This designes will use for carry out numerical experiment, that analyze voltage fluctuation inside framings different structural layout if environment and space planning decision is equal.

CALCULATION OF THE RESIDUAL RESOURCE OF BUILDINGS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE STOCK OF BEARING ABILITY OF STRUCTURES
Abstract
The method of definition of a residual resource of buildings taking into account a stock of bearing ability of structures and the defeat area at possible accident is presented in work. This method is based on the widely known method of definition of a residual resource of the building on physical wear of structures. Disadvantages of this widespread method are analyzed and ways of their elimination are offered in this article.
REFINEMENT OF THE CALCULATIONS AS A SAFETY IMPROVEMENT BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTIONS
Abstract
At each stage of the life of the building, there are opportunities to improve its safety. Refinement of the calculations is one of the main ways to improve the safety of building structures. We consider the deformation model using nonlinear stress-strain diagram of concrete. Based on the analysis of experiments domestic and foreign researchers is shown accuracy of the calculations for the developed algorithm.
ENSURING INDUSTRIAL SAFETY AT REPLACEMENTOF TECHNOLOGICAL CONTAINERS PRODUCTION ISOBUTANE
Abstract
Industrial safety depends not only on the normal operation of buildings and structures, but also on the proper functioning of the technological equipment and the foundations on which it is located. The proper technical condition of tank facilities helps to avoid premature wear designs, ensuring industrial and environmental safety.Due to the ongoing reconstruction, to be replaced existing tanks to horizontal, but with a greater capacity, which imposes additional requirements for safe operation of a pedestal, consisting of three frame supports. Were held visual and instrumental examination, during which revealed damage of object elements, analyzed the technical documentation, calculations of load capacity and proposed strengthening for ensuring industrial safety at hazardous production facilities.
CONCERNING THE NECESSITY OF CONVINCING GROUND FOR THE DECISIONFOR THE STRENGTHENING OF ENGINEERING STRUCTURE OF BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTIONS

Visual technical examination of two five-storied brick accommodation units was held in purpose of revolving the reasons of cracking on the outer walls, the necessity of effective strengthening of foundation bases. The main reasons of cracking on the outer walls are found. The recommendations for further actions are provided.

Studies were caused by the excess of some substances created by JSC «Tyazhmash», Syzran that pollute atmosphere at the points on the boundary of the sanitary protection and the nearest residential areas.After the implementation of the proposed measures for improving the process and establish a more efficient mode of operation of the equipment significantly decreased the level of pollution of the atmosphere (up to normative values).
