Abstract

A method of carrying out geometric measurements of dimensionally stable objects under conditions of reduced pressure is considered. The methodology and measuring system are determined. The geometric parameters of the objects were obtained using a high-precision system. The estimation of the deformation measurement accuracy is given.

PRESENTATION METHOD OF THE AIRCRAFT LINE MAINTENANCE PERFORMING PROCESS

Abstract

The creation of the aircraft maintenance production organizational structure is not restricted to the building of unit hierarchical subordinate structure with many unit’s bonds in the enterprise system. There important conditions for the maintenance company activities effective implementation are the properly built organizational structure, optimal construction of the functional structure relations and effective staffing policy. The issues of hierarchical organizational structure constructing are solved in one or another way and there construction methodologies are formalized, the personnel requirements are formulated in sufficient details and satisfy today’s needs of aviation enterprises within the framework of the state aviation administration rules, but the problem of the functional structure creation remains relevant. The main problem is the lack of universal way of the functional structure describing that underlies many specific maintenance tasks. This work is aimed to solve this problem.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PROCESS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FORMING OF SMALL-DIAMETER TUBES

Abstract

This work presents results of evaluation of the efficiency of the process of pulse-magnetic forming of small-diameter tubular billets according to the scheme with direct passing the current, including the results of computer simulation of the process using the LS-DYNA software package and its experimental perfecting. The purpose of this work is to determine the efficiency of the process of pulse-magnetic forming of small-diameter tubular billets according to the scheme with direct passing the current through the billet. As a result of the research, it is established that the scheme under consideration and the proposal technological solutions for its implementation can be used in the manufacture of a rather wide range of tubular parts of various diameters. This removes the existing restrictions when pulse-magnetic forming of small-diameter pipes according to the traditional scheme and LS-DYNA contributes to a significant expansion of the fields of application of the pulse-magnetic technologies.

FORMING THE NAVE DURING THE SINKING STRAIN IN THE SPACER

Abstract

Computer simulation of the process of sinking strain a cylindrical workpiece on a spacer was performed in the Deform 2D / 3D software package. The influence of the degree of deformation, the relative dimensions of the workpiece, the magnitude of external friction, the relative dimensions of the hole in the spacer, the forging angle and the radius of the curve of the edge on the nature of the shape of the nave is established. With an increase in the degree of deformation, an increase in the height of the nave is established according to the law of the exponent. The lower the relative height of the workpiece H0 /D0, the higher the height of the nave. External friction promotes the formation of a higher nave than with the sinking strain of the workpiece in the absence of external friction. With an increase in the relative size of the hole in the washer d0 /D0, a noticeable increase in the height of the nave is observed. At large degrees of deformation, the radius of curvature of the edge of the hole does not affect the shape of the nave. With an increase in the forging angle from 1º to 6º, the height of the nave increases within (12 - 18) %.

THERMAL PHYSICS OF A DIAMOND BURNISHING PROCESS

Abstract

The study shows the analytical solution of the problem of the heating of two hard inert materials by a friction force. The solution takes into account dependency of the friction force by temperature. It is adapted to investigate the maximum temperature, when diamond burnishing operation, by force of addition to calculated dependency by formula, which makes it possible to evaluate the nominal area of contact between diamond indenter and workpiece. The formula includes both the contact area, conditioned by workpiece elastic and plastic deformations, and additional contact area, formed as a result of the metal plastic flow wave, appeared in front of indenter. The study gives experimental dependencies of the burnishing force influence on the depth of indentation into the workpiece of heat-resistant steel 15H12N2MVFAB-S, when deformation of its surface layer, and influence on the height of the metal plastic flow wave in front of indenter. Calculated dependencies show how the force and burnishing rate influence on the maximum temperature in and around contact of the indenter with workpiece. It is established, that significant influence on maximum temperature in and around contact exerts the burnishing rate, when temperature increases with burnishing rate rising, but the burnishing force increase influences on rising of temperature in a lesser degree.

Abstract

This article assesses the level of personal responsibility of the job responsibilities of engineering and technical workers in the mining department of PJSC «Uralasbest» in the conditions of maintaining the organizational structure while changing the purpose of the enterprise; the actual results of the activities of the employees of the mining department of PJSC «Uralasbest» were compared with the requirements specified in their job descriptions; indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the development of the organizational structure of a mining enterprise were determined; a correlation analysis of the impact of the effectiveness of the organizational structure of a mining enterprise on the efficiency of production processes was carried out; the relationship was established between the effectiveness of improving the organizational structure of the divisions of a mining enterprise and the efficiency of production processes, expressed by the amount of productive time of equipment operation; presents a methodology for improving the organizational structure of a mining enterprise, which includes four main blocks: defining the purpose of the enterprise, designing the organizational structure, bringing the organization of production processes to the required state and monitoring the work in a regular mode.

Abstract

In this article, based on the analysis of the activities of the personnel of a number of domestic coal mining enterprises, a methodological toolkit has been developed for the formation and monitoring of the organization of the GTO operation process at a coal mining enterprise, the implementation of which can significantly increase the effectiveness of management decisions aimed at developing the organization of the process operation of the TRP. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AS THE DEVELOPMENT DRIVER OF RESOURCE-SAVING IN THE PETROCHEMICALS INDUSTRY

Abstract

The transition of the Russian economy to the sustainable development is accompanied by a negative production externalities, which is manifested in high-intensity environment pollution, environmental abuse and damage health and interests of society. Industry 4.0 is of interest in solving this problem, since automation and digitalization tools can rationalize resource consuming, and, consequently, solve the problems of natural resource extraction and environmental violations in cities, regions, and countries. This problem led to the choice of the research subject and contributed to the determination of the goal of our research, which is to identify the links between the petrochemical industry’ digital transformation and resource conservation in the industry. The research methods are visualization of processes, methods of primary (diagram construction) and secondary (mathematical modelling in economics in the multiple regression equations’ format) data processing. The results of the research are the following points: a schematic diagram of a blockchain platform for interaction between two links in the chemical supply chain is proposed, that visualizes the information exchange process, which is the basis of the SenSef system. As a result, dynamic analysis revealed the positions of petrochemical production is relatively resource-saving development path, and given the activity of digitalization processes, that generally indicates the concentration of managerial decisions, primarily on energy efficiency and on rationalization of water consumption by industry. Based on mathematical modelling in economics (represented by the equations for the dependence of resource consumption on digital factors), the drivers of energy and water saving in the manufacturing and petrochemical enterprises are determined. Priority tools from the point of view of resource saving are proposed, automation and monitoring of which will ensure the industrial development along the path of sustainable development. The practical significance of the results obtained is to provide opportunities for rational organization of petrochemical production due to resource-saving drivers (including digitalization).

DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHMIZED MODEL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT ON ECOLOGIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of reducing the negative impacts of industrial enterprises on the environment and increasing the competitiveness of products. Minimization of environmental threats can be achieved by the development of environmental production, which today is difficult due to the imperfection of the mechanism for the practical implementation of environmental projects. The aim of the article is to formulate a valuation procedure methodology and develop an algorithmized model for the process of implementing a project for the greening of industrial production. To achieve this goal, we used the method of formalization and modeling, methods of cause and effect relationships and structural-functional analysis. To visualize the process of implementation of the project on the greening of production, the method of modular design of algorithms is used, which allows one to form an algorithm from structural algorithmic units using their serial connection or branching in compliance with established constraints and alternatives. The key elements of the conceptual apparatus of the organization of environmental production systems are identified that relate to the project approach to environmental change. The necessity of developing a structurally functional and algorithmized model of the process of implementing the project on the greening of production is substantiated. The block diagram of the algorithm for the implementation of the project on the greening of industrial production, including five consecutive stages of the project life cycle, has been developed. A number of evaluation procedures are provided on the basis of established conditions and constraints, the result of which are branches when switching between modules with a further selection of algorithmic alternatives. A characteristic of the evaluation procedures at the stages of the project life cycle is suggested, indicating indicative parameters and the conditions for the transition to the next stage of the project for the greening of production. When passing the assessment procedures, control indicators are provided in the form of optimal, critical or actual parameters, which allow determining the possibility or impossibility of further movement along the algorithm tree. The feedback flows between the modules are indicated, which provide for the adjustment of project plans due to the identification of elements of the unavailability of the production system for environmental changes for organizational or technical reasons. The results obtained are the basis for further research on the organization of environmental production systems, software development projects for the greening of production.

APPLICATION OF REGRESSION ANALYSIS FOR RESEARCH OF INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS ON QUALITY INDICATORS OF COMPLETED POLYMERS

Abstract

The article discusses the application of the multiple regression method to study the effect of four technological parameters (the temperature of calcination of the filler powder, the time of grinding in the mill during mechanical-chemical processing, the time of mixing and holding of the components, the percentage of the additive introduced) on the values of the two main quality indicators (ultimate strength at tensile strength, Shore A hardness) of new NP compositions based on SKTN A silicone rubber with powdered aluminum hydroxide and grade B quartz. The technological cycle of NP production includes the mechanochemical treatment of the filler using a hydrophobizing substance (silane). A regression model for two characteristics of NP was built in MS Excel on the basis of 25 different combinations of values of four influencing technological factors. Adequate linear models have been obtained that describe with high accuracy the dependence of the properties of the oil on technological factors. The level of ultimate tensile strength is significantly influenced by only two factors, while hardness is influenced by all the factors considered.

Abstract

The analysis of physical and mathematical models of stressed magnetoanisotropic structures (NMAS) is considered, in which physical models are presented in the form of a ferromagnetic rectangular plate or a quarter of a ring element (SE) in an electromagnetic field under force. Their mathematical models are described by systems of differential equations of theories of electromagnetic fields, ferromagnetism and elasticity in Cartesian, cylindrical and spherical coordinates. It is shown that the picture in NMAS in spherical polar coordinates is most fully reflected, which is confirmed experimentally.

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of an integrated approach to the applied software and information system for the management of the technological process of measurement of traction electric motor collectors wearing. Also the article presents the results of studies on the organization of the applied software and information system for the management of the technological process of measurement of traction electric motor collectors wearing at the stage of repair using modern software. Special software that allows to perform quick and truthful calculation of the wearing parameters of traction electric motor collectors depending on their run distance is proposed for implementation. After the entering of initial values, the statistical dependence of the collector diameter and its wearing on the run distance of the motive-power unit as well as theoretical distribution are calculated. The comparability of the theoretical and empirical distributions and sample regression coefficients that reflect the degree of connection between the theoretical and empirical distributions are estimated. The software provides the ability to calculate the predicted diameter and wearing of the traction engine motor collector depending on the run distance. Initial data and calculation results are saved to the MS Excel book.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the effect of accounting on the nonlinearity of the characteristics of the throttles of the side blocks of the launch vehicle “Soyuz-2” on dynamic and accurate characteristics of fuel consumption control system operation. When the component ratio control system (RCS) is excluded from the fuel composition control system of side units, the accuracy of implementation of control commands calculated in the LSC algorithm begins to be influenced by technological scattering of angular speed of rotation of various samples of throttles of side units, non-linearity and technological spread of characteristics of the throttles, which determine the dependence of pressure drop values on throttle on the throttle angle, etc. In order to assess the consequences of exclusion of the RCS system from the fuel consumption control system of the side units, an analytical dependence was selected for approximation of the throttle characteristic and its parameters were calculated, the simulation model of the control object was adjusted to take into account additional disturbances factors, simulation models of the side block engine control algorithm were formed and investigated (using PC simulation) and recommendations were made on using of variant of algorithm that provides the most advanced dynamic and accurate characteristics the fuel consumption control system of the side block operation.

MODELING OF MULTI-PHASE SYNCHRONOUS MACHINES IN VARIOUS COORDINATE SYSTEMS

Abstract

In industry, the solution to many problems is directly related to the development and research of synchronous machines (SM), which operate on a rectifying (asymmetric) load. This raises questions related to the selection of rational forms of representation of models and recommendations for their practical application for the study of various modes of operation of SM. Analysis of transients in the SM can be performed using mathematical models obtained in various coordinate systems. The paper presents a modeling method in reduced phase coordinates (FC), which allows one to obtain results that satisfy the calculation accuracy in FC in terms of accuracy of calculations, but with significantly lower computational costs.
