Integrated assessment of the machine-building production operational calendar plan

The paper introduces several indices for the integrated operational and calendar production plan assessment: deviation from the resource management uniformity, rhythmicality coefficient, duration of one revolution of labor costs, need for operating assets. Analitical identification of spatiotemporal control in the inverse thermal conductivity problems on the basis of modal description

Abstract
The problem of identification of the spatiotemporal function of internal heat sources in the inverse thermal conductivity problem is solved. Representation of the control action is based on the modal description in the form of the infinite expansion in terms of orthogonal system of eigenfunctions; the coefficients of this series are temporary modes. Searching for the desired control is reduced to the independent identification of restricted set of temporary modes, linear combination of which provides the approximation of the specified temperature state.

Raw material placing management on processing plant

The paper deals with the problems of ensuring the complete raw material processing in terms of its preliminarily placing at the purveyance stage. The paper gives the theoretical substantiation of the strategy of rational placing of incoming raw material batches at the plant storage facility. Determination of fracture toughness of small-size chevron-notched specimens with ultra-fine grain structure

Abstract
A new method for determining crack toughness of materials is described based on test data of small-size chevron-notched specimens in terms of commercial titanium BT1-0 and titanium alloy BT6 with ultra-fine grain (UFG) structure, obtained by methods of severe plastic deformation (SPD). A problem of separating a part, connected with variations in specimen ductility under crack propagation, of the total displacement of load application point, is solved. Equations to calculate specific fracture energy are obtained. The calculated values of stress intensity factor K Ic are in good agreement with known test data of standard specimens.

Mathematical model of the electric arc
