Abstract
Computational systolic model for orthogonal signal transformation in extended Galois GF(pv) fields based on polynomial system of residue classes is examined. Proved possible of constructing a failover non-positional special-processors, able to maintain a usable state at the expense of reconfiguring the structure in the event of failures.

MULTIMODE OPTICAL FIBER CORE DEVIATION INFLUENCE ON SIGNAL PROPAGATION UDER FEW-MODE CONDITIONS

Abstract
Time-domain model of piece-wise regular multimode fiber link is presented. It allows to evaluate pulse distortions due to differential mode delay, higher-order mode chromatic dispersion, and mode coupling. Based on developed model, results of computing of pulse form, propagating along two 500 m samples of graded multimode fibers with low and huge central dips in profile center region, excited by VCSEL with quite low offset, under different core deviation order are proposed.

Abstract
Physical simulation of optical fiber cladding defects and experimental investigation results are described in present paper. By this results it is confirmed that assumption about fiber light-guide cladding defects localization on short length of optical fiber by comparison polarization backscattering characteristic with sliding correlation test is correct. Samples of defects localization on less then 2 km optical fiber with less then 100 m error are represented.

OUTSOURCING MODELS FOR CONTACT CENTER

Abstract
In this article is proposed to classify calls from customers of companies as belonging for one of two types: high-value calls (telephone call, VoIP) and low-value calls (е-mail, chat). The high-value calls are served by «in house» agents that the service provider trains and manages itself. The low-value calls are routed to an outsourcer if all «in house» agents are busy. This paper considers four schemes for routing low-value calls between the client company and the outsourcer. These schemes vary in the complexity of their routing algorithms

EXCHANGE TO INFORMATION IN INDUSTRIAL NETWORK PlcNet

Abstract
The Article is dedicated to questions to organizations of the exchange by information between level portioned managerial system, built on base of the industrial network PlcNet. It Is Shown that problem of the exchange by information on industrial network is central when designing SCADA-a systems. The Decision of this problem lies in planes of the organizations client-server relations between SCADA-a system and OPC-a server, delivered by developer of the network equipment. In this case problems of the exchange are reduced to programmed information exchange between SCADA-a system, executing role OPC-a client, and OPC-a server (is chose Fastwel PlcNet OPC Server). The Designed algorithm observer tegs, allowing observe importance's 32-h тегов, taken on network from controller lower level. The Designed algorithms of the procedures and function, providing watching possibility observer tegs: start OPC-a server Fastwel PlcNet OPC Server, accompaniment in it name of the segment and names tegs, determination of the type tegs and conclusion of importance's tegs in window on the form observer, stop OPC-server.

Abstract
The use of the pseudo-gradient method for solving the problems of pattern search, identification and parameter estimation of image patch location is proposed. At that the reference and sought image patches may have relative spatial and brightness deformations. The structural optimization of search algorithms is used for computational costs reduction. The expressions for calculation of the image patch erroneous choice probability and the probability distribution of the offered algorithms iteration number are found.

Abstract
In modern networks of wireless communication multipurpose devices with the several built - in transceivers are used. They enable the subscriber to move on various distances and directions. Therefore there is a necessity of support by mobile platforms (MT) of process of information interchange in different frequency ranges and standards. There is a necessity of a hybrid network of wireless transfer of the information which represents complex set of the connected technologies, networks and the standards, realizing in itself algorithms of the centralized and distributed management. Submission of such network of the uniform purpose - satisfaction of needs of users in granting of telecommunication services by him with required quality and cost, is complex many criterions a problem demanding realization of the analysis of principles of functioning of local, regional and global wireless networks of transfer of the information, constructed on the basis of standards 802.11,16, radio communications; the analysis of methods of research, development of criteria and realization of a rating of efficiency of their functioning.
