Abstract

To define structural and functional changes of skin in women of different age groups with an additional internal pathology in this work intraoperative biopsy material of skin of 104 women at the age from 19 to 73 years, that was taken during standard surgery instrumentations for different defects of face skin correction, was investigated. It is typical at the patients with nicotinic dependence, ischemic heart disease, hypertonic disease, a diabetes, and also adiposity of a different degree essential infringement of microvessels bed structure of a skin that gives the basis for allocation of the given contingent of patients as group high intraoperative and postoperative risk at carrying out of operative interventions for correction of face skin involutive changes.

ANATOMIC VARIATIONS AND asymmetry in Anterior chest wall in women

Abstract

Kind of mammary glands in women as in an aesthetic sense and in terms of symmetry depends not only on the condition of breast tissue, but also from the anterior contour of the chest. If reconstructive or Augmentation interventions on the type of mammary glands are strongly influenced by the size, shape and location of implants. Understanding the diversity of forms and degree of asymmetry may help in the planning of surgical treatment to achieve an aesthetically acceptable result. According to X-ray computed tomography was obtained to assess the prevalence of anatomic changes and the asymmetry of the anterior chest wall in women. These results underscore the importance of evaluating the contour anterior chest wall at the planning stage of rapid increase in breast cancer in order to achieve predictable aesthetic results.

Viral hepatitis C in TB PRACTICE

Abstract

In this paper a study to establish the frequency of hepatitis C virus (HCV) among TB patients, to identify possible ways of transmission of HCV, the definition of the social characteristics of these patients clinical course and the effectiveness of TB treatment in patients with this co-infection. It is shown that TB patients are high risk of contracting HCV-infection, the prevalence of which among them is 2 times higher than in the general population (0.0047% vs. 0.090%), while the number of patients with chronic hepatitis C in a tuberculosis hospital is 5, 5%. High HCV infection with tuberculosis predetermines the necessity of strict compliance with anti-epidemic hospital for possible infection with hepatitis C.

Predictors of poor prognosis in chronic heart failure ischemic

Studying one-year mortality in patients with congestive heart failure due to ischemic nature. Material and methods: a prospective analyses including 84 patients with coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure was performed. Clinicodemographic peculiarities, cardiac ultrasound, Holter monitoring, including heart hate variability were analyzed. Results: 3-4 NYHA class classification, left atrium ≥ 5,0 cm, left ventricular eng diastolic size ≥ 7,4 cm, left ventricular ejection fraction ≤ 35%, SDNN ≤ 90 ms were one-year mortality predictors.

This article is dedicated to common disease to date - seborrhea. In the treatment of this disease applicable burdock oil, containing extracts of herbs and essential oils themselves. In this paper suggested the introduction of the drug oil fistular Monarda (Monarda fistulosa), possesses high antibacterial activity. In the study of antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory activity of essential oils found that oil Monarda has the most inhibitory effect on the growth of microorganisms and exceeds protivovospatelnuyu activity of hydrocortisone in combination with vitamin B6. Investigation of essential oils to generalized infection also showed that oil exhibits the best properties of Monarda compared with other analogues.

THE DIRECT AND REMOTE RESULTS OF REGENERATIVE THERAPY OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AT WORKERS OF LOCOMOTIVE BRIGADES

Abstract

Results of regenerative therapy by 176 locomotive drivers, suffered with arterial hypertension are analyzed. The algorithm of appointment of individual regenerative programs with the account of clinical features and indicators of functional reserves at the concrete patient is developed. Its use has allowed to improve both direct, and the remote results of therapy. At the patients who have been last individually adapted regenerative rates, authentically greater gain of functional reserves of an organism is noted. Within a year after treatment at them it is registered much less cases and days of time invalidity, than at the patients treated under the standard program.

The investigations of the chemical composition of Amaranthus retroflexus L.

Abstract

The article describes the results of the investigations of the quality composition and quantity content of some classes of biologically active substances contained in the herb of Amaranthus retroflexus L. The classical methods allowed determining the presence of carbohydrates, organic acids, tannins, flavonoids in the herb of Amaranthus retroflexus L. The number of organic acids, including amino acids, monosaccharides and disaccharides, were identified by the method of thin-layer chromatography with the significant samples. The study of phenol composition of the herb of Amaranthus retroflexus L. by the method of HPLC allowed determining the presence of 15 substances of phenol origin as a minimum. For the first time the total content of organic acids including amino acids and ascorbic acid, water-soluble polysaccharides complex, pectins, tannins, flavonoids was determined.

Abstract

Peyronie's disease - is a local idiopathic fibrosis developing in the tunica of the penis, which subsequently leads to a curvature of the penis and sexual dysfunction. Therapy is conducted in the chronic stage, or stage of the stabilization process, especially when there are signs of calcification plaques, found to be ineffective. The main goal of therapy is aimed at stopping the inflammatory process and the maximum preservation of tunica albuginea from defeat indurative process and the reduction of pain syndrome arising during erection. Conservative therapy of Peyronie's disease, currently, is shown in the acute stage, which lasts from 6 to 18 months.
