本文介绍了对现有文献资料的分析结果，这些文献资料涵盖了俄罗斯联邦和一些外国医疗保健系统医疗质量评估的历史和现代方面。说明了改进俄罗斯联邦武装部队医疗质量评估方法的相关性和可行性。迄今为止，俄罗斯联邦卫生系统有许多评估医疗质量的方法，但没有一种方法包含一套全面评估所提供医疗质量的标准。在俄罗斯联邦武装部队中，评估医疗质量的方法也不完善，导致管理决策的有效性下降，从而降低了军事医疗组织、单位和单位的活动效率。为此，有必要继续积极制定医疗质量的评价指标和标准，采用新的评价方法，包括使用自动化手段记录和分析数据，以及改进医疗服务的程序和标准。最有希望的方向是使用综合方法来评估医疗护理的效果和质量，这种方法最近已得到广泛应用。它们的使用确保了对保健要求遵守情况的全面监测，调查了提供保健的条件，评估了病人的满意度，并优化了评价本身的程序。此外，为了提高所开展工作的有效性，有必要确保在医疗组织内部以及在部门和国家控制机构的参与下，各级控制活动实施的连续性。为此，有必要组织所有监管机构密切合作，并将其活动纳入统一的医疗质量管理系统。医疗质量评估的结果可用于确定治疗和诊断过程的主要发展方向，以及优化医务人员的工作，从而提高了旨在改进评估方法本身的工作的重要性。此外，有必要进一步改善俄罗斯联邦武装部队的医疗质量控制问题。
