Relation Between Features of Harmonic Statistical Linearization

Savochkin V.A., Shishanov S.M.

Abstract

The paper presents the basic computations of method of combined linearization of elastic and damping performance of transport machine cushioning system. This method may be realized if the harmonic linearization coefficient of cushioning system are preliminary determined. This method is based on the possibility to present the differentiable random stationary process as a harmonic signal randomly modulated by phase and amplitude; if relational motion of track roller is a differentiable stationary process, it may be presented as a centered harmonic oscillation. The paper argues that the method of combined linearization is effective if analytical (and graphical) expressions for equivalent coefficients of harmonic linearization are already known.

On the basis of analysis of the vibrational spectrum the method and control device for machining facilities are developed. The device is processing the frequency and correlation signal from vibration sensor, fixed in the location of the workpiece. Increased wear of cutters leads to increasing in analog output voltage in the control device. The authors have conducted tests and monitoring of tool wear. The readout correlated with the visual identification of the width of the front cutting edge of the tool.

Ershova V.A., Sandulyak A.A., Sandulyak A.V., Krylov V.A., Pugacheva M.N.

Abstract

The paper presents the method which allows rapid and reliable determination of the magnetic force of attraction (capture) of a particle at any point of the investigated area of magnetic influence. On the basis of measurements it was shown that in the threshold zone (around the edges of magnets) the field is much more heterogeneous than in the "shadow" zone. Besides, the paper estimates a failure zone of the spacing amount 20-30%. As a result of numerous measurements of the attraction forces of ferroparticle balls of various diameters in the threshold area one of the basic expressions for its determination was defined. Also, the basic expression for determining of capture forces od non-spherical shape ferroparticles.

The Nature of the Force Factor between the Opposing Magnets of the Separator with Blade-type Rods

Ershova V.A., Nyunin B.N., Sandulyak A.A., Sandulyak A.V., Pugacheva M.N.

Abstract

On the basis of measurements of magnetic induction in a modular unit consisting of two opposing magnets it was shown that, firstly, the induction field reaches its minimum value in the middle of the block, and, secondly, with decreasing magnitude of the clearance the overall level of the field increases. On the basis of the variation found by the gradient induction and force factor it was shown that their tail sections (approximately 23-27% of the clearance) is taping off, but the induction of these tailings areas become almost self-similar, which indicates the presence of a failure zone between the opposing magnets module. As a result of ferromixtures analysis as the hazard of power facilities, the dependence for assessing of financial equivalent of risk reduction was found.

Investigation of the Kinematics of the Radial Extrusion Process with the Running Deformation Zone

Kalpin Y.G., Petrov P.A., Petrov M.A.

Abstract

Products of "bulge rod" type can be obtained by plastic working both in conditions of cold deformation, and in condition of half-hot and hot or hot deformation. Using crosscut extrusion in stamping technology can reduce energy costs and eliminate the possibility of destruction in the zone of transition from thickening (flange) to the core of the product. The effectiveness of the transverse processes and combined extrusion is ensured due to a significant reduction in consumption and increasing of CMM (in 1,5-2,5 times) and reducing the complexity of subsequent mechanical machining. However, in addition to improving of thickening set technology, a real question remains about how to increase the deformable part of the core piece, and, consequently, increase of the final ratio L / D. The article presents the results of experimental studies of the radial extrusion process with the running hotbed of deformation product type rod with a thickening. A principal possibility of obtaining products of type bar with a thickened by combining in a single instrument two technological schemes: the landing and transverse (radial) extrusion. Accomplished studies have quantified estimation of changes in the height of thickening, depending on the ratio of the planted part of the product to its diameter, and, depending on the composition of the technological lubricant. The obtained data can be used in numerical simulation of the radial extrusion of the running hotbed of deformation.

The dependence of cutting force on the sectional shape vibrations under mixed machining of nonrigid tubes

Maximov Y.V., Ankin A.V., Vetrova E.A.

Abstract

The paper examines the combined method of cutting-deforming machining of quill cylinder type nonrigid parts, which increases productivity, quality of machining and working accuracy. The basic feature of the method is that the machining process is accompanied with tensional and bending oscillations caused by geometrically induced errors in the workpiece cross-section, setting errors and various static and dynamic tuning errors of cutting and deforming tools (for example, the static tuning error of structural elements location of processing unit). On the basis of analysis of expressions for resultant error and oscillation equation the authors obtained formula which determines actual cutting depth and lateral force on the part when cutting. On analyzing the alternation of cross section of tube on the example of single-pass part cutting (with maximum transverse force) it was found that in the process of cutting the cross-section of the tube is deformed by negligible quantity.

Demagnetizing channel factor and "bundle" of magnetization channels in granular medium

Sandulyak A.V., Sandulyak A.A., Ershov V.A.

Abstract

The paper examines the chain of balls of densely packed granular medium (with mutually contacting granules) as a specific "elementary" magnet, responsible for the magnetization of the granular medium. Using this example it is shown that traditional "finite" problem of volume averaging of the magnetic properties of two-component ferromagnetic medium can be extended with specific values of magnetic permeability of elementary effective channel of magnetization. These values may be not only average, but also profiled. The authors obtained demagnetizing factor data of the granular samples on the basis of characteristics of average permeability. The relevant processing of demagnetizing factor allowed to find the general expression for its location. It is shown that the relevant data of various magnetization channel cores and samples of polyspherical medium correlates accurately.

Abstract

Strategic changes in the internal environment of an industrial enterprise as a reaction to external influence are based on the prediction of changes in national approaches with regard to Russia's entry into the WTO, where economic processes are increasingly dependent on environmental factors. This paper describes the organizational and economic mechanism of management based on present ecological concepts, with a full range of environmental issues taken into account as a normal stage of planning and development of the manufacturing process and industrial products, which is not regarded as a separate (mostly final) operation. Approbation of the proposed model and estimation of production management efficiency in view of the developed set of quantitative indicators showed not only reducing the negative industrial impacts, but also a significant economic effect.
