Оценка эффективности локальной криотерапии после эндопротезирования коленного сустава в раннем послеоперационном периоде. Систематический обзор литературы

Аннотация
Представлен обзор литературы, посвящённой клинической эффективности различных методов локальной криотерапии после эндопротезирования коленного сустава в раннем послеоперационном периоде. Поиск литературы проводился по ключевым словам «криотерапия», «эндопротезирование коленного сустава» в базах данных Medline.ru, «КиберЛенинка», E-Library, PubMed, Cochrane. Дата проведения поиска — 01.07.2023 г. В обзор включены исследования, в которых проводилась оценка эффективности криотерапии после эндопротезирования коленного сустава в раннем послеоперационном периоде. Согласно стратегии электронного поиска, найдено 562 реферата, в обзор включено 16 исследований. Хотя пациенты имели схожие характеристики, между исследованиями наблюдалась значительная гетерогенность по способам криотерапии, длительности и кратности холодового воздействия. Вероятно, это послужило причиной противоречивых результатов данного обзора. В настоящий момент трудно сделать однозначный вывод о преимуществах и недостатках использования криотерапии после эндопротезирования коленного сустава. Необходимы высококачественные исследования по оценке эффективности криотерапии.
