Asynchronous threshold networks with multisorted signals

Kuznetsov O.P.

Abstract

An asynchronous threshold network is a network of threshold elements (agents) that operate in continuous time. The agents can be in one of two states: active or passive. An active agent generates a signal of certain sort (color) and power. This signal is received by all agents that have inputs of the same color. An agent has a potential that changes under exciting or inhibiting effects of signals; it is active only if its potential exceeds a threshold. Changes in agent activity are events that divide a continuous timeline into discrete time steps. The dependence of the behavior of an autonomous network on the values of its parameters is studied.

Nonsmooth variational problems for the accelerometer unit calibration

Matasov A.I.

Abstract

Within the framework of the guaranteeing approach to estimation, a new formalization for the accelerometer unit calibration problem is proposed. This problem reduces to the analysis of special variational problems. Based on the new formalization the scalarization method is justified; this method is widely used to calibrate the accelerometer unit. In particular, the limit of its applicability is determined.

About the features of hypersonic flow past a yawed plate

Dudin G.N., Neyland V.Y.

Abstract

The flow around the yawed plate in the regime of strong interaction is considered in the case when the pressure at its trailing edge is not constant, but changes along the transverse coordinate. It is shown that in the case of large transverse gradients of the induced pressure, the type of expansions of flow functions in the vicinity of the leading edge changes significantly and the third term of the expansions should be taken into account.

On spontaneously radiating shock waves

Kulikovskiy A.G., Il’ichev A.T., Chugainova A.P., Shargatov V.A.

Abstract

A solution representing the structure of a spontaneously radiating shock wave is constructed and its stability in the linear approximation is investigated. Linear waves of perturbations that can propagate through the structure and waves radiating into the flow region behind the structure are found, i.e. there are waves corresponding to the spontaneous radiation of perturbations by a shock wave considered as a discontinuity surface.

Dinuclear cobalt and iron complexes with azomethine derivative of 1,10-phenanthroline: quantum chemical study

Starikova А.А., Chegerev M.G., Starikov A.G., Minkin V.I.

Abstract

Geometry, energy and magnetic characteristics of binuclear compounds of 5,6-bis(salicylideneimino)-1,10-phenanthroline with cobalt and iron have been computationally studied by means of density functional theory method (DFT UTPSSh/6-311++G(d, p)). Complexes comprising two magnetically active fragments capable of manifesting spin-crossover and valence tautomerism have been constructed via completion of the coordination sphere of the metal ions with ancillary ligands. These effects provide for variation of spin states in a wide range, which endows the studied compounds properties of molecular switches and spin qubits.

Peptide derivatives of some physiologically active substances

Shevchenko V.P., Andreeva L.A., Nagaev I.Y., Myasoedov N.F.

Abstract

The synthesis of Boc-Gly-Pro-Dox, Boc-Gly-Pro-DOPA, Boc-Gly-Pro-Srt and their deuterated analogs was carried out. It was shown that these condensations proceed with side reactions, which could be minimized by optimizing the conditions for the synthesis. The most universal approach to the synthesis of Boc-Gly-Pro-Dox, Boc-Gly-Pro-DOPA, Boc-Gly-Pro-Srt and their deuterated analogs is condensation of Boc-Gly-Pro or Boc-Gly-[2H]Pro with amino groups of dopamine, serotonin and doxorubicin. It was found that for the introduction of hydrogen isotopes in ΔPro, it is advisable to hydrogenate its aqueous solution, followed by condensation of the reduced proline with Boc-GlyOSu. Mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of isotopomers in deuterated products.

A new approach to performing thermally coupled processes by the example of a granular mixture (Ni+Al)-(Ti+C)

Alymov M.I., Seplyarskii B.S., Kochetkov R.A., Lisina T.G.

Abstract

For the first time, thermally coupled SHS processes in granulated mixture were experimentally investigated. Mixtures of Ni+Al and Ti+C granules differ in combustion rate and temperature. It has been established that ignition of Ni+Al acceptor granules occurs in the combustion front. It is shown that the use of granular mixtures allows to obtain combustion products in the form of easily destructible sample. Release of the target product turned possible, though the melting point of the product of acceptor mixture interaction is less than the adiabatic temperature of combustion.

Geodynamic conditions of oil and gas accumulation in the fore-Urals and fore-Novaya Zemlya belt

Kerimov V.Y., Kuznetsov N.B., Osipov A.V.

Abstract

A brief tectonic and geological overview of the fore-Urals and fore-Novaya Zemlya belt of oil and gas accumulation and the results of studying of the conditions for hydrocarbon deposits formation in uplift-thrust structures of its eastern side are presented. It is shown that the early stages of the belt formation are associated with Paleozoic subduction and obduction processes occurring in the transition zone between the Paleo-European continent and Uralian paleo-ocean located eastward (in modern coordinates) the continent. The intensive thrust-folded dislocations of the western verergency are fixed into the eastern side of the fore-Urals and fore-Novaya Zemlya belt of oil and gas accumulation. We associate their formation with the continental collision that occurred during the closure of the Uralian paleo-ocean at the Latest Paleozoic, and in the most northern segments of the belt, probably, at the Earliest Mesozoic. The structural paragenesis of the eastern side of the fore-Urals and fore-Novaya Zemlya belt of oil and gas accumulation includes uplift-thrusts and thrusts, as well as various scaled structural units formed under the conditions of the latitude compression.

Main features of the historical metallogeny of niobium

Tkachev A.V., Rundqvist D.V., Vishnevskaya N.A.

Abstract

The analysis of niobium metallogeny during the whole geological history was conducted on the basis of data on 45 largest niobium deposits distributed globally. All of them belong to one of three metallogenic types: alkaligranitic, foidic or carbonatitic. The distribution of their resources on the scale of geological time is distinctly discrete. The deposits were formed from the Middle Paleoproterozoic to the Cenozoic. The Rodinian, Pangean and Amasian supercontinent cycles are the most productive ones in terms of accumulated niobium resources. These three cycles stand out in a leading role of the deposits related to carbonatite complexes.

On petrogeochemical zoning of mesozoic volcanites of the ore fields of gold and polymetallic deposits of the Eastern Transbaikalia

Abramov B.N.

Abstract

Transverse petrogeochemical zoning in the location of volcanites of Shadaronsky (J2-3) and Mulinsky (J2-3) series, characteristic of volcanic arcs, has been revealed in the Eastern Transbaikalia. Volcanites of the tholeiitic and calc-alkaline series are developed in the frontal zone of the volcanic arc, in the suture zone of the Mongolo-Okhotsk suture (MOS), in the rear zone of the MOS - volcanites of the calc-alkaline series. The volcanites of the frontal and rear parts differ in their petrogeochemical composition, in the degree of oxidation of iron and in the distribution of rare earth elements (REE). These differences are characteristic of the volcanic arcs of the transition zones from the ocean to the continent. Vulcano-plutonic structures of the frontal zone of MOS produce gold mineralization, the rear zone of MOS - polymetallic mineralization.

Overlapping ore mineralization of volcanic rocks from the Sea of Japan: new data

Kolesnik O.N., S’edin V.T., Kolesnik A.N., Yaroshchuk E.I., Karabtsov A.A.

Abstract

An overlapping (postvolcanic) ore mineralization of volcanic rocks building up submarine edifices in the Sea of Japan has been semi-quantitatively and qualitatively evaluated for the first time. The study considers the main types of volcanic rocks (marginal continental, post-rift, and alkali ones) and focuses primarily on mineral phases formed in them by nonferrous, noble, and rare metals. The most enriched are post-rift rocks. That is due to the initial magma’s fluid saturation, as well as long-lived volcanic and postvolcanic processes.

Numerical modeling of the effects of major components in the melt on the chrome-spinel stability and a possible solution of the origin chromitites problem

Nikolaev G.S., Ariskin A.A., Barmina G.S.

Abstract

Using a new model of the spinel-melt equilibrium SPINMELT-2.0, the effect of variations of fo-, fa-, en-, fs-, di-, an- and ab-components in high-Mg basaltic melts on the topology of the spinel liquidus was quantified. It has been established that enrichment of the melt in pyroxene components leads to an increase, and with plagioclase components, to a decrease in the solubility of chromite. This effect can be important during gravitational compaction of cumulates, accompanied by the extraction of intercumulus melt and its infiltration upward. In this case, one can expect a sequential re-equilibration of the infiltrating melt with cumulative piles of different composition. This suggests the possibility of transfer and new concentration of chrome-spinel at the postcumulus stage of solidification of layered intrusions. The nature of the concentration consists in the extraction of chrome-spinel into the melt enriched in pyroxene components, followed by its discharge during the reaction of this melt with a feldspar-rich matrix of proto-anorthosite layers. The realism of the proposed mechanism is evidenced by the well-known spatial association of chromite layers with anorthosites (intrusion of Ram island, Bushveld complex).

Y-REE mineralization in biotite-arfvedsonite granites of the Katugin rare-metal deposit, Transbaikalia, Russia

Starikova A.E., Sklyarov E.V., Sharygin V.V.

Abstract

We provide the results of study of the extremely enriched in Y-REE carbonate-fluorine isolations from biotite-arfvedsonite granite of the Katugin rare metal deposit. New chemical data of isolations mineral phases - gagarinite-(Y), tveitite-(Y), fluocerite-(Ce), basnaesite, fluornatropyroclore, are delivered. Carbonate-fluoride globule in quartz of hosting granite gives possibility to estimate crystallization order. This finding might be the evidence of silicate-fluorine immiscibility suggested before for Y-REE segregations in the Katugin granites. Fluorine melt segregation took likely place at the magmatic stage of biotite-arfvedsonite granite formation. It causes host granite depletion with fluorine and redistribution of REE and Y in fluorine salt melt.

Encapsulation of neurotoxins - blockers of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors - in nanomaterials based on sulfated polysaccharides

Nguyen T.D., Nguyen T.N., Nguyen K.C., Tran Q.N., Hoang A.N., Egorova N.S., Starkov V.G., Tsetlin V.I., Utkin Y.N.

Abstract

The three-finger snake neurotoxins are selective antagonists of some nicotinic cholinergic receptor subtypes and are used to study these receptors. The peptide neurotoxin azemiopsin, recently isolated from the venom of Azemipos feae, is a selective muscle-type cholinergic receptor blocker. In order to reduce their toxicity and increase resistance under physiological conditions, we have encapsulated these toxins into nanomaterials. The study of nanomaterials after interaction with neurotoxins by the methods of transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering revealed an increase in the size of nanoparticles, which indicates the inclusion of neurotoxins in nanomaterials.

Helminthes of the Common Eider (Somateria mollissima) on the Eastern Murman, its impact on the digestive activity and physiological state

Kuklina M.M., Kuklin V.V.

Abstract

An ecological and physiological study of Common Eider (Somateria mollissima) nesting on the coast of Eastern Murman was carried out. The species composition of helminthofauna of birds and the quantitative parameters of the infection were studied. It is established that trematodes of the genus Microphallus, three species of cestodes - Lateriporus teres (Cestoda: Dilepididae), Fimbriarioides intermedia (Cestoda: Hymenolepididae), Microsomacanthus diorchis (Cestoda: Hymenolepididae) and one species of acanthocephalan - Polymorphus phippsi (Palaeacanthocephala: Polymorphidae) parasitized in the small intestine of Common Eider. It is shown that the activity of proteases decreased at the locations of F. intermedia and M. diorchis in the intestines of birds, with infestation with the acanthocephalan P. phippsi, on the contrary, increased. The activity of glycosides in the intestinal mucosa was reduced in comparison with the control values by infection cestodes M. diorchis. There was an increase in the values of hematological indices in infected individuals relative to the control parameters.
