Gerasimova I.B., Muhamedrahimova L.N.

Abstract

The paper considers the problem of increasing the efficiency of small social groups (SSG) functioning. In order to solve this problem, a cognitive dynamic model of SSG which is based on linear relationships is constructed. The model takes into account the psychophysiological compatibility of the members. Psychophysiological compatibility is certain combinations of temperament types which generate interpersonal attraction. Next the rate and sustainability of the SSG activity process are evaluated by means of computer simulation. At the same time, each person in the group is considered as capable of self-organization with his/her own temperament.

MODELS FOR RESEARCH OF MODERN MICROPROCESSORS

Efimushkina N.V.

Abstract

An approach to the development of state-of-the-art microprocessor simulation models is discussed. The models allow to estimate time characteristics of objects. For the identification of the influence of the most important factors on these characteristics, a simplified representation of the microprocessor structure is used. The microprocessors include one or several pipelines. The program which is simulated by the model, is presented in the form of a stochastic sequence of instructions. Among these instructions can be data or control conflicts, and also memory operations. The models allow to reveal the most effective structures and operating modes of the objects, and also collisions reducing their output. They are united in the package consisting of four programs developed under the leadership of the author.

THE SOLUTION OF FIELD PROBLEMS AT DESIGNING INDUCTOR WITH A MAGNETIC CIRCUIT

Bazarov A.A., Danilushkin A.I., Pimenov D.N.

Abstract

A set of issues on simulating electromagnetic and thermal processes in a closed magnetic circuit induction heater is discussed. The specific features of induction heaters with a lining ensuring thermal protection of the winding and decrease in thermal losses decrease, are reflected in a positive allowance increase between the inductor and the heated body. It results in magnetic-flux short circuits directly among the teeth, which affects inductor power characteristics. To determine the most favourable ratios between the groove and tooth sizes, the groove and the positive allowance between the inductor and the heated body, research is being carried out, and dependences are being constructed. A separate issue is determining the heated body placement depth. This parameter influences not only the specific power distribution along the workpiece, but also the heating accuracy achieved under the process time limit. The geometrical complexity of the design and the presence of nonlinear dependences in the distribution of electromagnetic and thermal fields makes three-dimensional numerical models the basic tools. In solving some of the problems two-dimensional array is used.

Kotenev V.I., Kotenev A.V.

Abstract

The model is constructed on the basis of the equation of non-stationary heat conductivity of a sphere equivalent to basic the electric-equipment heat dissipating elements in its heatmass characteristics, the heat exchange equation between the air in the compartment, the sphere surface and the compartment internal surface, and also on the basis of the equation of the thermal balance between the compartment external surface and atmospheric air. The heat conduction equation of the sphere is approximated by an ordinary differential equation of the second order by the method of integrated elements To determine the limits of Biot numbers, which require the clarification of the method of integral elements, a graph of the relative values of the deviations from the exact approximate solutions is constructed for different Biot numbers and different values of the exponent of the coordinate function. Livshits M.Y., Sheludko L.P.

Abstract

The causes of decreasing energy efficiency and marketability of open-district heating-system heating and power plants (HPP) have been analyzed. The conversion to the closed-district heating systems is planned but it will reduce cogeneration electricity production by heat consumption, which is the main index of the thermodynamical efficiency of HPPs. The application practicability of a new approach to low cost modernization of open-district system HPPs is discussed. It includes heating and recirculation of the whole flow of feeding water in the condenser of one of the turbines. Approximation dependence based on the experimental data is used for computational analysis of thermodynamical efficiency of the suggested approach. The experimental investigations have been conducted for a number of low-pressure steam turbines of different types. It is shown that during the whole year operation period, ST-65-130/13 turbine power can be increased by 7-15 MVt depending on the operational mode of the HPP.

Makarov I.V., Shchelokov A.I.

Abstract

Convective heat transfer and it’s features in the bund undulation furnaces of steam boilers have an important task. The heat exchange surface in the form of tightly compressed helical coiled circular pipes is a special kind of a rough surface. Heat transfer between the flow of combustion products and the heating surface is classified as complex heat exchange, characterized by the simultaneous transfer of heat by radiation and convection. Used hydrodynamic analogy O. Reynolds for solving the problem of convective heat transfer. This method of approximate calculation of heat transfer in turbulent flow of coolant is not associated with the solution of differential equations, and is widely used for various application tasks. Results of authors experiment are consistent with the Nunner’s data.

Shishkov E.M., Shishkova L.I.

Abstract

The paper proposes a generalized model of a structurally heterogeneous multicircuit overhead power transmission line. Possible types of heterogeneities in the structure of the line are discussed. A method for taking account of heterogeneities in practical steady states mode calculations is proposed. It is suggested that the line should be divided artificially to homogeneous sections with additional nodes. A method for forming single-line equivalent circuits on the basis of schemes in phase coordinates is proposed. Expressions for calculating the equivalent-circuit parameters are given. The possibility of using the designed equivalent circuits for solving the problem of the loss division between the circuits of a multicircuit overhead line is discussed. On the basis of the line state equation, expressions for the calculation of the active power losses in each circuit and the losses in ground wires are derived.

Determining Natural bending frequency of a machine-tool spindle taking into account bearing anisotropic elasticity

Denisenko A.F., Yakimov M.V.

Abstract

The paper considers bending vibrations of machine-tool spindles, taking into account the compliance of the spindle body and bearings. The features of the development of dynamic models concerning the spindle shape as a shaft with portions slightly different in diameter, a significant difference in stiffness values of the front and rear bearings, and their radial stiffness anisotropy. For a stiffness hodograph in the form of an oval, analytical expressions for the natural frequencies of flexural vibrations are obtained. It is shown that the presence of the spindle bearing stiffness anisotropy results in a range of the spindle bending frequencies, which makes it difficult to conduct diagnostic activities. Taking as an example the design of a model 16B16T1 lathe spindle assembly, the factors affecting the formation of the given stiffness coefficients of the dynamical system are examined. The results of evaluating the influence of the spindle bearing elastic characteristics formed during the designing and assembly on changing the magnitude and range of the stiffness coefficients given.

THE ESTIMATION OF SURFACE HARDENING INFLUENCE ON THE ENDURANCE LIMIT OF CYLINDRICAL PARTS OF VARIOUS DIAMETERS UNDER STRESS CONCENTRATION CONDITIONS

Radchenko V.P., Lunin V.V., Kirpichev V.A.

Abstract

The influence of surface plastic hardening on the endurance limit of cylindrical parts of various diameters (10 - 50 mm) made of steel 20 with stress concentrators under bending is investigated experimentally. We consider the semicircular notches with radii of 0.3; 0.5 and 1 mm. The distribution of residual stresses in smooth specimens is determined experimentally by the rings and strips method. For the notched specimens it is determined numerically by calculation the sum of additional residual stresses due to the redistribution of residual loadings, after advancing hardening and residual stresses of smooth specimens. The distributions of axial residual stresses in smooth specimens and in the smallest cross section of specimens with concentrators are given. It was found that for predicting the endurance limit of the surface-hardened cylindrical parts under the stress concentration it is preferable to use the mean integral criterion of residual stresses. It is shown that after treatment of surface by microbeads and running roller in specimens with stress concentrators the endurance limit value increased by 30 ÷ 100% compared to the non hardened specimens. The experimental and calculated values of the endurance limits are given.

IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF SEPARATION BY CONTROLLING THE DIFFERENTIAL DENSITY OF THE GAS / OIL MIXTURE

Zelenskiy V.A., Shchodro A.I.

Abstract

Increasing the productivity of developed oil fields is limited by the quality requirements of the product is obtained. The introduction of additional stages of separation requires high material costs and does not give the desired effect. Improving the efficiency of the oil and gas mixture separation is proposed by comparing the density of the liquid in the first and second chambers of the separator. To do it, additional pressure and temperature sensors are introduced into the automated control scheme of the three-phase horizontal separator. The measured parameters are compared with the readings of the other sensors and, given the characteristics of the separator, are translated into the fluid density. Given the difference in density between oil and water, the quality of the output product is determined. The separation process is characterized by a complex mathematical description, therefore, to evaluate the efficiency in the future, simulation methods are supposed to be used.

Abstract

The paper deals with the issues of reservoir cathodic protection. Electrical potential distribution in an experimental reservoir is investigated. It is established that electrical potential value decreases as the distance from the protector increases, and it keeps constant starting from a certain radius length. The equivalent circuit consisting of a voltage source and dividers is offered for theoretical description. Formulas for circuit components calculation are offered. Using the equivalent circuit, the theoretical potential distribution in the reservoir is determined. The comparison of the theoretical distribution with the experimental results confirms the model adequacy.

Mikheev A.G.

Abstract

The paper discusses the features of mathematical modeling of the process of heating the copper conductors in the implementation of the operation of the annealing process in general. Such operation is typical for the production of various types of cable. It is combined with the work of the various pieces of equipment in the general structure of automatic lines. With this combination, the residence time in the core wire is restricted heating. It is not possible to describe the process of heating the traditional mathematical models in the form of transfer functions. It is shown that for this type of heating mathematical model of this process will be reduced to a simple amplifying element with a variable gear ratio. To eliminate such parametric perturbations in the overall process of heating, a simple structure of the control algorithm.
