Influences of optical faktor on estimate of surface roughess by optico-electronic complex
Abstract
This paper presents a method of compensation of the supplementary measurement error by the
optic-electronic means of the surface microgeometry parameters, which appears as a result of
the value of reference incident light deviation. The Method is based on determining autocorrelative

Recognition of energetically weak seismicevents in the study of man-made seismic
Abstract
When studying anthropogenic seismicity the weak seismic events are significant. Its detection
and treatment are based on the correlation and analysis of the seismograms of different seismic
stations. A software tool for the detection of weak seismic events is designed and developed.
A mathematical model of the recognition of weak seismic events and the analysis of
seismogram fragments for their detection are described in the paper. The method of the identification
of the type of seismic event is proposed.

Analysis and optimization of a value stream map with the aid of EVSM software
Abstract
The paper discusses the abilities of the EVSM program based on the example of mapping a
value stream process of production drill-rode locking ZBO drill industries, Inc. The obtained
results allow for constructing a future state value stream map and to reflect on it the possible
ways to reduce non-value added time losses. Using EVSM makes possible to do detailed analysis
of the production process and make a variety of patterns, evaluate the effect of the introduction
of various instruments of production optimization.

Abstract
The composition and microstructure of SHS compacted targets with estimated composition
TiC0,5-Х%Al and TiC0,5-Х%(Al-10%Si) (Х=20, 25, 30) was investigated in this paper. It was
revealed that the target working layer is based not on double intermetallic compound and carbide
but on the MAX phase which in turn has a lamellar structure.

Use of specific consumption of energy per unit of functionality of compressed air as indicator of energy efficiency of compressor stations
Abstract
The basic characteristics of the modern compressors with the discharge pressure of 1.3 MPa
are considered in the paper. An indicator of the energy efficiency is used as an index of the
specific energy consumption per unit of the air functionality. This index adds to the characteristics
of the compressors equipment and reflects the influence of the discharge pressure on the
energy efficiency of compressor stations.

Method of solution of non-stationary problems of heat conduction
Abstract
The results of the development of an approximate analytical method of the solution of the nonstationary
problems of the heat conduction are considered in the paper. The method is based
on the collective use of the method of separating of the variable and orthogonal methods of the
weighted residuals. The high accuracy of the eigenvalues obtained from the boundary problem
of Sturm-Liouville solution is noted. For example, finding the first 17th eigenvalues, the fist
four eigenvalues with the accuracy up to the 16th decimal concur with their exact values, and
the last one, the 17th, concurs with the accuracy up to the first decimal. The high accuracy of
the eigenvalues is explained by the fact that due to the given method of solving the differential
equation of the boundary problem of Sturm-Liouville satisfies accurately in the number of
points of the region that is equal to the number of the eigenvalues.

Thermochemical regeneration of heat based on natural gas conversion by its combustion products: thermodynamic analysis
Abstract
With a certain assumption about the process behavior we have established the functional relation
between the combustion gases enthalpy transformed into chemical energy of synthetic fuel
and technological parameters such as temperature of the process, total pressure, composition
of reaction mixture entering the thermochemical regenerator. Parametric identification of the
results obtained has been performed with the use of experimental data.

Calculation of risk of accident the linear part of main pipeline with defects of ovality
Abstract
One tube defects that affect the stress-strain state is ovalisation. To calculate the risk of an
accident with a view ovalisation in this paper we consider the set-fuzzy approach, the main
function of belonging. As the fuzzy parameter selected in-line pressure. Calculated fuzzy value
of the stress state of the pipeline, the risk of counting options. The risk of accident is
considered as the ratio of thresholds for the system and the real, in this case, the real value is
considered a fuzzy number кц , and as a limit -[ кц ]. Thus, the authors propose and
justify an alternative approach to assessing the risk of failure of the linear part of the pipeline
in view of ovalisation, in which the option is in-line pressure is represented as fuzzy numbers.
