Simulation of the operations sequence disciplines of the designation as the instrument LP

Abstract
In conditions of considerable diversity production range the leading part is removed to the determination of the sequence of the launch-release of the parties of objects. Development of methods of sequence of work tasks is one of the key tools of lean manufacturing. Mathematical model of determining the optimal sequence are of limited use. Heuristic approaches are simple and easy enough to fit into the constraints of a different nature. Represented disciplines of designation make it possible to establish the complex of priorities in the process of development of production schedule. The main objective of the company's management - development of some combination of priorities that enhance the efficiency of production processes. The selection of the optimum sequence of fulfilling the operations ensures the observance of the principles of the rational organization of production.

Abstract
The paper describes system model of regional transport infrastructure development progect. System characteristic of regional transport infrastructure development project is suggested. The characteristic shows the process of efficiency evaluation of investment project development of regional transport infrastructure. The process of evaluation is split by two stages: evaluation of efficiency of investment project in general and evaluation of efficiency of participating in project. System model of regional transport infrastructure development investment project is suggested as well as complex evaluation of regional transport infrastructure development project. Complex evaluation suggests to evaluate stages of taking the decisions in projects systematically.

Method, mathematical model and control algorithm of technological process of oil separation

Abstract
Before the oil and gas industry faces the challenge of increasing productivity of existing resources. Development and research of new methods, mathematical models and algorithms of management of technological process of oil separation is aimed at the solution of this problem that causes the relevance of the work performed. The proposed method is based on indirect measurement of density of oil and gas mixture with subsequent correction of the readings according to the results of measurement of the density of already separated oil. The method is based on a more progressive gradient model the phase transition between layers of oil and gas mixture. Provides analytical expressions to determine the average velocity of the oil globules of various fractions. To determine the time of formation of the solid phase layer is made of simulation modeling in the software environment LiteSMO. The control algorithm of technological process of separation is made in the form of a diagram of the actions of the UML standard. Application of the developed method, mathematical models and algorithms will improve the efficiency of management system preparation of oil, which has great practical significance for the oil and gas sector of the domestic economy.

Abstract
The paper reflects the problems of corporate development. The expediency of the creation of a conceptual model of the corporation. Resources are considered as a set of elements that constitute a conceptual model development. The definitions of these key elements and relationships between them. The questions of creation and distribution of resources, shows the role of intellectual resources. The possibility of corporate development, based on partnerships between investors and producers of material and energy resources. It was concluded that reducing the contradictions between labor and capital and the possibility of establishing partnerships between them. As a model for further corporate development, proposed the transformation of the corporation to a partnership of owners of means of production and the workforce.

Real-time evolution computation in mobile cyber-physical systems’ control

Complex shaped blades tips’ radial and axial displacements calculation errors in the systems for measuring of radial clearances in turbine

Abstract
Analytically given conversion function set as a digital code dependence on coordinate displacements in radial and axial direction is considered. Experimentally obtained set of calibration characteristics similar to conversion function set is considered, too. Conversion functions are used for construction of calibration charts with given subintervals in radial and axial directions. These calibration charts are used for quantitative estimation of the errors of calculation algorithms. The estimate results in dependence of subintervals in both directions are given. The results of errors’ distribution investigation inside of the calibration chart's cell with side dimension equals to given subintervals are considered, too.

The effect of quantization of instant values of signals at the error of determination of their integral characteristics

Abstract
Investigated a method of measuring the integral characteristics on the instantaneous values of the input and additional harmonic signals. A method provides defining characteristics on instantaneous values of signals, measured simultaneously once per period at the moment of transition of one of the additional voltage through zero. The results of the analysis of influence of quantization of instant values of signals at the error of the result of the determination of informative parameters are shown. It is established that this type of error depends not only on the width of analog-to-digital converters but also the phase angle of the additional signals. The obtained results allow to determine the optimum angle of phase shift depending on the requirements of measurement accuracy.

Analysis of the influence of the error of forming additional signals on the measurement result of the integral parameters of harmonic signals

Abstract
Investigated a new method of measuring the parameters on the instantaneous values of harmonic signals. The method involves the formation of two additional voltages and identifying their transitions through zero. When implementing the method only the instantaneous values of the input signals should measure, that eliminates the module error of the blocks of the formation of the phase shift. The results of the analysis of the influence of the angular error of the blocks on the result of the determination of informative parameters, due to the difference of their angles of phase shift, are shown. The obtained results allow to determine the optimal shift angle of the phase-shifting blocks depending on requirements for accuracy and measurement time.

Model to reduce correction link dynamic inaccuracy of the measuring cell differential scanning calorimeter

Abstract
This paper considers the question of reducing the dynamic error of measurement of thermal characteristics of the substance during the flow of it endothermic and exothermic reactions, by correcting the information signal in a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Using the method of the thermal equivalent equation was obtained for the correction level in operator form. The resulting dependence reflects the major thermal inertia of the parts of the measuring unit and consumption of thermal energy in the surrounding space. This equation allows us to offer an electrical circuit for signal correction, coming from primary converters in hardware in the measuring unit DSС, reducing dynamic error effect on the measurement process

Estimation of characterization of lighting systems in Russia

Abstract
At present in Russia there is no continuous monitoring of the set number of light sources, characteristics and energy consumption for lighting . This complicates the planning of production and introduction of energy-saving light sources. Estimation of the total number of installed lamps and the electrical energy consumption for lighting both in Russia as a whole and by sectors: residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, agricultural sector, transport sector and outdoor lighting. To verify the results a method of calculating the total number of installed lamps based on the capacity of lamps market was proposed. Comparison of the results shows a good convergence of both methods. The obtained results allow to organize continuous monitoring of energy efficiency of power consumption on lighting in Russia and more reasonably develop plans for implementation of energy-efficient light sources.

Research of thermal and electromagnetic fields on the basis of numerical mathematical model of heating of ferromagnetic preparations in the induction heater of discrete and continuous action

Abstract
The technique of statement and numerical calculation of electromagnetic and thermal fields in established and the transitional modes of functioning of induction heaters of continuous and discrete and continuous action with ferromagnetic loading for heating to temperatures of plastic deformation is considered. The solution of regional tasks for electromagnetic and thermal fields is executed by method of final elements. Specific feature of the studied process is transition of the heated preparation through a point of magnetic transformations, and, the coordinate of this transition in the unsteady operating mode changes in the wide range. In this case resistance of system that leads to change of distribution of power on inductor length significantly changes. Besides, also the full capacity brought to the inductor and power factor changes.

As a control system is marked the possibility of using multi-agent system with the necessary flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.

Obtaining solutions of hyperbolic heat conduction equations with boundary conditions of third kind

Abstract
The exact analytical solution of the hyperbolic heat equation for an infinite plate with symmetric boundary conditions of the third kind. It is shown, that the heating (cooling) of the plate is accompanied by the motion of the front of a thermal wave, and the study area is divided into two subfields : disturbed, where the temperature changes from its values on a wall up to the temperature at the front and undisturbed, all along keeping the initial temperature. Therefore, unlike parabolic heat equation, the speed of propagation of heat in this case turns out to be finite. For large values of the number on the temperature curves appears from scrap, goes to the jump of the temperature. This bends-process occurs in the field, both positive and negative temperatures.

Obtaining nanofibers of silicon nitride by azide technology of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis

Abstract
In this paper the azide technology of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis for receiving nitrides is considered. Advantages of this technology are emphasized. The optimal chemical equations and conditions to obtain silicon nitride are chosen. SНS technology perspectives for receiving quality nanopowders are shown. The results of experimental and theoretical researches of synthesis process of silicon nitride micro- and nanopowders in «хSi + (NH4)2SiF6 + 6NaN3» system in the combustion mode are presented. Combustion and synthesis properties are determined. Silicon nitride micro- and nanopowders particles morphology is studied. The optimum chemical equation is: «14Si + (NH4)2SiF6 + 6NaN3».

Development of a new method corrosion tests steels in medium with contemporary attendance H2S and CO2

This paper discusses the mechanism of steel corrosion in H2S and CO2 combined effect medium. The testing method of steel corrosion resistance in medium with a high content of H2S and CO2 is suggested. The results of samples of laboratory experiments of steel 13HFA with variation of parameters (temperature, exposure time, medium composition pressure) are given. Test conditions and optimal parameters of experiments are described.

A study of the relationship of critical concentration of micelle formation and efficiency of demulsifiers

Abstract
This paper presents the research results of the relationship of surface activity of demulsifiers and efficiency of their actions. Selected commercially available demulsifiers are used, which differ significantly on surface activity (critical concentration of micelle formation and interfacial tension on the boundary "oil - water solution of demulsifier"). The results of experimental studies have shown the relationship of critical concentration of micelle formation of aqueous solutions of demulsifiers with the degree of dehydration of oil and the kinetics of free water release. These results can be used for testing the reagents to select the optimum demulsifier.

Abstract
The paper presents the synthesis results of optimal systems for the synthesis of nitride composition «silicon nitride - titanium nitride», «silicon nitride - boron nitride», «silicon nitride - aluminum nitride». The end product is a nanostructured powder consisting of a mixture Si3N4 and TiN, in the case of obtaining nitride com position is «silicon nitride - titanium nitride», and Si3N4 and BN and, in the case of obtaining nitride composition «silicon nitride - boron nitride». Clean, without foreign impurities, nitride composition Si3N4-AlN could not be obtained. Chemical stages of formation of nitride of the composition Si3N4-TiN, Si3N4-BN and Si3N4-AlN in the mode of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis using sodium azide are considered. It is established that to obtain the target nitrides of the starting materials (silica, sodium azide and halides of titanium (aluminum, boron)) in the combustion process must pass not only the nitriding reaction of elemental silicon and atomic titanium (aluminum or boron), but the decomposition, dissociation, metallothermy etc.

Self-propagating high-temperature sinthesis ultradispersed and nanosized the powder composition TiC-SiC AND TiC-NbC

Abstract
The experimental technique on self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) of composite titanium carbide and silicon or niobium powders was developed. The synthesis in a mode of burning powder compositions with different percentages of initial reagents was made. The combustion temperature measurement was given. The final products of synthesis were analyzed by electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry. As is shown SHS products are compositions of ultrafine and nanosized particles of pure target phases TiC-SiC and TiC-NbC, combined into micron size agglomerates.

Reaserch of dependents between hardness of ribbon from steel 60C2A and heat treatment conditions

Abstract
The paper focuses on the investigation of the effect of heat treatment on reception quality of the mechanical properties and microstructure of the details steel grade 60S2A ribbon with thickness of 0.3 mm conforming to the production instructions heat treatment. For this purpose on the first phase the results of Vickers hardness are analyzed. The microstructure of the alloy parts is studied by metallographic analysis. The dependence between the microstructure and hardness values is investigated. Modes of heat treatment of the parts and defects caused by the technological process disturbance are described. The recommendations to prevent inconsistencies of hardness values ​​of the technological process are given.

Rectangular inductors design

Abstract
The possibility of improving the accuracy of the calculation of a powerful inductor of rectangular shape, for heating slabs of aluminum alloys before rolling is considered taking into account the installation size and electricity system complexity and equipment. The failure cost may be very high. Therefore, without neglecting the analytical and numerical calculation methods, it is advisable to use the physical modeling. The simulation possibility of induction units of industrial frequency on physical models with a frequency of 2500 Hz is shown. This allows to reduce considerably the dimensions of the unit, without changes the characteristics of energy and thermal processes. Also in the case of physical simulation the temperature dependences parameters of the inductor and the heated slab are naturally taken into the consideration.

Software for equation of state binary coefficients optimization

This paper is devoted to modernization software that allows check the correctness of gas and liquid properties models. After modernization this software can compare calculated phases compositions with available experimental data and find the optimal binary coefficients values. This software can help the process developers to choose equation of state and binary coefficients in each specific case. Also this paper contains a comparison example of calculated and experimental compositions in "methane - pentane" system.

Pressure combined control system in an extruder at imposing polymeric insulation

Abstract
Automatic control pressure system in the extruder was developed applying for the process of polymer insulation of wired communication cables. The system provides a polymer melt pressure stabilization in the forming extruder tool by compensating the main disturbance caused by extruder design features - a pulsating pressure gradient of polymer melt at the outlet of the extruder. This ensures the stability of the instant productivity of the extruder and the diameter of insulation of the cable core.

Algorithms for control of grinding technological process in mass production

Abstract
The questions of synthesis of control algoritms for metal-processing machines under the condition of mass-production are studied. As an example, consider the technological process of plunge-cut grinding. The necessarity of consideration of stochastic parameters of process under the restrictions on phase coordinates by quality factors is shown. The limit abilities of different algorithms' classes are analyzed. The problems of algoritm synthesis for technological processes of operating essential parts are considered and penalty function for parameter optimization the conditions of decriasing of durability is introduced. The problem of profit of efficiency under the usage of such algoritms is studied.
