Abstract
The frequency of clinical observations of rheumatic paralysis facialis is opposite to the insignificant number of anatomically investigated cases. This circumstance will become clear if we remember that the named disease often affects people in general who are healthy, that its prognosis is good and that patients of this kind get to the sectional table due to side complications.
