ALGORITHMIZATION OF NON-REFLECTIVE SYSTEMS QUASIOPTIMAL CONTROL USING STATISTICAL SIMULATION MODELLING

Abstract
The paper is dedicated to the 100-year anniversary of the birth of the distinguished Russian scientist, Nikita Nikolayevich Moiseyev. The relevance of Moiseyev's remarks concerning the development of applied mathematics and the theory of non-reflective Complex Systems (CS) is demonstrated. The article reflects his views on the problem of management of non-reflective Complex Systems (CS) of an organizational and technical type, which includes a «human factor». The specificity of the management processes due to the uncertainty of the decision makers (DM) about the CS properties is noted. The usefulness of Non-Reflective Complex Systems Quasioptimal Control in real operating conditions is shown. In order to reduce the impact of uncertainties in knowledge of DM, the use of Statistical simulation modelling (SSM) by Dimov-Maslov method (MDM) is recommended. The examples of the use of multi-level management systems using SSM by MDM in the area of corporate security and in the planning of metallurgical production are provided. The annex includes Professor Ad.M. Dimov’s recollections of the personal encounter and creative encounters with N.N. Moiseyev.

THE MATRIX METHODS FOR CALCULATING OF MULTILAYER PLANAR METAMATERIALS CHARACTERISTICS IN CASE OF CHIRALITY AND SPATIAL DISPERSION

Abstract
Application of matrix methods for calculating the characteristics of reflective metamaterials composed of several planar layers based on a media with spatial dispersion and chirality discussed in the work. The surface impedance and transmission matrices of generalized layer received. As an example, the problem of plane electromagnetic wave of linear polarization reflection from two-layer dielectric-chiral metamaterial basing on a thin wire coils located in the air and double-chiral metamaterial on a perfectly conducting substrate are considered. Frequency dependencies of reflection and transmission coefficients modules of the main and cross-polarized field components at the different container geometrical and the chiral metamaterial inclusions dimensions are considered. Metastructure enables the conversion of normally incident radiation in the scattering in the plane of the structure at some frequencies. Ability to use double-chiral metastructure a protective coating for the metallized object is predicted.

POTENTIAL OF THE OPTICAL REFLECTOMETRY IN THE VISIBLE SPECTRAL RANGE

Abstract
The paper deals with the development of optical reflectometry technique by the use of visible range probing signal. In this case, the increasing of value of the fiber backscattering plays a positive role. The device registers stronger signals and it leads to reducing of the requirements for device components. The proposed improvement is useful when created devices aimed at measuring of short optical line sections. At the same time, it takes into account the desire to reduce power consumption, performance and cost of the components. The authors propose a structural diagram of the device. The requirements for its functional units are formulated. There is a mathematical model of formation of the backscatter signal with of visible probing signals. At the end of the paper, a variant of fiber trace is given and recommendations for further research are formulated.

FEATURIES OF CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION TECHNOLOGIES OF FIBER-OPTIC CABLE LINES FOR THE OIL-PIPE STRUCTURE OF WESTERN SIBERIA

Abstract
In this paper considers the main features and problems of installation and operation of fiber-optic cable links of the oil-transmission structures of Western Siberia. Complex geological and climatic conditions, as well as the specifics of the construction of the pipeline system, could not but affect the implementation of the installation of technological fiber-optic cable lines. Harsh natural conditions not only impose specific requirements on the technology, cable and cable fittings used, but also require special approaches in the implementation of sanitary norms and ensuring the greatest possible comfort of people. Complex geological conditions, lack of infrastructure, low temperature set the task of introducing new technologies for organizing the installation of fiber-optic communication lines for the subsequent achievement of the maximum possible lifetime of communication cables. The necessity to perform works under extreme conditions (low negative temperature and high wind speed at the work at height on supports) leads to stricter requirements for all components of the technological process: specific requirements are imposed on machinery and equipment, the requirements for cables and the requirements for cable fittings are increased, the tolerances for the execution of technological operations are toughened, the role of the human factor is significantly increased and the price of error is significantly increased. All this has determined the special role of quality control. In the paper shows that one of the main problems of the employment of fiber-optic links in the extreme conditions of the North is the lack of relatively inexpensive field instruments for estimating the suitability of the optical cable. This does not allow to effectively control the quality of the work in conditions where the probability of error is high. Such measuring instruments can be implemented on the basis of BOTDR or POTDR. In both cases, development of an inexpensive field device is required. But POTDR potentially allows you to create a more versatile device.

A SURVEY OF TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK VIRTUALIZATION PROJECTS

Abstract
In recent years, information technology triumphs virtualization concept - an approach that allows flexible management of computing equipment, turning physical servers and data storage systems in universal and efficiently use computing resource. Today the development of telecommunication networks is goes in a similar scenario towards Future Networks. Network devices (switches, routers, base stations, and others.) and their communication environment viewed as a pool of physical resources of a certain capacity. The main resource of telecommunication network is its bandwidth, therefore, the implementation of the required network applications and services provided by the redistribution of the necessary bandwidth over the existing physical network infrastructure. In practice, the paradigm of network virtualization is implement in the form of technologies such as Software Defined Network, Network Functions Virtualization and Overlay Networks. Network virtualization is an innovation that will allow realizing the true diversity of applications and services that are difficult or impossible provide within the existing of the next generation networks. The article provides an overview of the foreign network virtualization projects, followed by a discussion of the major problems in this area.

ONE-DIMENSIONAL CODE-SIGNAL CONSTRUCTIONS BASED ON THE NORMALIZING BINARY PACKET TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract
A method of converting a series of stationary ergodic sources, leading to the construction codes nonequiprobability codewords. Based on the introduction of the minimum redundancy obtained construct, allowing using a simple one-dimensional signals to obtain the increment of the energy efficiency of data transmission systems (IMS). At the same time, the received code-signal constructions are close in characteristics to ensembles of biorthogonal signals, but they provide substantially better band efficiency. A comparison of the developed constructions with known methods of reducing unit costs in terms of frequency and energy efficiency. The article shows the possibility of using concatenated code-considered signal constructions with any method of block or convolutional coding, which provides an increase in the energy gain of the corresponding codes by 1,3 …3,2 dB.

AUTOMATIC REPEAT REQUEST WITH TURBO-CODES DECODING

Abstract
The article presents the results error control technique whereby a forward error correction scheme is combined with request for retransmission of errorneous data (hybrid automatic repeat-request). The senders encodes the data using Code Division Multiple Access 2000 standard turbo-code with puncture technique prior to transmission. Encoded bits are saved according to a puncturing matrix and send to receiver. The additional information (redundancy) added by the code is used by the receiver to recover the original data. First burst includes only data symbols from systematic output of turbo-coder. Non-errors data reconstructed without retransmission and decoding, minor and major errors are corrected via a request for retransmission block of puncture turbo-code symbols.

INFORMATION MODEL OF ECG AMPLITUDE-PHASE COUPLING BASED ON STATISTICAL APPROACH

Abstract
The paper presents statistical approach to studying of amplitude-phase coupling shown by electrocardiograms (ECG) of healthy and sick people. ECG data were collected from a group of over 500 presumably healthy young people and from over 10 sick people. The article demonstrates the results of a detailed structural analysis of digital rows of systolic potential diagrams and cardiointervalogramms using histograms and standard deviation - information entropy charts. The authors pay a lot of attention to statistical data comparison. As a result, a parametric electrocardiogram coupling approach is proposed based on evident infocommunication links between structural parameters of amplitude and phase. Each infocommunication link is set to correspond to one experimental registration and is assigned an angle parameter. The set of such links represents the information model. It is shown that both the angle parameter and the information model have a specific sensitivity to prenosologic conditions. The qualitative and quantitative classification of the amplitude-phase coupling modes of the ECG data is presented, which is based on analyzing parametric coupling diagrams. The article will be of interest to physiologists and specialist in the field of information data analysis.

A METHODS OF AUTHENTICATION OF DEVICES IN SENSOR NETWORKS

Abstract
Sensor networks (peer-to-peer) are designed to automate production processes and monitoring processes. Therefore, the elements of sensor networks are characterized by the presence of centralized control, and the possibility of interacting directly with each other. An important criterion for the operation of the sensor network is the speed of its responds to change external factors. The time for performing the service operations during the interaction of the sensors should be minimal. In this article, we examine the known authentication methods used to ensure the security of the ongoing messaging processes over the network. The analysis of their effectiveness is presented, the tendencies of the modern development of the protocols are indicated. The problem of a relatively long time of authentication when using existing methods is defined, as well as a method for shortening the execution time of the authentication procedure. The experiment and a comparative analysis of the speed of existing and proposed authentication algorithms were carried out, during which the advantage of the proposed method was revealed, which made it possible to shorten the authentication time by more than 7 times.

INCREASING ENERGY EFICIENCY OF RADIOCOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS WITH ORTHOGONAL FREQUENCY MULTIPLEXING SIGNALS USING KALMAN SIGNAL EXTRAPOLATION

Abstract
The article describes the method of energy efficiency increasing of OFDM wireless systems. It is suggested to use as a complex envelope of OFDM signal the difference between the signal and its extrapolated meaning to decrease dynamic range of signals without communication quality degradation. The scheme of generation and reception of compressed signal is developed. It is shown, that extrapolation can be implemented using Kalman filtering. The problem of extrapolator synthesizing was formulated and solved for the case of communication system synchronous operation mode. Orthogonality of compressed signals in in-phase and quadrature channels is proved, and the stability of the obtained solution for signal reception is proved. The efficiency of the proposed method is demonstrated using the example of the HSPA+ wireless system.

PARAMETRIC OPTIMIZATION OF PROTECTIVE TURN OF MEANDER LINE WITH BROAD-SIDE COUPLING

Abstract
Detailed review of the investigations of meander delay lines as the protective devises against ultrashort pulses is carried out in the paper. The review examined the lines with the edge and broad-side coupling. Estimation of influence of cross section parameters of meander line turn with broad-side coupling on the difference of per-unit-length delays of even and odd modes of the line and on geometric mean of their impedances is carried out. According to evaluation and optimization results, for design of meander lines prototypes we set cross section parameters which correspond to matching the line with the tract of 50 Ohm aimed to minimize the reflections in the measuring tract in the full-scale experiment execution. The line length permitting to decompose ultra short pulse with duration of 100 ps is calculated.

METHODS SPECTRAL EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT OF THE OFDM SYSTEM IN DIGITAL BROADCASTING NETWORKS

Abstract
This paper is devoted to the methods for efficiency improvement of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing that do not comprise additional computational complexity of signal processing algorithms on the transmitter maintaining the subcarriers orthogonality. Proposed method is based on applying the window function to the guard interval of symbol while the original part remains unchanged. This approach provides the off-frequency emission decrease, which depends on the selected fast Fourier transform mode, broadcasting standard, and shaping parameters for window function. The gain in off-frequency emission decrease is from 5% to 26% in contrast with the "rectangular" window function, the increase of symbol rate is up to 5%, and gain in spectral efficiency is up to 0.05%. The analysis of subcarriers frequency characteristics shows that reduce of resulting signal level by 2-4 dB compared to the raw symbol, which minimizes the frequency emissions at transient times between the guard interval and the useful part of the symbol.

STEGANOGRAPHY INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INTO SAMPLES OF DIGITAL AUDIO SIGNALS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the description of the method of hidden transmission of information in a WAV sound file. The hidden transmission (or storage) of classified information can be used to protect copyright (the introduction of watermarks), the hidden transfer of passwords, keys, messages, files, etc. A common approach for the hidden transmission of information in multimedia containers is to use only the lowest digits of digital data (the so-called LSB method). The paper describes the way of introducing additional information into sound files, in which not only the last (lower) bits of counting are used, but also older ones. The experimental substantiation of the possibility of such an introduction is given. At the same time, the dependence of the auditory perception of a person is established, depending on the number of the used sample of the sample and the time interval for the emergence of information semplov. The increase of the cryptographic strength of the described approach is achieved due to the pseudo-random choice of the sound channel, the reference number, the number of the discharge used.

METHODS OF ESTIMATION OF DISTANCES AND QUALITY OF RADIOLINES BETWEEN MEMBERS OF MULTIROBOT SYSTEMS

Abstract
With the development of robotics it became apparent that for a number of tasks (environmental monitoring, patrolling, correction of war systems, etc.), it is simple to use of relatively simple robots. Creating a complex system consisting of many identical devices increases its reliability, since the failure of one of the elements of a distributed network does not affect its survivability. Such systems are flexible and easily scalable, since they have the ability to reconfigure and add new devices. In science, a new scientific trend was formed - group robotics. This direction has specific problems: swarm intelligence, collective behavior of the decentralized self-organizing system, etc. To coordinate the actions of a group of robots redistributing roles between them, creating alternative routes for the transfer of information in the event of the removal or loss of communication with one of the nodes, it is necessary to constantly monitor the distances to neighboring nodes relative to each of the robots entering the swarm. The article provides methods for estimating the distances and quality of radio links, which can be useful for creating predictive models and monitoring the state of a swarm of robots united by a radio network.
