Features of diagnostic cognitive impairment for faces of genesial age

Vorobev S.V.

Abstract

The diseases accompanying with development cognitive of a dysfunction, represent a major medical and social problem. It is conditioned on the one hand by high abundance of the given kind of a pathology, and on the other hand by considerable costs of treatment and after treatment ill. There is enough often cognitive of disturbance meet for young faces. The development of disturbance of maximum crustal functions is in this case conditioned by contagions, endocrine disturbance, craniocerebral traumas and series of other morbid conditions. Overseen at cognitive disturbance the personal and behavioral disturbance are capable to render negative influencing on a genesial function, pregnancy and its outcomes. Large percent cognitive of disturbance overseen for young, falls into to the so-called potentially reversible forms, that allows to hope for a favorable outcome of management of such patients at the correctly planned therapy and tactics of an after treatment. One of key aspects is the valuable well-timed diagnostic cognitive of disturbance. Now in diagnostic looking up the considerable role is allocated to methods functional neuroimaging. One of such methods is functional magnetic-resonant tomography. The research, conducted by us, has allowed to determine specific zones, accountable for implementation of visual storage and reproduction. The obtained data can be utilised in complex diagnostic cognitive of disturbance, in particular on up to dementia of stage for faces of genesial age

Impact of the obtained embryos’ quality on the cryopreservation programs outcome in comparison slow freezing method with vitrification in IVF cycles

Kalugina A.S., Kravchuk Y.N., Shlykova S.A., Bystrova O.V., Kamenetskaya J.K., Zubova J.G.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of protocols with agonists and antagonists of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) on the quality of obtained embryos and also to compare the efficacy of different methods of embryo cryopreservation — vitrification and slow freezing method. The results revealed, that vitrification method provides better embryo survival rate, higher clinical pregnancy rate. No significant differences between both protocols of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) were found in the number of embryos of top and good quality

The importance of automized antenatal cardiotocography for assessment of the functional state of fetuses with retarded development

Kurmangali Z.K., Bapaeyva G.B., Ukibassova T.M., Aimagambetova G.N.

Abstract

Application in obstetric practice of automated antenatal cardiotography method allows to eliminate subjectivity and to raise reliability of fetus condition estimation in group of pregnant woman of high obstetric and perinatal risk. It is established that in group of pregnant women with high risk of fetus condition infringement at cardiotocography dynamic supervision reveal already in II trimester. Herewith the earliest and authentic indicators of fetus condition infringement are: decrease variability basal rhythm fetal heart rate, absence of high variability or prevalence episodes of low variability over high, value of STV-short variability indicators less than 4.0. The obtained data allows to recommend application automated antenatal cardiotocography method in group of pregnant women with high perinatal risk for early diagnostics of fetus functional condition infringement. Possibility to estimate severity level of fetus metabolic acidosis will allow to solve in time issues of optimal obstetric tactics in pregnancy conducting, term and a method of delivery at this category of pregnant women

The influence of diffuse toxic goiter on the course and outcome of pregnancy

Lovkova Y.S., Potin V.V., Tkachenko N.N., Shelayeva E.V., Musaeva T.T.

Abstract

We have studied peculiarities of pregnancy, delivery and neonatal thyroid status in 58 women with diffuse toxic goiter. During pregnancy patients received thyreostatic therapy (imidazole and thiouracil derivates). Examination consisted of assessment of levels of free thyroxin, TSH, autoantibodies to TSH-receptors and autoantibodies to thyroperoxidasis in the blood of pregnant women and in umbilical cord blood. The group of comparison consisted of 58 women without thyroid pathology and 111 women with autoimmune thyroiditis. In women with diffuse toxic goiter preeclampsia, chronic placental insufficiency, preterm rupture of membranes, fetal hypotrophy and hypoxia were observed more frequently. 17 % of newborns of mothers with diffuse toxic goiter had subclinical hyperthyroidism and 54% of newborns — subclinical hypothyroidism, depending of transplacental pass of thyreostatic medications

A clinical trial of the value of recombinant allergen tuberculosis (protein CFP10-ESAT6) in a standard dilution (Diaskintest ®) in the diagnosis of genital tuberculosis in women at risk for disease

Niauri D.A., Dzhumaeva L.M., Lavrynovych O.E., Bazhenov A.G., Malushko A.V.

Abstract

The study included 154 patients and tested in the examination and treatment FGBU “NIIF St. Petersburg”, Russia's Health Ministry in 2011, in connection with suspected genital tuberculosis. All patients fulfilled clinical and laboratory examination with bacteriological, immunological and histological methods. Comparative analysis revealed that the sensitivity Diaskintest ® exceeds the sensitivity of the Mantoux test with 2 TE (66.7% vs. 55%, respectively), but specificity was lower Diaskintest (75% and 80%, respectively). Consequently, it is advisable to use Diaskintest and Mantoux test with 2 TE complex for early diagnosis of genital tuberculosis, and the correct formation of groups at risk for the development of a specific inflammation of reproductive organs in women who are subject to patient care

Oxidative modification of proteins and content of reduced thiols in blood in physiological pregnancy

Shevelkova A.A., Vyushina A.V.

Abstract

We studied the level of oxidative modification of proteins and the state of the antioxidant system in 17 healthy pregnant and 33 healthy nonpregnant women. Absence of any reliable differences in the levels of oxidative modification of proteins in both groups and considerable decrease of the reduced thiols' level in pregnant women were found. This is apparently explained as the reduced thiols are used more actively in physiological pregnancy

Change of indicators of a hemostasis at females with experimental gestosis under the influence of gaba derivatives

Tyurenkov I.N., Ivanova L.B., Karamysheva V.I., Lebedeva S.A.

Abstract

It is shown that in the conditions of experimental gestosis, induced by replacing drinking water of 1.8% sodium chloride at rats from the first day of gestation until birth, observes disturbances of coagulative properties and augmentation of thrombogenic potential of a blood to what shorting APTT, prothrombin and thrombin time, rising of level of a fibrinogen, hyperaggregation of thrombocytes testifies. GABA-derivative compounds WPC-147, WPC-189 and comparator drug sulodexide show anticoagulant and antiplatelet activity in the conditions of experimental gestosis, extending APTT, thrombin and a prothrombin time, reducing fibrinogen level, reducing platelet aggregation
