Abstract
Article is devoted to an actual problem of transformation of the inhabited environment, comfortable for accommodation of urban population.On the basis of studying of references, scientific works, foreign and domestic experience the basic principles of reorganization of the inhabited environment of building of the first series of the 60-70th years were revealed.

Abstract
Аpplication of street art in architectural city environment is presented. The main features and directions of contemporary street art are considered. The concept «street art» includes different types of activity: performance, graffity, 3-D graffity, and the latest dirrection – video-mapping (projection of dynamic images on facades of buildings). New terminology is gradually formed, characterizing the direction of art activity as «street-art».

Abstract
The interaction of inside and outside space in contemporary architecture is presented. The features of the boundaries between inside and outside spaces and their possible applications in the architectural objects are considered. Interaction of inside and outside space in architecture can be traced in the works of F.L. Wright, R. Pietilya - representatives of organic architecture. In contemporary architecture the problems of «symbiosis» of the inside and outside space are successfully solve by such world-renowned architectural companies as «Guz Architects» and «T. R. Hamzah & Yeang International» — representatives of «green architecture».

Abstract
Influence of some types of algae on the water quality as well as factors causing the algae growth in reservoirs are examined. It is proved that the presence of algae in water supplied from water intakes for treatment causes the overload of treatment plants, increases filtration speed, reduces the effect of filtration, cuts the time of the filtration cycle, increases the amount of used reagents, etc. Basic methods for fighting against algae at water intake and treatment are shown.

Abstract
There are given the research results of biomembrane waste water purification at Syzran Oil Refinery and demineralization of biologically treated sewage waters by the method of reversible electrodialysis. We compared the purification efficiency on the membrane bioreactor with ethanol dosing (in order to get deeper denitrification) and without it and the purification without adding household drain as well. It is shown that biomembrane technology combined with sorption tertiary treatment makes it possible to meet the requirements of the Russian Federation norms to the quality of treated sewage. The results of the experiment on the demineralization of biologically treated sewage waters using the method of reversible electrodialysis are given. We have concluded that the recycle systems of the plant can be fed with demineralised desalted water.

The system is understood as set of the elements which are in relations and communications among themselves which form certain integrity, unity. Feature of systems is presence in their structure of elements and communications between them. In the theory of reliability of systems elements are understood as any structural blocks necessary for maintenance of working capacity of system.

The article describes the expediency of using technological measures for strengthening the structure of heat-resistant concrete and improving concrete durability in such structures as chimneys and furnaces at different objects of power and petrochemical industries.During the operation concrete undergoes structural changes that cause cracks. Under the conditions of crisis cost-effective repairing with the use of modern pastes, solutions, compounds and technologies is required.
