GRAN INFORMATION SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATION OF MENTAL BRAIN
Abstract
In the article the information processes involved in the activities of the functional systems of the body. Formulated ideas about the information needs and their equivalents satisfaction. It is shown that the evaluation of information in the brain is on the morphological and functional architectonic acceptors results of the action functional systems. Acceptors on the results of the action are built sistemokvants information that admission to them afferent feedback from behavioral and autonomic sistemokvants, monitor their effectiveness. The dominant motivation, situational and launchers (conditioned reflex) removed the incentives of Advanced Information sistemokvants acceptor of action results. The article reveals some genetic and biological properties of individually purchased motivations and accompanying information equivalents sistemokvants acceptor of action results, as well as forming the basis of this dynamic holographic images. It is suggested that the holographic images acceptor action results represent specific integration of molecular and atomic vibrations occurring in the form of neurons, glial cells and cerebral fluid. It is shown that the logic of building information sistemokvantovs acceptors results of action allows a system approach to explain the processes of consciousness and thinking.

IMPACT OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE IN THE MANIFESTATION OF SEIZURE READINESS AND ITS ASSOCIATION WITH RESISTANCE TO HYPOXIA
Abstract
Chronic heart failure (CHF) modulates the activity of monoaminergic (MA-) systems and increases seizure readiness, and the severity of seizure depends on the individual resistance of the organism to oxygen deficiency. Increasing seizure readiness, and reduction of monoamines in postictal period at high and low resistance of the animals with CHF gives reason to believe that the activity of MA-ergic system may be a factor limiting the implementation of compensatory capacities in heart failure. Postictal period against the background of heart failure is characterized by the marked reduction in aminergic tone in the brain regions studied low resistance of the animals that are likely to acquire pathogenetic importance and can be the basis for the occurrence of repeated seizures.

NATURAL SCIENCE CATEGORY OF SYMMETRY-ASYMMETRY IN BIOLOGY OF ADAPTATION: INVESTIGATION OF HUMAN ADAPTATION TO THE MAGNETIC WAVE FACTORE
Abstract
Using of symmetry-asymmetry category as identification in effects of the different factors to adaptation abilities of a whole organism at the model of stress-reaction to magnetic stimulation is discussed in the article. Sympathetic effects of regulation are researched by cardiointervalomethric method, using stress-index as the criteria of stress-level. It is shown that both low and high level of asymmetry in neural centers activities decreases effects of magnetic stimulation, dynamic in stress-index is dependent on asymmetry level too.

EFFECT OF THE DEGREE OF IMMUNOSUPPRESSION AND HIGHLY ACTIVE ANTIRETROVIRAL THERAPY ON SERUM IL-17 AND IL-10 LEVEL IN PATIENTS WITH HIV-INFECTION
Abstract
We analyzed IL-17 and IL-10 serum levels in HIV-infected patients with different stage of disease, degree of immunodeficiency and treatment. We observed 70 patients with HIV infection. Among the patients studied 44 patients on antiretroviral therapy. HIV infection is marked increase in the concentration of IL-10, especially in patients with severe immunosuppression (CD4 <200 ml-1). In HIV-infected patients with severe immunosuppression, which do not receive highly active antiretroviral therapy, there is an increase of IL-10 and IL-17 in serum, which may indicate a systemic immune activation.

PUNCTURE DRAINING TREATMENT OF PANCREATIC CYSTS IN CASE OF CHRONIC PANCREATITIS
Abstract
The paper analyzes the results of percutaneous puncture draining treatment for pancreatic cysts in 38 patients in case of chronic pancreatitis in 2008 to 2012. The first stage of treatment was carried out percutaneous thin needle aspiration puncture of the contents of the cavity cysts under ultrasound guidance. A different approach to diagnostics as well as to surgical management of complications is offered. The early and accurate diagnosis of pancreatic cysts, in which ultrasound study plays a major role, is a condition for their successful treatment. Indications to different surgical methods are formulated differently depending on complications of cysts, localization, sizes, «maturity» of cyst walls, communication with main pancreatic duct. Puncture treatment was used in 7 patients; percutaneous drainage under ultrasound guidance was performed in 31 patients. No mortality rate was noted. Miniinvasive puncture-draining interventions were effective in 33 patients, which amounted to 86,9 %.
