HIGH-SENSITIVE ESR MAGNETOMETER FOR MEASURINGOFTHE EARTH GEOMAGNETIC FIELD: NOVELSOLUTIONS
Resumo
A compact high-sensitive magnetometer was designed for measuring of the Earth geomagnetic field and its variations.
Novel technical solution was applied for the magnetometer that improved the device characteristics as compared with
the early designed devices. The paper contains description of the magnitometer construction, of the main electronic
blocks, of the software. A model of the magnetometer was created and tested. Results of test and main device characteristic
are presented in the paper.

The research results of the thermal interaction in the system deformed metal and press toolage are made. The following
analytical dependences of the definition the temperature conditions are presented for the semicontinuous extrusion of
aluminum alloys with a glance of the deformed metal rheology. The forcibly cooled application of the press toolage is
substantiated scientifically. The engineering solution for the control of the thermal conditions of the extrusion is presented.

MODERNISATION OF PETROCHEMICAL MANUFACTUREON THE CHEMICAL PLANT - OPEN SOCIETY KRASMASH BRANCH
Resumo
The chemical plant - branch of Open Society Krasmash throughout several years makes efforts to develop conversion
(civil) production. Manufacture of woven polypropylene production is mastered; there is an output of different types of
sealants. Manufacture of molding from polyethylene is mastered.
Decision to organize petrochemical manufacture was accepted in 2007. The contract with research-and-production
association «Kataliz» to design the plant for oil refining according to new principles has been signed. Open Society
ВНИПИЭТ has developed the project of small-volume chemistry production with all infrastructures: storages for oil,
black oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, loading racks etc.

COALGASIFICATION UNIT - INNOVATIVE SOLUTION FOR ENERGY SUPPLYOF GRAIN DRYERS IN KRASNOYARSK REGION
Resumo
Innovative approach to energy-supply of grain dryers is developed. The approach assumes substitution of diesel fuel
with gas generated from cheap local coals and allows to increase operating efficiency of grain dryers at Krasnoyarsk
region. The approach is based on Termokoks-SG coal gasification technology. Experimental research of fixed-bed
coal gasification process for Bolshesyrskiy brown coal of Krasnoyarsk region was carried out. Based on results of the
research, design and structural documentation for a typical coal gasification unit was developed.

In this paper we consider correlation between youth scientific and technical work (YSTW) and efficiency of innovative
infrastructure functioning. We suggest a new approach to YSTW system modeling based on emphasis of 4 general stages
of youth involvement, and for each of the stages the basic functions of respective youth policy mechanisms are defined.
For the purpose of coordination of the YSTW system functioning in regional scale we also suggest a concept of
methodological center for development and support of youth scientific and technical work and innovative activities
projects and programs. The main goal, tasks and key activity trends of such a center are described.

Resumo
The article dwells upon a problem of Krasnoyarsk region industrial policy formation with regard to economy
modernization and structural reproduction optimization. It is shown that regional industry has a number of factors
limiting its accelerated development; industrial production and financial results were analyzed by types of economic
activity. Basic elements of industrial policy concept were suggested in scope of innovations; perspective development of
leading industrial branches of the region was estimated in compliance with innovation strategy of development and
implementation of the cluster approach.
