GENETIC MARKERS AS AN INDICATOR OF HUMAN RESILIENCE TO VARIOUS ECOLOGICAL AND PROFESSIONAL FACTORS

Yatmanov A.N.

Abstract

The application of multidimensional screening of the navy servicemen’s mental health is considered in the article. The content of the concept of “mental health” is not limited to medical and psychological criteria, it always reflects the social and group norms that regulate the spiritual life of a person. For this purpose, multidimensional mental health screening has been developed. The essence of multidimensional a serviceman’s screening consists of combining the level estimates of mental or “subjective”, psychophysiological or “military professional” and socio-psychological adaptation of a serviceman. A moderate level of personal “subjective” adaptation in the collective of servicemen, a good level of indicators for assessing the activity of servicemen by the commander, and the presence of social tension in the military collective in the conditions of the third month of the campaign is observed. 27% of those surveyed servicemen were recommended psychological and educational activities, 9% - were required dynamic monitoring of the doctor’s part, 2% - were needed in a psychiatrist’s consultation. It requires mandatory medical and psychological support for military personnel during a long campaign (3 tables, bibliography: 7 refs).

GENETIC MARKERS AS AN INDICATOR OF HUMAN RESILIENCE TO VARIOUS ECOLOGICAL AND PROFESSIONAL FACTORS

Rzhepetskaya M.K.

Abstract

Various ecological and professional factors (hypoxia, a hot or cold climate, noise, vibration, radiation, intense physical activity, etc.) are peculiarities of the military activities. The introduction of molecular and genetic methods in medical practice and occupational selection can greatly improve the efficiency of selection and rational appointment of people into separate specialties, optimize working capacity, maintain human health, reduce the costs for rehabilitation and (or) specialists’ treatment

Abstract

The epidemiologists of the whole world today special attention is paid to a relatively new direction of research is the epidemiology of emergency situations, studying features of manifestation of epidemic process in areas of catastrophes of natural and technogenic character. The article, based on a brief literature review of the epidemiology of emergency situations, the basic epidemiological features of infectious diseases of the population in emergency situations of natural character, allowing you to more effectively plan and carry out sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures

THE MAIN FACTORS OF PREMATURE AGING OF THE HUMAN BODY AND THEIR PATHOGENETIC SIGNIFICANCE FROM THE STANDPOINT OF NEUROIMMUNE ENDOCRINE INTERACTIONS

Medvedev D.S., Bondarev S.A., Shchurov A.G., Churganov O.A., Borisov D.N.

Abstract

The results of a study aimed at the analysis of the main risk factors of premature aging of the human body and assessment of their pathogenic significance are presented in the article. According to the literature, the main risk factors for premature aging are: metabolic disorders, obesity, lack of exercise, bad habits (alcohol, smoking), weighed down by premature aging heredity, poor nutrition, prolonged and frequent episodes of nervous and mental overexertion. The assessment of the pathogenetic significance of these factors from the standpoint of neuroimmune endocrine interactions has been conducted. It has been shown that the considered risk factors have systemic adverse effects on the human body, activating different pathogenetic cellular and molecular mechanisms. The results of the study expand the understanding of the systemic adverse effects of risk factors on physiological processes and can be used in prevention of premature aging

PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF AMINO ACIDS IN THE ORGANOTYPIC CULTURE OF THE ECTODERMAL GENESIS TISSUES AT THE CYCLOPHOSPHANE PRESENCE

Chalisova N.I., Korovin A.E.

Abstract

The effect of the 20 coded amino acids was investigated on the development of the processes of the proliferation in the organotypic tissue culture of rat skin and brain cortex. Some amino acids at 0.05 ng/ml concentration stimulated the cellular proliferation in the growth zone of explants. The other inhibited it. The combination of the stimulating and inhibiting amino acids - Leucine with Proline or Tyrosine-, lead to the proliferation stimulation by 24-32%. The mustard-like agent cyclophosphane at 1 mg/ml concentration inhibited the cellular proliferation. However, the delay of this inhibiting effect of cyclophosphane was observed by the using of combination of amino acids with cyclophosphane. Thus, the amino acids can be protectors of the cellular proliferation by the toxic effect of the cyclophosphane on the tissues of the ectodermal genesis. This effect can be used for the treatment of the mustard injury of skin, brain cortex and for the delay of the adverse effect of cytostatic in oncology

AUTOAGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IN YOUNG PERSONS

Ulyukin I.M., Emel’yanov V.N., Bolekhan V.N., Orlova E.S.

Abstract

Modern trends in psychopathology are the increase in the number of patients who need psychiatric or psychological assistance, inadequate staffing of the mental health system, low psychological culture of the population, lack of a system of early detection of predisposition to psychopathology. The review is devoted to one of the unsolved problems - this is a problem of autoaggressive behavior, which manifests itself in self-blame, self-abuse, self-injury, suicide, self-destructive behavior (drunkenness, alcoholism, drug addiction, risky sexual behavior, choice of extreme sports, dangerous occupations, provoking behavior), and it is one of the most relevant in the field of mental health. The risk factors for self-harm, both in the clinical and in the conventionally normal population, are usually considered within two large groups: a) external (environmental or psychosocial factors and traumatic events), b) internal (personal) factors and their interaction. Although most of the self-harm observed in normative mental development in adolescence, adolescence and young age is preclinical and is nonincidental, suicidal intentions can’t be completely ruled out, which requires mandatory testing and clarification of the possible suicide risk in self-destructive behavior within the planned therapy and the selection of relevant targets psychological correction. Since the main contingent requiring registration and assistance is someone who has committed a suicidal attempt, the prevention of a repeated autoaggressive action is the main task of the work of specialists providing psychological and medical and social assistance in the post-suicide period
