Shape transformation of heterogeneous self-organizing system in response to external inluence
Abstract
A method for synthesis of systems capable to change their forms in responses to external influence is proposed on the basis of a dynamic system of an arbitrary dimension. The model is defined via the set of categorized points on the Euclidean plane and the system dynamics is defined by the potential function, which combines an elastic loop and a self-organizing form with memory. It is shown that the designed system obtains one of the memorized forms under the external influence defined by the set of categorized points, while the subset of system points interconnects with the corresponding subset of external points if their categories matches.

Self-adapting control algorithm in relay systems with variable hysteresis
Abstract
In the article authors suggest adaptive algorithm in relay system with variable hysteresis, which provides oscillation amplitude stabilization and symmetry relative to given set point in the conditions of assymetrical restriction on a control and permanent perturbations.

Optimization of the hub airport transportations service system parameters on the basis of the numerical integration of Kolmogorov equations
Abstract
In article the opportunity of use of the approach which is based on a numerical integration of a large system of Kolmogorov equations to solve a problem of optimization of the hub airport transportations service system parameters with essentially non-stationary entering airliners and passengers flows is shown. Ontology-based approach to the building of heterogeneous modeling environment
Abstract
The paper investigates the problem of integration of heterogeneous knowledge in computer-based modeling of complex systems. For solving this problem, it is proposed to use ontology-based approach, which implements in technological terms the common experience of determining the composition and interrelations of main stages of the process of real world modeling and analysis. The paper proposes and analyses the elements of the modeling environment, which act as various pieces of knowledge, all the possible variants of multimodel structures, arising from solving practical tasks, principles of controlling heterogeneous elements of modeling environment, conceptual metamodels for description and interaction of modeling environment elements.

Algorithmization of normalization process for metrological characteristics of technical means of timekeeping

The problems of algorithmization of normalization process for metrological characteristics of technical means of timekeeping are discussed in this article. An algorithm is presented. The algorithm allows to determine the number of metrological characteristics of technical means of timekeeping to be normalized and to establish appropriate allowances for them to ensure saving of metrological characteristics error settings on a given confidence probability level.

The processes of forming of shock waves at a shot and passing of bullet with supersonic speed and change of intensity of shock waves are considered . Production of biocompatible porous materials based on titanium monoborid by SHS
Abstract
A method is presented for production biocompatible porous materials on the base titanium by SHS process using additives increasing the exothermicity of the initial charge. The microstructure, chemical and phase compositions are investigated, as well as the main characteristics of strength and porosity of the synthesized porous material. Results of investigation on the biocompatibility are show.

An algorithm of accounting for partial failures for computing of strucural reliability of electrical network
Abstract
The article presets basics and first results of implementation of the accounting algorithm for partial failures for computing of structural reliability of electrical networks. Application of the steady state mode computing of structural reliability indices computing allows to make more exact estimation of structural properties of the considered electrical network, that allows to define more precisely a damage from an energy undersupply. In the attempt to make offered algorithm suitable for big dimension systems, it is necessary to receive quickly a power flow estimation in a network. In this case estimated methods and the models forge, that allow to receive the decision with some error, but with small estimated time and with small expenses for preliminary processing of the initial data.

The static bending moment of the axial electromagnetic bearing at unilateral displacement of the rotor in the radial bearing
Abstract
In article calculation of influence of the static bending torque of the axial electromagnetic bearing for work of radial bearings at unilateral angular displacement of a rotor is presented. Calculating formulas for definition of reactions of radial bearings for bending torque are presented. Recommendations about decrease in the destabilizing bending torque are made.

Synthesis of modal control system of oil multisection heater
Abstract
A problem of synthesis of modal control system of an object with the distributed parameters is considered. An induction heater of an oil flow is used as a control plant. There are taking into account restrictions of spatial configuration of heat sources. A problem of temperature maintenance in the heater wall at maximum allowable level is solved. The oil flow temperature distribution is considered as a disturbance. Simulation results of created system are mentioned.

Identification of spatial distribution of internal heat sources in the inverse problem of thermal conductivity
Abstract
Identification of inside heat emission function is considered. Inverse heat conductivity problem be stated as an optimal control of object with distributed parameters under the restrictions of the set of control actions to the class of continuous and continuously differentiable functions. The problem reduces to a nonsmooth problem of mathematical programming, and solution is based on the special alternance method.

Specificity of state observer design for identification of physicochemical properties of oil fractions by atmospherie-vacuum distillation unit

Methods improvement of shaped charges for perforation oil and gas wells
Abstract
The results of studies aimed at creating a shaped charge for perforation wells with increased penetration in the shape lining which is different from classical axisymmetric. The design of shaped charges to ensure the creation of perforating channels with a larger size inlet opening area and volume. It is shown that the increased efficiency of the cone-linear and lengthened shaped charges, and charges with combined and multi-layer lining.
