NEUROVISUAL SEMEIOLOGY OF NON-HERNIAL COMPRESSING FACTORS IN PATIENTS WITH STABLE COMPRESSION OF LUMBAR AND SACRAL NERVE ROOTS IN DEGENERATIVE-DYSTROPHIC LESIONS OF THE SPINE

Ibatullin M.M., Danilov V.I., Mokhov N.V., Padiryakov V.N., Bulgakov E.P.

Abstract

There was described neurovisual semiotics of non-hernial factors of compression in lumbar and sacral roots at dystrophic lesions of the spine. Multitude of factors were shown at dystrophic spinal pathology. Among the compression factors of the roots there is a high percentage of non-herniated factors. It is very important to optimize the diagnosis of patients with degenerative diseases of spine by using modern neuroimaging. Every non-herniated factor of resistant compression of lumbar and sacral roots has its own neuroimaging signs. It will determine the indications for surgical treatment and volume of surgical intervention more accurately.

ANTICIPATION OPULENCE IN PATIENTS WITH ASSOCIATED SYPHILIS AND HIV

Chumakov E.M., Petrova N.N.

Abstract

The study involved 43 patients with associated syphilis and HIV. The aim of the study was to examine the relationship of anticipation and risk behavior in patients with associated syphilis and HIV. Patients were characterized by statistically significant reduction in component values antitcipatcion viability relative to the normal population values. COMPLEX BEHAVIOR ALTERATIONS IN ANIMALS, WHICH UNDERWENT PERINATAL HYPOXIA OR EARLY LIFE STRESS

Malinovskaya N.A., Uspenskaya J.A., Panina J.A., Volkova V.V., Ryabokon R.V., Kuvacheva N.V., Morgun A.V., Salmina A.B.

Abstract

We have studied the development of complex behavior alterations in the rats subjected to perinatal hypoxia or early life stress. Animals with perinatal hypoxia or social early life stress induce alterations of complex forms of behavior such as dysfunction of social recognition. The development of early life stress shows rejection of the new food, emotional lability and anxiety, much earlier than in rats with perinatal hypoxia.

Kuvshinnikova M.B., Kovshova O.S.

Abstract

This paper discusses approaches to assessing the clinical and psychological and social characteristics of patients with substance dependence in the process of rehabilitation with the help of valid structured experimental psychological methods: Test inkblot Rorschach (1921), Multiple Indicator personality questionnaire R. NEUROPSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS: DISTURBANCES OF REGULATORY FUNCTIONS AND FRONTAL-SUBCORTICAL CIRCUITS

Damulin I.V., Sivolap Y.P.

Abstract

The disturbances caused by disconnection of the frontal cortex and other brain regions including lesion of regulatory functions are considered. It is emphasized that lateral prefrontal cortex plays especial role in cognitive processes. Impaired connection beginning in the lateral prefrontal cortex leads to cognitive and behavioral disorders. Neuropsychiatric disorders due to orbitofrontal and anterior cingulate circle are descripted. The links/circuits between the basal ganglia and the cerebral cortex of the brain, providing implementation of a motor, cognitive, emotional and behavioral functions, is not limited to these areas, and is not exclusive to the front of the brain. There are circles between other sections of the brain and basal ganglia, providing perception involved in decision-making on the basis of incoming information to the brain of different modalities.

NEUROCOGNITIVE FUNCTIONING IN THE CLINIC FOR HEROIN ADDICTION

Sultanov S.K.

Abstract

When heroin addiction formed morpho-structural changes in the brain, the severity of which varies according to the CT from minor brain atrophy of sub-arachnoidal to expand the space and the lateral ventricles, the emergence of foci of low density in the white and gray matter, depending on the length of addiction. Early diagnosis of brain disorders is relevant from both a theoretical and practical point of view because at this stage of treatment and preventive measures can be most effective.
