AGGRESSION AND SUICIDAL BEHAVIOR: NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS
Ivanov О.V., Еgorov А.Y.
Abstract
Based on the literature and our own experimental data, various neuropsychological aspects of aggression and suicidal behavior are discussed. In individuals with suicidal behavior significant changes of the functional brain asymmetry in all levels - metabolic, structural and functional - are observed. Lateralization profile changes in suicidal behavior include motor, sensory and cognitive asymmetry. Persons with suicidal behavior are likely to have their own neuropsychological patterns that differ from those without suicidal behavior. The dependence between level of aggressiveness and hostility and the preponderance of the left motor and sensory profiles of asymmetry together with the predominance of right-hemisphere activity have been found. These data indicate to the existence of a correlation between brain asymmetry and human aggression.

Korolenko T.P., Shpiks T.A.
Abstract
Self-harm behavior in women, aged 13-29, with borderline personality disorder is described and analyzed. It is shown that self-harm behavior is not equivalent to the suicidal one and presents complicated phenomenon that cannot be explained in simplified terms as demonstrative or suicidal ones. Psychological content and the dynamic of self-mutilation correspond to the same peculiarities of other process addictions. They reflect, in particular, a desire to escape from the dread of annihilation and psychic fragmentation through the experience of physical pain. Diffuse non-cohesive identity is established as the core sign of the observed disorder. The role of dysfunctional family, distancing mother, addictive father and child abuse is emphasized.

RESEARCH OF BIOELECTRIC BRAIN ACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH NEUROTIC DISORDERS (FOR THE PURPOSE OF PATHOGENETIC AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS)
Schultz Е.V., Karvasarsky B.D., Baburin Y.N., Vasiljeva А.V.
Abstract
140 patients with acute and lingering forms of neurotic and neuroses-like disorders were studied; normal sample consisted of 24 persons (control group) in the age from 17 to 63. Similar changes in spectral, visual and fractal characteristics of bioelectrical brain activity were found in all patients groups, demonstrating the dysfunction of brain systems, which essentially influence its organization. Available specific organization of electric activity was established for each of considered nosological categories allows using their comprehensive evaluation for the solving of one of the most important tasks - differential diagnostic between neurotic and neuroses-like disorders.

EFFECT OF ANTIHISTAMINES OF GENERATION IION COGNITIVE FUNCTION OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC URTICARIA
Skorohodkina O.V., Mendelevich V.D., Klyucharova A.R.
Abstract
In order to determine the effect of antihistamines of II generation on the cognitive function of patients with chronic urticaria, 88 patients of mild and moderate severity of CU were examined. Patients took a basic therapy of histamine receptor blockers of II generation. The effectiveness of therapy was assessed by the dynamics of the main clinical symptoms and cognitive changes with the test to assess attention (Krepelin-Shulte) and a test to assess the activity of thinking by I.M. Luschihina. We observed decrease of cognitive function in patients, who took cetirisin and levocetirisine.

MODERN PRESENTATIONS OF THE TREMOR
Zalyalova Z.A.
Abstract
The types of tremor differ in the rate of generation, the conditions of occurrence, and the association with other motor disorders and require meticulous medical analysis. Most diseases are accompanied by tremor progress, resulting in limitations of working capacity and domestic activities. Existing information on heterogeneity and polysimptomatics of essential tremor, blurred boundaries of diagnosis of dyastonic and essential tremor, or trembling forms of Parkinson's disease and essential tremor, a variety of generation sources of different variants of tremor, uncertainty of specificity of drug and neurosurgical treatments, need to be confirmed by large, placebo-controlled, randomized, blind study.
