M. Lutokhin. — Zam оka about gallbladder skidѣ .- (Vrachebnya Notes, 1897, No. 14 and 15, p. 240).
In a second-bearing 25 years old, a fetal egg was shed, when examined with a magnifying glass, it turned out that it was a blister drift in the earliest period of development, which captured the villi of the last and the entire chorion Iaege. The author of the last day concludes that the process began very early, even before the differentiation of the fleecy membrane into chorion frondosum and chorion iaege. On microscopic preparations, perfectly pronounced villi were visible, with a significantly reduced amount of base cells and a large accumulation of interstitial matter.

М. Лутохинъ.—Замѣтка о пузырномъ заносѣ.—(Врачебныя Записки, 1897 г., № 14 и 15, стр. 240).
У второродящей 25 лѣтъ выдѣлено плодное яйцо, при осмотрѣ котораго съ помощью лупы оказалось, что это былъ пузырный заносъ въ самомъ раннемъ періодѣ развитія, захватившій ворсины послѣда и весь chorion Іаеѵе. Авторъ изъ послѣдняго заключаетъ, что процессъ начался очень рано, еще до дифференцировки ворсистой оболочки на chorion frondosum и chorion Іаеѵе. На микроскопическихъ препаратахъ были видны прекрасно выраженныя ворсины, съ значительно уменьшеннымъ количествомъ клѣтокъ основы и большимъ скопленіемъ межуточнаго вещества. Эпителій ворсинъ плохо выраженъ, эпителіальныхъ отростковъ нѣтъ. Отпадающая гиперемирована, содержитъ въ себѣ кровоизліянія и инфильтраты. Вѣроятно, измѣненія въ отпадающей явились причиной болѣзненнаго развитія яйца (endometritis decidualis?). За послѣдніе 8 лѣтъ въ акушерской клиникѣ Московскаго университета на 5500 родовъ было 4 случая заноса, изъ которыхъ только описанный представилъ пораженіе всего chorion Іаеѵе.
