PROCESS OF SERVICE PRODUCTS CREATION: LOGISTICAL APPROACH

Abstract

The logistical approach to solving a complex problem, in particular, creation of new service products is considered
in this article. The logistical approach is based on increasing flexibility of service technologies and allows to adapt them
to current changes within the demand for the supplied services. Application of this approach requires various variants
of effective business-processes of service to be developed, in order to avoid eventual failures during the process of
service product consumption by consumer. Urgency of the article is determined by increasing demand of the society for
qualitative services, including tourist services.
