middle Age with all characteristic features of the classical millennium, and main traits of the coming New Renaissance are outlined.

The paper is devoted to understanding the connection between science and the knowing human (scientist), which boils down to two constructive forms of identity: first, the importance of human cognition to be the instrument of (scientific) knowledge and, secondly, the value of knowledge for man as man is realized as the subject of scientific and cognitive activity. The article is devoted to understanding the concept of «social organism», which was developed by representatives of the organic school in sociology. The author conducts a consistent analysis of this concept’s genesis, identifies promising ways for its use in the modern sociological researches.

The article considers the problem of the correlation of different cultures in modern socio-philosophical epistemology. An attempt is made to go beyond the methodology of justifying the coexistence of many cultures in a single space and integration into a new space of a transcendental field. Thus, it becomes possible to resolve the theoretical contradictions of modern social discourse, which consist in the disunity of the “world of cultures” and the “world of life”. The limited discourse of multiculturalism presents it as comprehensive to justify the cultural diversity of modern social space. As a result, the need is ripening for the realization of the “single unity of an accomplished being,” thanks to which it becomes possible to find the unity of the experienced world. The formulation of the question thus developed makes it possible to consider the space of organization of meanings and differences from a new perspective.

The research is devoted to understanding the transformations of the subject and method of biological Sciences in the context of philosophy and methodology of the XXI century. Tracing the trends of inter-and transdisciplinary trends in modern science. The author pays attention to the humanitarization of biological Sciences. Changing the traditional manner of philosophical analysis becomes inevitable when considering such acute problems as the development and possibilities of genetic engineering, biogeocenosis engineering, the interaction of the biosphere and man. The need to address these challenges led to the formation of a new cluster of Sciences: ecological ethics, bioethics, sociobiology, biosemiotics.
