Abstract
The place of cost estimation in the set of designing and operation processes for engineering systems is discussed. The function formation characteristics of the value appraisal involved in interpreting the results of this evaluation are given. A variety of options for the relationship between the function of the value appraisal and cost limits that affect the purchasing of system components is shown.

Auction model in the problem of active programmes management interacting in the form of P2P model

Abstract
The paper describes one of the possible models of interaction management of active software components in the P2P network of the enterprise. It is proposed to study the problem of resource allocation using Auction model enhanced by the opportunity to manage the Auction process changing its dynamical characteristics. The approach shows that the introduction of delays and accelerations allows to increase the efficiency scheduling solutions.

Three-dimensional control synthesis for induction heating process stabilization

Abstract
This article discusses the problem of stitching strips of images obtained by scanning the scene using multimatrix optoelectronic converters A method of correcting the calculated parameters of stitching of adjacent strips of images to a large extent takes into account the geometric (holonomic) features of the relative position of CCD in the multimatrix optical-electronic converters. The computation of parameters of matching is done directly from the images without using data on the orientation of the optical system with respect to the source of images.

Abstract
The experimental electrical hydromechanical stand simulating a three-dimensional hydraulic paddle gear of a ship lock is discussed. The stand control system is described. The experimental results data are given. A method for the combined control of the three-dimensional hydraulic paddle gear is proposed which reduces shock loads on the ship lock equipment and increases the efficiency of the hydraulic system.

Abstract
The article discusses the results obtained in the study of dissipative properties of synthetic mineral alloys. It has been found that synthetic mineral alloys have a high potential for dissipation of mechanical energy generated during collision with projectiles. Mechanical energy is converted into wave energy, and then much of it is used to make structural changes in the material which end in its self-destruction, the rest of the energy being transformed into heat. Therefore synthetic mineral alloys can serve as passive armor protection.

The influence of roller strengthening on the endurance limit of samples with a pressurized hub

Abstract
The roller strengthening influence on the endurance limit during bending of 25 mm diameter samples of steels 20 and 40Х with pressurized hub is experimentally researched. It has been found that roller strengthening increases the endurance limit considerably, especially of 40Х steel samples. The estimate of surface strengthening influence on the endurance limit by means of the residual stress criterion on the surface, and average residual stresses has shown that to forecast increasing the endurance limit of strengthened samples with a pressurized hub can be recommended to use the average residual criterion.

Abstract
Calculation-experimental method investigated residual stresses in the plane of polycrystalline samples of alloy EP742, after grinding, ultrasonic hardening and thermal exposition (temperature exposure without load at T=650 °C). Revealed regularities of distribution of residual stresses through the thickness of the surface layer of the samples. It is shown that in times termal exposition reduces the level of compressive residual stresses and produces a shift of the maximum depth of the sample. The effect of residual stress fields and termal exposition an increment in the fatigue limit.

Abstract
The interrelated electromagnetic and thermal processes in an "inductor-cylindrical workpiece" system during heating in a three-phase inductor with a rotating magnetic field are investigated. The calculation method features due to the physically inhomogeneous structure of the heating system, the complex nature of heat transfer between the system elements and the presence of nonlinearities are marked. The numerical calculation results for electromagnetic and thermal fields in a heated workpiece and in components of an induction heating system are presented.

Distance protection impedance-measuring unit response to a short circuit is analyzed by means of fault impedance taking into account possible differences between magnitudes and phase angles of equivalent voltages of the sources on overhead line ends. Synthesis of the finite regulator for the control system by the electromagnetic bearing

The regulator providing the finite control by the electromagnetic bearing is synthesized. It is shown that application such a regulator provides the transients which are coming to an end for five steps.
