DYNAMICS OF CATECHOLAMINE INTERHEMISPERE ASYMMETRYOF RATS IN FIRST MONTH OF POSTNATAL ONTOGENESIS
Abstract
Laterality changes of catecholamines (CA): adrenaline (A), noreadrenaline (NA), dopamine (DA) in the structures of brain hemispheres of male white rats was studied from their for four weeks. The general domination sinistrocerebral CA and «mixed» type of CA-profile with dextral A and NA components and sinistral laterality of DA was found in newborn animals.
Left side CA-asymmetry was contrasted due to the dextral NA-component inverse in the cortex and hippocampus during the appearance of vision period. Unipolar sinistral CA-profle and the increase of laterality grade of all its elements was formed
by the age of four weeks. Interhemispere CA-profile of hippocampus was practically unchanged in comp arison with
appearance of vision period.

INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL TEMPERATURE ON SUPERFICIAL AND DEEPTEMPERATURES OF LOWER EXTREMITY IN PATIENTS WITH VARICOSITY
Abstract
Our purpose was to study the correlative association between the environmental temperature and shin temperatures -
infra-red (IRТ) and microwave (deep or RТМ) temperatures - in healthy people and patients with varicosity (VD) with varying
degrees of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). 37 healthy patients and 64 patients with VD of the lower extremity were
studied. The temperature was registered in 12 points of each shin. As a result, we have determined that in healthy patients
an increase of environmental temperature resulted in directly proportional IRТ change (factor of correlation from 0,6 till 0,48), in VD С2-С3 (CVI 0-1 items) the factor of correlation raised essentially (from 0,86 till 0,74), at patients VD С4-С6 (CVD
degree 3) the factor of correlation between IRT and environmental temperature amounted to 0,78-0,54. The deep
temperature in healthy patients did not depend on temperature of the environment (factor of correlation from 0,05 to - 0,21), in patients with VD С1-С3 (CVD degree 0-1) the factor of correlation was considerably higher and amounted to 0,55-0,46, in patients with VD С4-С6 (CVD degree 3) the factor of correlation also amounted to 0,62-0,46.

DIFFERENTIAL EXPRESSION OF CYTOKINE GENES IN MICE INFECTEDBY BURKHOLDERIA PSEUDOMALLEI AND B. THAILANDENSIS
Abstract
Using RT-PCR technique, the differences in cytokine genes expression in mice infected by Burkholderia pseudomallei
и B. thailandensis strains were investigated. The maximal mRNA level of IFN- γ and IL-12, belongs to Th1-type cytokine
profile of immune responce, was revealed in mice infected by avirulent B. thailandensis. The acute melioidosis caused by B. pseudomallei 100, contrastly, was characterized by termination of IFN- γ and IL-12 production and increase of IL-10 mRNA
quantity in latest stages of observation. The transcription profiles of cytokine genes in mice infected by attenuated mutant
B. pseudomallei 56770 99/10 was more related to case of B. thailandensis, however apparent similarity was matched in early stages of infection only. The obtained results demonstrate clear differences in immune response during infection
caused by B. pseudomallei and B. thailandensis, аnd a given approach may be useful to investigate the traits of Burkholderia
pathogenesis on molecular level.

ENDOTHELIAL FUNCTION AND CARDIOVASCULAR REMODELININ ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION
Abstract
Ultrasound study of the heart and vessels was performed in 105 patients with arterial hypertension and 20 apparently
healthy individuals. Normal endothelial function was noted in 26 patients (24 %), signs of endothelial dysfunction - in 79
patients (76 %). A disrupted ability of the brachial artery to relax corresponded to decreased blood flow in the medial cerebral
artery and parenchymatous renal blood flow (with an increased creatinin level). Patients with left ventricular hypertrophy
revealed an endothelial reaction in the form of increased endothelial shift (increased velocity without an increase in vascular
diameter), slowed-down time of vascular diameter restoration and decreased hemostatic ability of the vascular wall.

DYNAMICS OF TISSUE IGG AFTER GASTROPLASTY OF LIVER, SPLEEN AND KIDNEY WOUNDS IN THE EXPERIMENT
Abstract
Evidence of general immunomorphological regularities of reparative processes in the liver, spleen and kidney wounds
after their plasty with a seromuscular flap of the large curvature of the stomach on a vascular pedicle has been carried out on 135 rabbits. The method of direct immunofluorescence by Coons determined the quantity IgG in auto transplants, wounds of organs, layers between them, and also in donor wounds of the stomach, from where the flaps were taken. The follow-up period was from 1 to 360 days. The revealed tissue diffusion and transport IgG in wounds of injured organs most
intensively occurred in the first 7 days. The gastric flap, being originally «a tissue drainage», smoothes out the consequences
of ischemia around the wounds, accelerates the process of their purification and organization. The increase of IgG from 7th till 60-th day indicates an«effect of it accumulation» and creation of IgG depot IgG in it.

THE ROLE OF LEPTIN AND NEUROPEPTIDE Y IN PATHOGENESIS OF REPRODUCTIVEDYSFUNCTIONS IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS WITH ANOREXIA NERVOSA
Abstract
Serum leptin and neuropeptide Y levels have been determined in 2 studied groups of patients and in the control
group. A decreased leptin level was found at the anorectic stage, and hyperproduction of leptin was found at the stage of reduction of anorexia nervosa. It was also determined that leptin level is not depend on BMI. Hypoleptinemia of anorectic
stage was accompanied by a decreased neuropeptide Y level, which indicates formation of resistance to the low leptin level
that may be caused by a disorder of leptin transport through the hematoencephalic barrier and by hypoinsulinemia.

A COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVE THERAPYWITH THE PREPARATION CONTAINING ANTIBODIES TO C-END FRAGMENTOF AT1-RECEPTOR OF ANGIOTENSIN II (CARDOSTAN) AND VALSARTAN (DIOVAN)
Abstract
At present the problem of investigation of new ways in treatment of arterial hypertension in combination with metabolic
syndrome and search for remedies able to influence on different symptoms of these diseases simultaneously is of great
importance. Cardostan regulates rennin-angiotensin-aldosteron system activity decreasing blood pressure, normalizes
lipid profile. It isn't inferior in hypotensive effect evidence to diovan treatment in dose of 80 mg a day singly. In addition the influence of diovan on lipid metabolism wasn't revealed.

THE REINFORCEMENT OF RENIN-ANGEOTENSIN-ALDOSTERON SYSTEMBLOCKAGE: COMPARISON OF THE RESULTS OF THE MONOTHERAPYBY CARDOSTEN AND THE COMBINATION OF CARDOSTEN AND ENALAPRILAMONG THE PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN COMBINATIONWITH METABOLIC SYNDROME
Abstract
We studied the possibility of extra blockage of renin-angeotensin-aldosteron system as a result of combined therapy
by ultra small doses of antibodies to C-end fragment of AT-1 receptor of angiotensin II cardosten and angiotensin-converting
enzyme inhibitor among patients with the first degree arterial hypertension in combination with metabolic syndrome. The angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor enalapril supplement in dose of 10 mg two times a day to the monotherapy by cardosten speeds up and strengthens the hypotensive effect, it favorably influences on the data of lipid and carbohydrate
metabolism during first three months of treatment. Further the phenomenon of recession effect develops and the results
of treatment aren't different from the monotherapy by cardosten.

THE MEDICAL-DEMOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF DEATH RATE OF THE TAMBOV'SPOPULATION FROM CRANIOCEREBERAL TRAUMA
Abstract
Within the framework of complex cliniko-epidemiological research of prevalence of craniocereberal trauma and the organisation of medical aid to the victims we studied death rate and general lethality in craniocereberal trauma. Demographic
damage from craniocereberal traumas to the population of Tambov was estimated. We were the first to work out the negative impact of craniocerebral trauma deaths on average life expectancy using the method of plotting lethality tables. It is shown that death rate from the given kind of traumas reduces life expectancy of men by 1,4 years, and women - by 0,55
years; thus the vital potential of population is reduced by 109282 man-years.
