Abstract
Assessment methodology of economic effectiveness of different territories is uniform and does not depend on size and
structure of a territory. However, certain methodological assessment techniques could be different, according to the
characteristics mentioned. The type of the complex and special features of the problem being solved are of particular
importance when choosing a research method.
