Investigation of pancreas neuroendocrine organization of some fishes’ species ( Pisces)

Abstract

Immunhistochemical analysis of endocrine pancreas innervation of fishes was spent on 6 species (22 specimen) – Brown-banded cat shark ( Ch. punctatum Müller and Henle, 1838), Motoro Sting Ray ( P. motoro Müller & Henle, 1841), Sterlet (A. ruthenus L., 1758), Anguilla river ( A. anguilla L., 1758), Trout rainbow ( S. irideus L., 1758), Pike usual ( E. lucius L., 1758). Antibodies to glucagon (Lab Vision), insulin (Sigma), neuron specific enolase (Lab Vision), neuron specific β-III tubulin (Abcam), S-100 (Lab Vision), synaptophysin (Abcam) end neuropeptide Y (Abcam) were used for immunhistochemical study. Two mechanism of control functional activity of pancreas were detected. One of them (archaic mechanism) is under construction on immediate regulation of activity endocrine end exocrine cells and functions by means of peripheral nervous system. The other operates by means of synthesis of signal endocrine cells’ neuropeptides.

VARIABILITY OF PARAMETERS OF NEPHRITIC VEINS IN THE COURSE OF AGING

Abstract

146 preparations of kidneys of people, at the age from 21 years till 85 years which were lost from diseases, not connected with a pathology urological system are investigated. Methods of anatomic preparation are used and 146 corrosion preparations of venous system of a kidney of the person are made. Also the data 76 МСКТ and 34 МРТ has been used. The morphometry data was processed by methods of variation statistics on the personal computer under programs «Excel» (Ver.10.2701) and «Statwin» (Ver.5.1). The research analysis has shown that with the years there is a gradual increase in diameters of nephritic veins (till 50 years), however this process proceeds non-uniformly. Parts of a nephritic vein differ the form, in the sizes, a wall structure, individually changeable, and have topometrytical features. External diameter, thickness of a wall, internal diameter and the area of cross-section section of a gleam, the relation of a thickness of a wall to diameter of a gleam of parts of a nephritic vein, change in the course of aging non-uniformly.

MORPHOFUNCTIONAL FEATURES OF THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF THE OESOPHAGUS IN THE CASES OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMAOF VARYING SEVERITY

Abstract

Studying morphofunional conditions of a mucous membrane of oesophagus of patients with a bronchial asthma of different severity became the research objective. We confirmed the combination of a bronchial asthma with eosinophilicesophagitis and nonspecific chronic esophagitis, aggravated in process of asthma progressing. In the work the necessity of differentiated tactics and conducting of the patients with bronchial asthma in the cases of accompanying pathology of oesophagus is scientifically grounded. We notice a problem of insufficient diagnostics and ineffective treatment of eosinophilic esophagitis in the cases of bronchial asthma.

CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION SYSTEM OF MENTAL Architectonics

Abstract

In the present study attempts to provide the logic of the construction of cerebral architectonics of the systemic organization of mental activity that combines physical and physiological information (ideal) processes in their close cooperation. Information processes in the brain, as a wave and discrete atomic processes, probably closely related to a discrete organization, which is close to quantum physics, but in living organisms, they certainly have the qualitative features.

NEUROVISCERAL COUPLING DURING EMOTIONAL RESPONDING IN MAN

Abstract

Assessment of defensive behavior in the cardiovascular system is based on the presentation of an intense aversive unexpected stimulus that prompts a specific phasic cardiovascular reactivity pattern (usually HR and arterial BP reactivity) coined as the cardiac defense response (CDR). The CDR indexes activity of the defensive motivational system and behavioral coping programs. Using the CDR as a model of defensive behavior, the aim was to analyze putative contribution of brain oscillations into central mechanisms of enhanced cardiovascular stress reactivity in arterial hypertension patients. To address this issue the CDR was elicited in controls (n=19) and naive unmedicated hypertensives (n=17). Heart rate (HR) and arterial blood pressure (BP), based on the beat-by-beat technology (Finometer®) along with 64-channel EEG were simultaneously recorded while the 3 CDR were sequentially evoked. As for the neurophysiological analysis of the CDR’s time-course the event-related synchronization/desynchronization (ERD/ERS) of EEG in different frequency bands was calculated throughout the all recorded CDRs. It was revealed that long-latency BP increases in hypertensives were marked by lack of the alpha-2 (10-12 Hz) ERS over the central and centro-parietal cortex bilaterally. On the contrary, the controls manifested alpha-2 ERS over these regions which was concomitant to the lowered long-latency BP reactivity. High frequency brain alpha oscillations of the centro-parietal cortex are involved into the top-down inhibitory control of BP stress reactivity, and arterial hypertension may be associated with the deficiency of this mechanism.

COMPARATIVE NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE SUPPORT AND USEFUL ADJUSTING RESULT: LOGIC AND FACTS

Abstract

In the article the physiological principles and processes are stated from the point of view of the theory of functional systems of the academician P. K. Anokhin. On the basis of development of these representations, and also received experimental dates the concept about result as system-organization factor is offered. Useful adaptation effect determinate physiological process occurring in the central nervous system of the basis of feed back afferents about parameters of result of action to the neurons included in structure of the towards model of results of action. The logic and experimental dates of representation about result at a regulation of blood pressure level, feed behavior and social form of activity of the man are given. Are considered neurophysiological processes at goal-directed activity of animal, underlying formations useful of result as «effect» in system (reinforcement).

ABOUT THE CONNECTION BETWEEN VEGETATIVE NERVOUS SYSTEM TONUS AND FUNCTIONAL INTERHEMISPHERIC BRAIN ASYMMETRY AMONG PUPILS DEPRIVED OF HEARING

Abstract

121 pupils of specialized boarding school for deaf children and children with poor hearing were examined. While the four year research of vegetative nervous system (VNS) tonus and individual display of functional interhemispheric brain asymmetry it was found out that the adaptation of deaf pupils and pupils with poor hearing happens with higher tonus of sympathetic section of vegetative nervous system than among pupils with good hearing. It was also found the connection between VNS tension with interhemispheric brain asymmetry and hearing factor.

CONVENTIONAL RESPIRATORY REFLEX TO INCREASED RESPIRATORY RESISTANCE AS AN EXPERIMENTAL MODEL OF ADAPTIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract

State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Ryazan State Medical University named after academician I.P. Pavlov” of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation, Ryazan In the article it’s verified that conventional respiratory reflex to resistive load is the organism’s multicomponent reaction which can be used adequately as a model of adaptive human activity due to some methodical advantages: rapid reflex formation, relative strength, distinct quantitative evaluation criteria of components, relative simplicity of fulfillment of the methods. A step-like change in reinforcement of congenital respiratory reflex essentially rebuilts spatiotemporal structure of adaptive activity as well as its physiological cost.

Expression of GABA transporter (GAT-1) and GLIAL FIDRILLAR ACIDIC PROTEIN (GFAP) in maturated human neocortex

Abstract

GABA transporter (GAT-1) distribution in the human neocortex sulcuses (fetus from 14 weeks prenatal till four years old human) was researched by immunohistochemistry method. Intensive GAT-1 positive staining in the fissure lip from fetus neocortex was detected. GAT-1 positive staining decreased with different intensivity in the sulcuses and in the straight surfaces of neocortex, depended of fetus age. After birth the lips and the straight surfaces of neocortex was stained uniform, but was kept the decay of labeling in the fissures. From 26 till 33 prenatal weeks GAT-1 positive terminals innervated subventricular/ventricular zone, where they blocked cell progenitor proliferation, whereby triggered the astrocytic differentiation.

HISTORICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE RESEARCH OF PERSONALITY IN THE CONDITIONS OF ILLNESS

Abstract

This work is devoted to the historical and methodological analysis of three approaches to the problem of personality and searching of the bases of their correlation in research and diagnostic practice. The first approach is based on the I.V.Davydovsky-S.N.Davidenkov's pathogenetic concept. The second approach uses the concept of personality of the Soviet psychological school of L.S.Vygotsky and A.N.Leontev. The third approach is based on pre-revolutionary traditions of the philosophical and anthropological approach to understanding of personality. Discrepancies between methodology and the methodical tools in modern clinical pathopsychological practice are considered and the conclusion about the presence of system-methodological inversion in the system of relations among sciences resulting from the revolution in the approach to the problem of personality is made.

Ultrasound duplex scanning in evaluation of long-term results of reconstructive surgery in patients with peripheral occlusive arterial disease

Abstract

The most frequently used operations in patients with peripheral occlusive arterial disease are aorto-femoral bypass (AFB) and femoro-popliteal bypass (FPB). In cases non suitable for direct reconstruction femoro-femoral cross-over grafting (FFCG) is used. One of the most frequent causes of unsatisfactory long-term results of reconstructive surgery in patients with peripheral occlusive arterial disease is restenosis in reconstruction area. One of the most frequently used methods of evaluation of reconstruction area alteration is ultrasound duple x scanning (UDS) of arteries of lower extremity. The abstract represents the analysis of efficacy of ultrasound duplex scanning in evaluation of long-term results of reconstructive surgery in patients with peripheral occlusive arterial disease. The study included 52 patients. The patients were divided into three groups according to the method of operative treatment used: AFB was performed in 13 patients, FFCG was performed in 9 patients, FPB was performed in 25 patients.
