Robust systems of automatic direction by dynamic objects with time relay and passive adaptation

Abstract
Static and dynamic characteristics of the objects with delays in time are analyzed in the paper. Self-directing robust systems and algorithms of their direction with passive (signal) adaptation are provided. The static and dynamic characteristics of robust self-adapting systems with long time delay are studied. The system of algorithms, providing for the elimination of static mistakes involving constant beginning and revolting influences without use of integrated components in a basic contour of the system is suggested. It’s shown with the help of analytical procedures and by the method of computer modeling that the systems have a property of low sensibility to variations of the object’s parameters and revolting signal influences. At that the system remains stable and guarantees the necessary complex of system’s quality demands.

Analysis of operation algorithm for automatic lines extrusion zone heating system

Abstract
The analysis of polymer transformation algorithm when applied to cable products in extruder is provided. The requirements for the technological mode setting individual heating zones of the working cylinder are defined. It is shown that in the first zone, its temperature must not exceed the melting temperature of polyethylene, and in the second area temperature is increased to create a heterogeneous polymer melt, and only in the third working area polymer mass is finally formed for subsequent blending it to a conductor. The substantiation requirements directly to the technological mode of the extruder’s head work are given. Polymer pressure in it is taken as the main influence in the management process of isolation in cable products. All of the suggested algorithms are brought to certain recommendations for their technical implementation using the local APCS subsystems.

Optimization of the technological equipment of industrial water supply systems

Abstract
The problem of equipment designing for industrial water supply systems is analyzed. Objects of investigation are intakes and water treatment systems, providing water processes for set industries that are located in the area of ​​the region. The use of intelligent decision support system for water treatment technologies is described. As a result of such a system by a set of alternative-processing circuits that contain many different types of devices is formed. The problem of optimal selection of process equipment for the resulting technological schemes is considered. This is the problem of discrete programming with Boolean variables. Constraints of the problem take into account tolerances on values ​​of water quality, energy consumption and other process variables. Examples of the use of the proposed method for several industrial water systems are given.

Abstract
The analysis of method error of measuring of blades tips radial and axial displacements in compressor or turbine of gas-turbine engine caused by irregular blade pitch on the turbomachine wheel (measuring methods are realized with the help of clusters of single-coil eddy-current sensors with sensitive element made as a conductor strip) is considered in the paper. The inaccuracy-reduction techniques, as well as quantitative estimates of method efficiency and reliability, are proposed too.

Revealing of bad data measurements based on a posteriori analysis

Abstract
The importance of accuracy and reliability of the systems of power accounting metering information is emphasized in the article. Various mathematical methods of bad data identification are examined. Position of the method relative to the state estimation is the basis for methods separation into different types. Special attention is paid to the a posteriori bad data analysis. Applying of energy flow problem to reveal measurements with errors which exceeds admissible limits is described. In contradiction to traditional state estimation, energy flow problem variables are flows of energy. Test case is calculated to demonstrate the efficiency of the method.

The methods and tools for measuring the integral characteristics that are invariant to errors in the formation of additional harmonic signals

Abstract
The analysis of methods and means of measurement, based on the definition of the integral characteristics of instant values of input and additional harmonic signals is considered. The ways of exclusion errors of phase-shifting blocks used to generate additional signals with correction and without subsequent correction of the instant values of signals are provided. Discusses methods for measuring the integral characteristics of harmonic signals that are invariant to errors in the formation of additional signals. Analyzes methods in which additional signals are applied as orthogonal components of the input signal, as well as methods using the generation of additional signals which are shifted relative to the input at an arbitrary angle. The block diagrams of measurement tools that implement the methods are provided.

The method for measuring a frequency based on the comparison of the instant values of input and additional harmonic signals

Abstract
A brief analysis of methods for measuring the frequency on instant values of harmonic signals that reduce the measurement time is considered. A new method of measuring the frequency of the harmonic signals based on the formation of additional voltage signals and comparing the instantaneous values of the input and one of the additional signals is described. In order to determine the frequency is used the temporal separation of the instant values of an additional signal on the exemplary time interval. The block diagram of measurement tool that implement the methods is provided. The results of the analysis of the method’s error due to the deviation of the actual signal from the harmonic model are considered. The obtained results allow to identify exemplary intervals that will ensure reduction of error.

Effect of the flow high speed the discrete corpuscles with the various in performances on metals

Abstract
Effect on metals of a flow of high speed discrete powdered corpuscles in a regime superdeep penetration of corpuscles is studied. Processing is spent by particles of refractory metals, nonmetals and chemical compounds. With application of x-ray radiation features of microdistortions of a crystal lattice of metals at change of characteristics of a stream of particles - average density of a stream are revealed. Pressure of impact is calculated by a method of construction of shock adiabatic curves. The possible mechanism of low concentration of the introduced particles is described at processing by a high density stream. Connection of craters parametres on a surface of a matrix and penetrating power of particles are studied. Dependencies of the craters sizes, their depth or degradation and concentration of the introduced particles in volume of preparation by a method the x-ray microanalysis are investigated.

Research mechanical and corrosion properties composite aluminum alloys Al-TiC

Abstract
The addition of nano-sized particles of titanium carbide improves the mechanical properties of the alloys without degradation of the starting of the corrosion resistance. The relevance of the study of aluminum alloys and composite application of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis to produce alloys of Al-TiC is shown. Preparation process of the charge and a composite alloy is described. The results of studies of mechanical and corrosion properties of the composite alloys aluminum matrix modified nanoparticles of titanium carbide TiC are provided. Alloys compositions such as: Al - 10 % TiC, AK7 +10% TiC and AK9ch +10% TiC were studied, as well as the starting matrix materials: pure aluminum and AK9ch. The plasticity index wad obtained by calculation. This value showed that the experimental samples are small crystal materials and nanomaterials . It is shown that the addition of nano-sized particles of titanium carbide improves the mechanical properties of the alloys without degradation of the starting of the corrosion resistance.

About pitting of carbides from raceway of bearing's rings made of corrosion-resistant steel 110Cr18Mo

Abstract
The paper is devoted to reasons of formation of such defect as cavities on bearing surface of rings made of corrosion-resistant steel 110Cr18Mo. This defect is not valid because it is a stress concentrator. A brief review is carried out for corrosion-resistant steels used in domestic and overseas engineering. The job conditions of the bearings made ​​of these steels was viewed. The paper describes the effect of alloying elements on some physicochemical properties of the steel. Heat treatment regime for steel 110Cr18Mo is showed. Analysis of contamination by non-metallic inclusions is carried out. Criteria of control of the carbide phase in steel 110Cr18Mo according to engineering specifications are analyzed. Analysis of degree of development the carbide inhomogeneity is carried out. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the defect is formed by pitting carbides from raceway of bearing's rings during machining.

Calculation of the amplitude of local conditional elastic stresses on the wall section tank with defects the form as a dent

Abstract
Describes the method of calculating the amplitude local conditional elastic stresses on the wall section tank with form defects of a dent is described in the paper. Dent is isolated and falls under the term of an elliptic. The methodology takes into account the effect on the amplitude of the stress of four parameters: arrow of a deflection, height and relative width of dent, the minimum thickness of the tank wall in the area of dent. The chosen calculation method based on the selection of a design scheme for determining the mode of deformation and the base of the canonical form of the profile dent is provided, the term for isolation and the correct form of dent are provided, analytical dependences to approximate the stress concentration factor are received.

Hydroblasting influence on polycyclic fatigue of cylindrical parts made of D16T alloy using reference specimen initial deformations evaluation

Abstract
The possibility of outstripping superficial plastic deforming by hydroblasting influence on cylindrical parts of various diameters (10-40 mm) made of D16T alloy with circular cuts endurance limit evaluation using residual stresses (initial deformations) of reference specimen determination results has been examined. It’s established that the maximum calculated compressive residual stresses in smooth parts differ from the experimentally found ones less than 7%, in cut parts this difference is 8%. Endurance limit increments for parts with cuts have been defined using the average integral residual stresses criterion by calculation method. The difference between experimental and calculated values of hardened parts with concentrators endurance limit increase doesn’t exceed 17%.

Methodology of determining of the preload of bearings spindle

Abstract
The method of rating the forcing of bearing assembly spindle unit preload. A test-bench has been developed to quantify vibroacoustics, featuring the dimension of the identified preload forcing. Amplitude-frequency response characteristics of vibration acceleration of spindle unit during short-term forcing directly on the spindle became available by experiments. The frequency content of amplitude spectra has been analyzed to determine eigen frequency peaks of spindle unit at various preload values. The criterion is defined which helps to determine a value of preload force.

Surface hardened threaded pipe parts made of high-strength aluminum alloy 1953T1 fatigue resistance

Abstract
Outstripping superficial plastic deforming various regimes influence on polycyclic fatigue of threaded pipe specimens made of high-strength aluminum alloy 1953T1 has been examined. It’s been shown that the most optimal type of hardening is rolling regime when pipe piece wall depth decrease by 1,5 mm. It’s established that there’s a direct correlation between hardened threaded specimens endurance limit increase and compressive residual stresses distribution character. This fact is well characterized using the average integral residual stresses criterion. Endurance limit increase prediction method for surface hardened threaded parts made of aluminum alloy 1953T1 using residual stresses distribution has been proposed.

Optimization of the phased introduction of automatic measuring systems

Abstract
The problem of optimal planning for introduction of the automatic measuring system of technological parameters taking into account restrictions on funding of each phase is discussed. As a result of solving the problem it is achieved the maximum accuracy of the calculation of technical and economic indicators of equipment at each stage. The setting of the problem takes into account the current state of the measuring system for the calculation of technical and economic indicators, the measurement error of existing and newly installed devices, the cost of the introduced system, the cost of maintenance of the existing system and the new system. An example is given of solving the problem of optimizing for the phased introduction of the automatic measuring system for the calculation of technical and economic indicators of power-generating unit.

Abstract
Based on the model of focal thermal ignition investigated the ignition process of turbulent flow aerosuspension aluminum particles powder ASD -4. The critical radius of the hot spot and the condition of its formation. Based on the visualization of the development process are considered a hot spot features: formation of a hot spot in the case of propagating and evanescent flame effect of the initial turbulence aluminum- air mixture on the development of a hot spot. Using the obtained values ​​of the critical size of a hot spot defined minimum spark energy required for reliable ignition of aluminum- air mixture, and theoretically determined the rate of flame propagation is confirmed by experimental studies.

Two-dimensional problem of optimal with respect to typical quality criteria control of through induction heating processes

Abstract
A process of induction heating of metal billets before hot forming is considered as an object to be optimized. Optimal with respect to typical optimization criteria control problems are formulated and solved under conditions of Chebyshev's estimations of final temperature states. Three typical optimization problems are considered: time-optimal control problem, problem of maximum heating accuracy and minimum energy consumption problem. Parametric optimization of control algorithms is based on the developed at SamSTU alternance method of optimization of distributed parameters systems. Computational results for optimal heating of aluminum cylindrical billets are shown as examples of formulated problems solutions. Two-dimensional numerical model of interrelated electromagnetic and temperature fields has been developed in Cedrat FLUX software and integrated in optimization procedure.

Abstract
The oil-trunk pipeline is seen as object with distributed parameters (ODP). The dependence on time and coordinates of the flow velocity in the pipeline is seen as ODP controlled value. boundary-value problems of mathematical modeling of trunk pipelines for petroleum transportation is presented in the form of the linear differential equation of the second order, the right part of which contains discontinuous functions describing involvement programs pump units at oil booster stations. These functions act as internal concentrated control functions of ODP. The linear differential equation of the second order is presented in the form of an infinite system of ordinary differential equations of second order, for integration of which applied the method of green functions.

Abstract
The technology applied to the tool surfaces filing detonation coatings that improve tool life significantly reduce the manufacturing cost per unit of output, as well as requiring much less manufacturing space. Hardcourt as an abrasive material has a higher corrosion resistance, wear resistance and red hardness than steel wool and a higher thermal stability than diamond files. It uses the natural property of detonation coatings in multilayer deposition to acquire a uniform solid grungy layer across the surface being treated. In the present method was first used by the primary effect of anisotropy to increase strength "teeth" of a file.

Experimental determination of the temperature field of mechatronic module

Abstract
This paper investigates the possibility of high-speed and high-precision processing of products on a precision rotary table in the form of a mechatronic module. This design eliminates backlash in the electric drive structure, providing high dynamic performance of quality control. The author gives experimental evaluation of thermal deformations of the rotary table’s faceplate from heating of the stator of the rotary synchronous motor with permanent magnets in the rotor. The paper shows that the achievement of required quality control is possible with the introduction of stabilization system of stator using temperature coolant.
