PRINCIPLES OF TOURISTIC-RECREATIONAL FACILITIES DESIGN IN FREE ECONOMIC ZONE
Abstract
In this article touristic-recreational facilities (TRF) structures are described. The results of global practice analysis in designing TRF are presented. The correlation between the location of recreational areas and urban systems is revealed. Two compositional methods of TRF design are observed. Six structural models of TRC, their percentage in global practice and environmental eff ects on structure choice are marked. The most rational structure in the context of different factors and town-planning aspects is proposed.
DIALECTICAL NATURE OF DEVELOPMENT OF CITY PLANNING STRUCTURE
Abstract
The idea of urban planning continuity as dialectical and dynamic process is proposed. Is highlighted the concept of «succession of city planning structure» as the interaction between the successive stages of formation and development of planning structure, in which each stage contains all the preceding steps, thus preserving the most characteristic structural parts, elements and principles of their relationship throughout the development of the city.
EVOLUTION OF THE DENSITY AND FUNCTIONAL INTENSION OF URBAN ENVIRONMENT ON EXAMPLE OF CENTRAL PLANNING AREA OF SAMARA CITY
Abstract
Processes of change of parameters of functional intension and density indicators on example of a historical planning core of Samara city are viewed. Dynamics of change of density parameters is revealed. Evolution of quarter development is characterized by functional intension increase in quarter development of manor type and by aspiration for residential function predominance in high-rise buildings.
NEW TYPOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION OF SANATORIUM FACILITIES
Abstract
In the article the existing typology of sanatoriums is considered. Its main social and economic, urban, functional and planning, compositional problems are represented. A new typology of sanatoriums in order to optimize the architectural and urban parameters, to improve social attractiveness and economic eff ectiveness is off ered. The new typology of sanatoriums includes two types: an integrated and a basic sanatorium. The integrated sanatorium is a multi-specialized or specialized sanatorium for diff erent age groups as part of a multifunctional medical complex. The basic sanatorium is a multi-specialized or specialized sanatorium for diff erent age groups, based on local balneoresources and modern spa concepts.
ABOUT RECONSTRUCTION OF SMALL ARCHITECTURAL FORMS AND VISUAL COMMUNICATION ELEMENTS IN URBAN ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The main drawbacks in the formation of small architectural forms and visual communication system in an urban environment are viewed. The principles of design and reconstruction of small architectural forms, their typology, examples, as well as guidelines for optimization of the visual communication system of the city are proposed. Design and reconstruction of small architectural forms and elements of visual communication of city parks, gardens, squares, embankments, avenues, their style and presentative specifi city are given particular emphasis.
OPTICAL ILLUSIONS IN INTERIOR DESIGN OF PUBLIC SPACES
Abstract
The article analyzes the history of op-art in design and function of optical illusions in the interior design of public spaces in a context of мodern design. Features of human perception of plane and spatial fi gures in environmental design ake also viewed.
GULLEY SYSTEMS REVITALIZATION IN URBAN ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
Gulley areas revitalization in the urban environment in the context of modern design and new public spaces creation are viewed. This research is important because of progressive deterioration of cities ecological situation att ended by natural landscape degradation. It needs total reconstruction of natural component of urban environment.
INPROVEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WASTES CLEARING ON BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT PLANTS
Abstract
The aim of this research is the selection of the consortium in aerobic conditions with the help of active sludge, enriched the culture of prokaryotic microorganisms, for increase of degree of biological wastewater treatment. The dependence of the viability of microorganisms in case of emergency discharges of industrial waste water is presented. The comparative analysis of the effi ciency of sewage treatment with usual and enriched active sludge is done.
NORMALIZATION OF BIOGENIC SUBSTANCES DISCHARGE INTO SURFACE WATER BODIES
Abstract
The concept of ecological rationing of biogenic stresses on water objects is off ered. On an example of the Saratov water basin criteria of rationing considering natural-geographical and climatic features of formation of quality of a surface water are proposed.
ORGANIZATION OF GRADUATE QUALIFICATION WORK COMPETIONS FOR THE SPECIALITY «HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING»
Abstract
Experience in organization of graduate qualifi cation work national competitions and student academic olympics for the speciality «Hydraulic Engineering» in Samara State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is viewed. Information about winners and their eff ective construction solutions used in competitions projects is summarized.
CONTINUOUS WAVE FLOW COURSE ANALYSIS IN THE OPEN CHANNELS WITH LOCAL SIDE BARRIERS
Abstract
The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental research which allows to give engineeringbased recommendations about determination of wave characteristics in interaction with local side narrowing of the riverbed and improve methods of calculation and designing of hydraulic and engineering objects, water supply and drainage system.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION WORKS AS SOURCE OF DUST AIR POLLUTION
Abstract
The causes of dust air pollution during road construction are viewed. The particulate analysis of dust generated at different cycles of road works executed by the procedure of microscopic analysis of the particle size distribution is done. The proposed algorithm allows to receive more precise classification of mass distribution on diameters, to equip work facilities with efficient dust extraction systems on different stages of road construction works.
DECREASE OF ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION DEGREE DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES IN URBAN AREA
Abstract
Problems of environment pollution during building construction in urban area situated on the riverside are viewed. It is proved that construction works infect soils, water objects and air because of construction dust and construction waste, hydrogeological conditions changes, etc. Information about technical solutions and measures for decrease of environment pollution degree during construction activities is summarized.
NEW ARRANGEMENT FOR REINFORCEMENT OF HOLLOW CORE PANEL OF BUILDING FLOOR
Abstract
The proposed device is referred to building sphere. It’s oriented to strengthening of reinforced concrete hollow fl oor slab, damaged due to diff erent reasons including fi re or technological accident. Possible results of this device using are: signifi cant increase of strength and rigidity of fl oor slabs; signifi cant increase of real fi re-resistance of slabs; smooth unloading of damaged slab; regulation of unloading amount of reinforced slab. This proposed device is simple in design, it’s characterized by economy in using, negligeable restraint of operating envelope in altitude. Strengthening of reinforced fl oor slab does not require starting dimensions changes; steel is economize in mass and cut because of more strength reinforcement rods. Labor is saving.
EVALUATION OF AIR HEATING SYSTEMS EFFECTIVENESS IN GREENHOUSES
Abstract
The results of experimental studies of gas-air heat exchanger of solid fuel stove are viewed. Work modes of air heating system in the greenhouse are measured. Work modes of stove and gas-air heat exchanger are analyzed. Dependence between air temperature from heat exchanger and heating mode is established.
