Abstract
In a second-bearing woman, on the 3rd day after the onset of labor, with a transverse neglected position (t° 38.8°; pulse 120), the author exfoliated both arms in the shoulder joint, perforated the spine in the lower cervical part, removed the lower part of the fetal body (with legs ), and then, having squeezed out part of the brain through the spinal canal, removed the head.

У второродящей, на 3-й день послѣ начала родовъ, при поперечномъ запущенномъ положеніи (t° 38,8°; пульсъ 120), авторъ вылущилъ обѣ ручки въ плечевомъ суставѣ, перфорировалъ позвоночникъ въ нижнешейной части, удалилъ нижній отдѣлъ туловища плода (съ ножками), а затѣмъ, выдавивши часть мозга чрезъ позвоночный каналъ, удалилъ головку. Инструменты обеззараживались кипяткомъ и 2% растворомъ карболовой кислоты, но обстановка была въ высшей степени грязная. На 11-й день послѣ операціи авторъ увидѣлъ родильницу здоровой, занятой по хозяйству. Никакихъ патологическихъ явленій въ половомъ аппаратѣ не было.
