Биологические и клинико-морфологические аспекты учения о метастазировании злокачественных опухолей

Аннотация

С клинической и особенно прогностической точки зрения метастазирование представляет собой важнейший этап в патогенезе злокачественных опухолей. Именно поэтому его усиленно изучают. За последние 5-6 лет объем научной информации по этой проблеме резко возрос. Опубликовано огромное число данных, полученных в онкологической практике, онкоморфологии, экспериментальной онкологии, онкоцитогенетике и биохимии новообразований. В статье, имеющей обзорный характер, суммированы и обсуждены новейшие сведения по проблеме метастазирования, представленные в трудах по указанным областям онкологии, а также результаты собственных работ.
