The strategy of investment attractions in Russian industry

Abstract

It is considered the problems of foreign investment attractions in the real sector of economy and the ways of their solution. In the authors' opinions, the solution is in the creation of the competitiveness clusters of vertically interrelated sectors of economy, and also in affecting the special area status to basic economic regions, cities or agglomerations wits giving special grants to foreign investors for development of specific industrial clusters.
