RESEARCH OF PLASTIC ANISOTROPY AND CRYSTALLOGRAPHIC TEXTURE EVOLUTION DURING PRODUCTION OF SHEETS FROM COMMERCIAL ALUMINUM

Grechnikov F.V., Erisov Y.A., Surudin S.V., Petrov I.N.

Abstract

The paper establishes a relationship between the indicators of plastic anisotropy (coefficient of transverse deformation) and the parameters of the structure of the material. It was also investigated the change of crystallography of the structure and anisotropy parameters on the example of rolling of commercial aluminum Al99. In general, the results of studies indicate a fairly good convergence of the calculated and experimental data, therefore the developed models of plastic flow of anisotropic material, taking into account the crystallographic orientation of the structure, adequately describe the anisotropy of the deformation characteristics of sheet materials. Crystallographic orientations contributing to an increase in the coefficients of transverse deformation are established and also leads to the creation of transverse isotropy. The conducted studies confirm the principal possibility of forming a given crystallographic structure in the sheets which provides an increase in the deformation capabilities of the material in the molding process.

Komyakov A.A.

Abstract

The paper presents the methodology of the organization of resource-saving production systems in railway transport. A description of the existing approaches to the organization of the energy management process in Russian Railways is given. The analysis of their compliance with the ISO 50001 is presented, the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods are analyzed. The basic principles of the proposed methodology are formulated and six stages of its implementation are presented, including the study of factors affecting the use of fuel and energy resources; the study of mathematical models of the use of fuel and energy resources; ensuring effective regulation and forecasting of fuel and energy resources consumption and tasks for saving fuel and energy resources; development of scientific and methodological principles for evaluating the effectiveness of energy-saving devices on railway transport; development of the scientific foundations of a strategy for the development a resource-saving production system in railway transport; development of improved methods and tools for monitoring the use of fuel and energy resources in production processes. The proposed solutions were tested at existing railway transport facilities, the results of which showed that the implementation of the methodology improves the efficiency of operation and the quality of organization of resource-saving production systems in railway transport. In particular, the use of machine learning methods allows to increase the accuracy of mathematical models of using fuel and energy resources up to 1.8 times, the resulting discrepancy between the results of predicting the consumption of fuel and energy resources and experimental data does not exceed 5 %, and the proposed patented technical and software solutions can be used to monitoring the fuel and energy consumption. On the basis of the obtained results, a number of regulatory documents of Russian Railways have been developed, which are implemented on the railway network and are used in organization of resource-saving production systems in railway transport.

ADAPTING QUALITY MANAGEMENT METHODS

Tveryakov A.M.

Abstract

The purpose of adaptation of methods is to increase the effectiveness of quality management methods. Any method of quality management without appropriate adaptation to a specific production situation may be ineffective. This is due to the fact that in manuals and articles, authors demonstrate a well-known practice of applying methods. However, it is impossible to develop a model or method for applying a method suitable for everyone. Therefore, before applying the method, it is necessary to adapt it to specific production conditions. Modified Lotka-Volterra models are considered to study the interaction of several competing quality management methods. For a comprehensive analysis of product quality, it is proposed to combine Quality Function Deployment Methods (QFD) and FMEA. QFD analyzes identify consumer requirements for products. Subsequent use of FMEA identifies potential inconsistencies that may arise in the design and manufacture of products, establish their causes and consequences, and calculate the priority risk for each product characteristic.

INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE GRINDING WHEEL EDITING PROCESS ON THE PROCESS PERFORMANCE

Grishin R.G., Salova D.P., Salov P.M.

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the impact of circle editing methods on the performance of the process. The main parameters of the grinding wheel profile depending on the editing methods are considered. The method of constructing the envelope of a single profile of the surface roughness, which was determined by the following parameters: the average height of roughness, average step of roughness of the profile vertices that fall in a given interval between two diametrical sections; maximum height of roughness profile, hmax; the relative reference length of the profile, as well as the dimensionless criterion .It is established that the higher value of the criterion characterizes the greater cutting capacity of the circle, which depends on the method of editing the circle. The paper considered 3 methods of editing: - running in circles 14A-12-ST1-K7; turning with a diamond pencil C3 and grinding circles 14A-12-ST1-K7. Studies have shown that the maximum performance is obtained when editing by running-in with a diamond pencil.

Barsegyan N.V., Shinkevich A.I.

Abstract

In the conditions of modern technological structure, domestic industrial enterprises are focused on resource-saving organization of production, which can provide increased competitiveness and high economic efficiency. The need to restructure the organizational structure of management of industrial enterprises in accordance with development strategies in changing conditions on a scientific basis, the transition to new management standards determine the importance and relevance of the study. The design of the organizational management structure should be based on the company’s strategy. The article discusses the features of development strategies of petrochemical enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan. The directions of reforming the organizational structure of management are considered, first of all, from the point of view of the nature of production. In this regard, we consider a functional model of the production structure of a petrochemical enterprise (for example, JSC “KVART”) by modeling based on the IDEF0 methodology. In order to achieve the strategic goal of actively developing new types of competitive products, it is proposed to design a project management center within the existing linear-functional organizational structure of enterprise management, which will ensure efficient resource allocation and improve the quality of innovative projects, strengthening its position in the Russian and foreign markets as a reliable supplier of rubber technical products.

Barsegyan N.V.

Abstract

In the conditions of constantly growing technological and digital efficiency gap between domestic and foreign manufacturers, the problem of stimulating the sustainable development of the domestic industrial industry is becoming more and more urgent. The issue of optimization of organizational management structures is becoming one of the strategic tasks for the modern stage of development of the petrochemical industry, which requires solutions. A well-structured management structure based on a lean development strategy has a significant impact on improving the innovative level of industrial enterprises, since this process provides incentives for continuous improvement of enterprises ' activities and increasing their efficiency, which can be implemented through the introduction of lean production systems. When implementing a lean production system, it is effective to build a value stream (which is the main goal of implementing a lean production system) based on a project approach to management, taking into account the involvement of personnel. Within the framework of the research, a model of lean production system is proposed for domestic industrial enterprises as an integration of the activities of strategic management systems, production organization and personnel training, which is formed on the basis of foreign and domestic experience in project management and improving the organization of production processes. In order to guarantee the successful implementation of methods, tools and principles of the lean concept, it is proposed to create a lean enterprise management structure based on the achievements of the digital economy, and focused on managing value streams.

RESEARCH OF THE INFLUENCE OF CRYSTALLOGRAPHIC TEXTURE ON THE FORMING LIMIT CURVES OF BLANKS

Erisov Y.A., Grechnikov F.V., Surudin S.V., Razzhivin V.A.

Abstract

In technological calculations of the forming processes of parts of aircraft, engines and other mechanical engineering products, the relations of the plasticity theory based on the phenomenological approach and the hypothesis of a continuous (structureless) medium, which does not include crystallographic texture parameters and crystal lattice constants, are still used. Consequently, there is no basis for a direct analysis of the formability of textured materials in specific technological operations, and most importantly, for the calculation and design of texture components effective for forming performance. The article provides a theoretical calculation of the forming limit curves (FLС) based on the modified maximum force of P. Hora and the yield criteria, which explicitly takes into account the lattice constants and orientation factors of the texture. Using the obtained model for the basic ideal crystallographic orientations characteristic for materials with a cubic crystal lattice, the forming limit curves of ultimate strains are plotted.
