ERGATIChESKIE I BIOTEKhNIChESKIE SISTEMY UPRAVLENIYa V MEDITsINSKOY ROBOTOTEKhNIKE
Abstract
In the article the expansion of ergonomics and biotechnical control concepts is suggested because robotics actively introducing in medicine. The examples of biotechnical systems, where besides robot and operator one more human - patient - is placed, are given. The three components interaction scheme of system physician-operator - robot - patient is described. The two variants of robot operation is considered - in clinics under physician control and individual home usage. It is noted that three-component interaction exists not only in medical robotics, but arising in manufacturing tasks

Abstract
In the article is investigated a problem of polymorbidity among old patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), because this field is one of the main aspects of clinical picture in the internal diseases. After the age of 60 many people have from 4 to 6 diseases, because at that time accumulation of disease is present. The amount of associated diseases is increased in every next decade and there are the more common of them: ischemic heart disease (ICD), arterial hypertension, gastritis, all of which favor the polypragmasy in the accent on rehabilitation technologies in treatment of elderly patient with COPD.

describes a problem evaluating and improving functional reserves of mental health and psycho-physiological maintenance
training process in children and youth sports schools of Olympic reserve (SDISOR). Program of research included psychological
tests, physiological tests carried out as a blanket and options through the use of hardware-software complex «Psihofiziolog».
The results and their analysis made it possible to identify and assess factors that contribute to better results (success) athletes
without running out of resources and the disruption of the mechanisms of adaptation. in view of psychophysical prices.

Abstract
The authors have carried out assessment of psychological status of students of the first - fourth year of a technical higher military educational institutions. Revealed that training-exam activity is accompanied by functional impairment of the psychological status as a disorder of adaptation responses, as evidenced by the deterioration of (the test "SUN") compared to the pre-examination period of "feeling"and "activity" (by 9,4% - 10,4 %), increased personal and reactive anxiety (at 10.5% -11.8%), and also increased (by 66.3%) of subjective manifestations of chronic fatigue syndrome. Obtained in the data indicate statistically significant differences between the intensity of the reaction of adaptation disorders in students the first two courses compared with students of the third or fourth year.

Abstract
We studied acupuncture effectiveness for traumatic injuries of inferior alveolar nerves treatment
on 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after the model of the disease having made when the threshold of perioral reflex manifestation and clinical assessment of the under lip determined. Light microscopy was performed after 7, 14 and 28 days for examination of the micro slides of the inferior alveolar nerve painted with hematoxylin-eosin by Kluver-Barrer and MSB (martius scarlet blue). Results we received confirm that acupuncture application for this nosology treatment in experiment is effective and gives bases for its recommendations for wide use in clinical practice in this category patients treatment

Abstract
Examinations of 120 of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), stable angina pectoris II functional class with hypertension III stage were done. Patients had sodium chloride baths treatment (20 and 30 g/l) in combination with low-frequency variable magnetic field (35 mTl). Exercise performance state was estimated with the help of spiroergometry, veloergometry; the influence of physical factors on rhythm disturbance and myocardial ischemia - electrocardiographic Holter monitoring. There has been demonstrated, that sodium chloride baths with concentration of salts 20 and 30 g/l in combination with low-frequency variable magnetic field (35 mTl) raise a level of physical working capacity, a coronary reserve of heart and render antiarrhythmic influence, and with increase of concentration of salts in a bath results of treatment raise.

Abstract

Abstract
A comparative analysis of the survey participants dance group working on the authoring system of psycho-physiological
adaptation (PPA System, patented Method of Lilies Semashko), members of the collective of modern dance and student
athletes was held. It was revealed that the characteristics of students attending on the PPA System are higher values of tidal
volume, and greater stability of cardiovascular stress test to track the increase of dead breathing space. When conducting
a more intensive functional test with controlled breathing at 6 cycles per minute it was revealed that the peculiarities of these
students are the minimum peak-duration R-R intervals and finger slide in systolic blood pressure as well as the smallest degree
of change in these parameters when changing the type of breathing from an arbitrary to a manageable, increase in systolic
blood pressure when changing the type of breathing and the greatest degree of reduction of the stress index.

Abstract
We have analyzed results of 169 operations that was performed for patients with carotid stenosis (86 carotid endarterectomy
and 83 carotid-artery stenting). The periprocedural rates of stroke was 3.29% in the endarterectomy group and 4.59% in the
stenting group (P=0.62). However multivariate analysis showed difference between these groups: the cerebrovascular events
in the carotid endarterectomy group were associated with contralateral occlusion+duration of previous stroke < 6 months
before procedure (p<0.05) and age > 75 years+ necessary to make temporary intraoperative shunt (P= (p<0.05). In the stenting
group the stroke was associated with type II plaque (p<0,05) and plaque ulceration (p<0,05). Detection and estimation of the
risk factors for carotid endarterectomy and carotid artery stenting reduce the perioperative complications rates and improve
the outcome of patients with carotid artery stenosis.
