Pediatric problems of training young athletes
摘要
The most pressing issues of medical care for schoolchildren and students involved in physical education and sports are discussed. Much attention is paid to covering the pathogenesis of the physiology of physical exercise, the pathophysiology of cardiac transformation in child athletes, and the adaptation of cardiac and skeletal muscles. Electrocardiographic and morphological criteria for cardiac maladaptation in athletes are discussed. The problem of early and accessible “step-by-step” diagnosis is highlighted, as well as Russian tactics for monitoring changes in the health status of athletes and approaches to their prevention and drug support. Ways to prevent pathological transformation of the cardiovascular system in athletes and sudden cardiac death syndrome as its extreme manifestation are revealed.

Education: problems and solutions
Using VR-technologies in training nursing staff
摘要
The relevance of the study of the use of VR-technologies in the training of nursing staff is due to the integration of virtual reality technologies into training programs for nursing staff, including nurses and midwives. It is found that the introduction of these technologies has the potential to significantly improve their professional performance, which is critical in the context of the demands of modern healthcare.
The authors emphasize that VR-enabled learning not only contributes to the develop-ment of highly skilled nursing professionals, but also increases the digital literacy and practical skills of learners in the clinical environment. Despite current limitations such as lack of special-ized applications and high hardware costs, current trends toward lower technology costs and the development of open-source software are contributing to the increasing availability of VR solutions.
Nevertheless, successful implementation of VR technologies requires a reliable techno-logical infrastructure and appropriate training of teaching staff. Successful integration of vir-tual reality technologies into the healthcare system requires government support and investment, as well as testing to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of VR technologies in different medical scenarios.

Cancer markers in nurse practice
摘要
Cancer markers are biological molecules that can be detected in the human body and serve as indicators of the presence of malignant tumors. Their use in clinical practice has become an important aspect of cancer diagnosis, monitoring and prediction. Since their discovery, cancer markers have attracted the attention of researchers and doctors due to their ability to provide valuable information about the patient’s condition, identify the disease at an early stage and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment.

Peculiarities of cancer precautionary examination of patients at an outpatient surgeon’s appointment
摘要
Oncology, as one of the most urgent and complex areas of medicine, requires special attention from medical specialists, especially in the context of outpatient appointments. Every year the number of oncologic diseases continues to grow. In the context of outpatient practice, surgeons face unique challenges related to the need to quickly and accurately assess patients’ condition, as well as to develop personalized approaches to their treatment. Modern oncology requires physicians to not only have a deep knowledge of pathology, but also a high degree of empathy to support patients through difficult times. Outpatient practice is becoming an important platform for early detection of diseases, which directly affects the effectiveness of treatment.
