NEW CRYPTOSYSTEMS ON ELLIPTIC CURVE POINTS BASED ON THE PACKAGE KNAPSACKS DIFFICULTY

Abstract
In the paper we develop a cryptosystem on the points of an elliptic curve, based on the package knapsacks difficulty. To construct a cryptosystem uses the pairing operation of the elliptic curve defined over a finite ring. All arithmetic operations are performed in the residue number system.

Abstract
The article provides a brief review of existing methods for increasing security of the CSCDMA. To improve the technical characteristics of these systems the algorithm estimates the statistical properties of the correlation functions of the ensemble of discrete orthogonal signals, which are detailed in the article. Advantages of the new algorithm is that it allows you to use the average estimate of the inter-correlation and autocorrelation properties of an ensemble of signals in general, and visualize the results of calculations in assessing the intercorrelation and autocorrelation properties of a large number of ensembles of discrete orthogonal signals.

Abstract
The article is devoted to modeling of the interferential converter design data. The functioning of the device is based on application multibeam interferometer, formed by end faces of a central amalgamation element. Besides, if to execute the amalgamator from an erbium doped material, the device will supply amplification a target signal. The estimation of factor of interferometer mirrors reflection and its geometrical parameters is executed. The device provides also selectivity for spectral components of entrance radiation, that allows to operate of optical radiation chirp.

METHOD OF TEXTURE SEGMENTATION OF AEROSPACE IMAGES

Abstract
Method of texture segmentation of aerospace images based on two-dimensional Markov processes is offered. As a textural feature the probability of transition between image elements is used. The method of segmentation has been researched experimentally and compared with known contour methods (Canny, Sobel, Laplacian gausian). The method effectively allocates texture regions with different statistical characteristics and allows to reduce computing resources.
