To the scholarship about the "months"

Zhikharev S.S.

Abstract

The causes and essence of the menstrual process in the female body, despite the huge amount of research on this issue, have not yet been clarified until now. All theories of regulation of the old time, until the half of the 19th century, followed, for the most part, from purely metaphysical and teleological considerations about the nature and purpose of women and almost did not contain solid, factual grounds.

Vaginal-intestinal fistula from the presence in the sleeve "Damen Sporen"

Zabolotsky A.P.

Abstract

The finding of foreign bodies of a very diverse species and material in the sleeve is far from being a rare phenomenon, as well as the formation of various fistulas from their presence here is a generally known fact; about this all textbooks on gynecology are interpreted and it would be superfluous to cite all the extensive literature on this issue, but finding in the sleeve of "Damen Sporen", and even more education, from the presence of this foreign smolder, extremely fistula is a manifestation.

A case of using strychnine with weakness of labor pains and strychnine tetanus in the fetus

Abrazhanov A.A.

Abstract

Having introduced in the literature the indications that strychnine given to pregnant women during the last 6-8 weeks favorably influenced the force of labor attempts), I decided to try this remedy in women in childbirth in suitable cases. As far as I remember, in the foreign literature of this year (where I could not find it), this tool has already been used by women in labor with success. The case that I am describing is so interesting in some relations that I allow myself to present it in a somewhat detailed exposition earlier, so that I have accumulated sufficient material to judge the merits of this tool. My case is next

To the mechanism of tubarnago miscarriage

Team E.

Abstract

Studies by Veit, Martin, and others have already shown that in many cases the tube gives birth to an egg in a free or encapsulated abdominal cavity; so that the prevailing scholarship for a long time, according to which a tubal pregnancy because of a physiological discrepancy between a growing egg and a fruit storage, always ends in a pipe rupture, is now almost all recognized as false, at least for the first three months of pregnancy.

About the structure of blister skid

Team E.

Abstract

The object for the study of the author was a preparation associated with the uterine lining of the drift, obtained during the section of an elderly multiparous woman who died of acute anemia, in the first half of pregnancy. With a microscopic examination of the villi, a large difference is found between small young formations and large ones: while the first ones differ little from normal ones, the larger ones represent significant deviations from the norm both in relation to the stroma and the epithelium. The normal stromal tissue all turned into a homogeneous liquid mass, and the epithelium, especially the syncytium, underwent fibrinous and hydropic transformation.
