Abstract

The purpose of research - a comparative estimation of populations radical and outside the population on frequency of occurrence discrete types of constitution. It is revealed, that under influence of factors of the North authentic deviations in distribution somatothypes, and with expressed sexual dimorphism, not only at natives of the North, but also migrants the second, third generations are observed. Authentically higher percent of occurrence of lefthanders among aboriginals is found out. At men occurrence lefthanders, than among women authentically is higher. At aboriginals of the North more often occurrence evening chronotypes is observed. At women the rhythmic organization is expressed more precisely, in comparison with men.

MORFOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF IMMUNE SYSTEM OF BALB/C MICE AFTER CORRECTION MICROFLORA DISTURBANCES BY «ENTEROCINE» AND «COLIBACTERINE» PROBIOTICS

Ovcharova A.N., Mikhailova L.p., Serebryakov S.N., Makarova O.V., Kozlovsky Y.E., Matevosyan K.S., Tikhonova N.B.

Abstract

Normalization of intestinal microflora disturbances by probiotics «Enterocine» and «Colibacterine» treatment has been revealed after experimental dysbiotical condition, induced by antibiotics. The «Enterocine» is much more effective then «Colibacterine», because of higher content of E.coli and increasing number of Enterococci in intestinal microflora of «Enterocine» treated mice. Both probiotics lead to normalization of thymus and spleen morphology and function.

Abstract

During the period 2006-2007 there were allocated and analysed 457 clinical shtamms of activators of heavy nozocomial infections. The leaders of pathogens at various forms of intrahospital complications are the specimens of gramm negative microflorae - Acinetobacterses spp. (16,63 %) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (14,44 %), the enterococcus were allocated in 13,35 % of cases, the clebsiels – in 11,6 %, the intestinal stick and coagulazo-positive staphylococcus were met practically with identical frequency (9,63 % and 8,75 % accordingly). It is necessary to note enough the high densities of mushrooms of sort Candida (6,35 %). It was noted the statistically significant prevalence of microbic associations among the bacteria grammpositive and grammnegative, the hospital infectious process was confirmed. The seasonal prevalence of shtamms allocation is analysed: the peak of purulent – septic complications in ОRIT is in years months - June (17,3 %) and August (10,0 %), and also for April and October (9,8 % and 9,5 % accordingly); the minimal diseases is registered in winter months. It is more often the nozocomial infection among the young men and women of the most efficient age (20-45 years).

Nikulina N.N.

Abstract

The fatal and nonfatal cases of acute CHD were actively revealed among 81 841 population for 6 months by review of medical out-patient cards, hospital medical histories, ambulance reports, acts of civil status, autopsy reports and premortal symptoms. The specified cardiovascular mortality amounted 57.4% of adults (≥18years) mortality (vs statistical level of 61.1%, р>0.05). CHD as cause of death was not confirmed in 29.1% cases (р<0.01). As a result of detection of acute CHD induced out-ofhospital deaths the specified acute CHD death-rate exceeded the statistic level in 2.4 times (р<0.001) and out-of-hospital mortality mounted to 61.1% (statistic rate - 19.0%).

The study results revealed the overdiagnosis of CHD as cause of death with significant depreciation of acute CHD death-rate, especially in out-of-hospital death cases.

NEUROPSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT FORMS OF PARKINSON’S DISEASE

Starikov A.S., Butova V.M.

Abstract

An extent of alteration of motor unit potentials (MUP) in Parkinson’s disease directly depends on the form of the disease. In patients with the shaking-rigid form a decrease in duration of MUP is mostly observed and more common is increase in the amplitude of MUP. All patients with different forms of the disease equally regard their disease as a psychotraumatic factor that impairs their quality of life and restricts their role in the society.

THE PROBLEMS OF REHABILITATION OF THE PATIENTS AFTER THE EXTREMITY AMPUTATION

Shvalb P.G., Baranov C.B.

Abstract

Quality of a life of patients with a chronic critical ischemia of the lower extremities and an ineffectual attempt of the restoration of a blood-groove before amputation, after amputation and at a stage of prosthetics with the help of own questionnaire with special specificity is analysed.

The indications to the amputation and reamputation the of the lower extremity are formulated.

It is shown, that the duly and correctly executed amputation without the general and local complications in the postoperative period though results to the disablement (invalidisation), but as it is paradoxical sounds, it improves some aspects of quality of a life of the patient. Therefore the amputation is one of regular, though also undesirable methods of treatment of patients in a stage of a critical ischemia.

The conclusion is made, that process of rehabilitation of patients in a stage of a critical ischemia with ineffectual attempt of restoration of a blood-groove after the extremity amputation depending on a way of movement proceeds during 2 periods.

EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SYSTEMATIC MEDIASTINAL BILATERAL LYMPH DISSECTION IN THE SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LUNG CARCINOMA

Tchernyh A.V.

Abstract

The systematic lymph dissection, a drastic treatment procedure in the surgical treatment of lung carcinoma, is declared to be an operative procedure helping to assess the true extent of a neoplastic [tumor] process. From the 300 operative interventions the 150 (50,0%) came to “expanded” operations which were followed by a systematic lymph dissection from principal considerations. The other 150 (50,0%) patients were operated typically without any systematic mediastinal lymph dissection. The general five-year probability of survival (equal to 30%), while the postoperative lethality is equal to 6,7%, speaks for a surgical assistance of a good quality in the clinical hospital. To present day 254 (85,0% from the 300) patients have been watched over.

EFFECTIVENESS OF BODY-SECTION RADIOGRAPHY IN DETERMINATION OF LYMPHOGENIC SPREAD OF RECTAL CANCER

Kolesnikova N.O., Khubezov D.A.

Abstract

For choice of optimal volume of resection in rectal cancer we need to clearly realize the degree of local tumor’s invasion (T-criteria), and also presence or absence of lymphogenous dissemination of tumor (N-criteria). MRI was done in 60 patients , suffered from rectal cancer. Use of MRI allows reliably to find the degree of lateral and lymphogenous dissemination of the process and to evaluate the optimal volume of resection. In evaluation of local tumor’s invasion (T-criteria) MRI had sensitivity 91.2 %, specificity 96.7 %, in metastases in lymphnodes evaluation (N-criteria) sensitivity 78.3 %, specificity 95 %.
