本报告介绍了磁共振成像结果与脑电图的功能评估对比,这些结果是在医疗飞行委员会上获得的,对象是348名被诊断为“健康” 的A.K. Serov Higher Military School of Pilots机构年轻飞行员。根据磁共振断层扫描数据,41名(11.7%)飞行员发现不同程度和定位的脑脊液空间扩张,根据医疗和飞行委员会的结论,这是飞行服务的禁忌症。不过,作者确信,磁共振成像检测到的许多先天性大脑结构特征都是正常解剖结构的变体。在对所有脑电图进行解码后,有 40 个病例(11.5%)出现了异常,包括 α 和 β 节律。在1例(0.3%)病例中,磁共振成像和脑电图也发现了变化。结果表明,脑电图上的异常与磁共振成像检测到的变化无关。因此,在 1 名(0.3%)飞行员的脑电图上检测到的变化没有明显的振幅重音,而根据磁共振成像,在小脑后部区域观察到了厚度达 10 毫米的扩大的脑脊液空间。研究强调,有必要明确医疗和飞行委员会对有此类发现”的飞行员的策略,以便客观地预测其继续服役的真正风险。因此,建议对具有上述特征的年轻飞行员进行更多研究,将磁共振成像和脑电图数据与压力测试、精神功能和学习潜力进行比较。
