PRINCIPLES OF TOURISTIC-RECREATIONAL FACILITIES DESIGN IN FREE ECONOMIC ZONE

VAVILONSKAYA T.V., SALEYKINA J.V.

Abstract

In this article touristic-recreational facilities (TRF) structures are described. The results of global practice analysis in designing TRF are presented. The correlation between the location of recreational areas and urban systems is revealed. Two compositional methods of TRF design are observed. Six structural models of TRC, their percentage in global practice and environmental eff ects on structure choice are marked. The most rational structure in the context of different factors and town-planning aspects is proposed.

ZOBOVA M.G.

Abstract

In the article the existing typology of sanatoriums is considered. Its main social and economic, urban, functional and planning, compositional problems are represented. A new typology of sanatoriums in order to optimize the architectural and urban parameters, to improve social attractiveness and economic eff ectiveness is off ered. The new typology of sanatoriums includes two types: an integrated and a basic sanatorium. The integrated sanatorium is a multi-specialized or specialized sanatorium for diff erent age groups as part of a multifunctional medical complex. The basic sanatorium is a multi-specialized or specialized sanatorium for diff erent age groups, based on local balneoresources and modern spa concepts.

NEW ARRANGEMENT FOR REINFORCEMENT OF HOLLOW CORE PANEL OF BUILDING FLOOR

ILYIN N.A., PANFILOV D.A., SHEPELEV A.P.

Abstract

The proposed device is referred to building sphere. It’s oriented to strengthening of reinforced concrete hollow fl oor slab, damaged due to diff erent reasons including fi re or technological accident. Possible results of this device using are: signifi cant increase of strength and rigidity of fl oor slabs; signifi cant increase of real fi re-resistance of slabs; smooth unloading of damaged slab; regulation of unloading amount of reinforced slab. This proposed device is simple in design, it’s characterized by economy in using, negligeable restraint of operating envelope in altitude. Strengthening of reinforced fl oor slab does not require starting dimensions changes; steel is economize in mass and cut because of more strength reinforcement rods. Labor is saving.
