Risk analysis method for ensuring the safety of industrial enterprises
Abstract
A method of risk analysis while ensuring the safety of an industrial enterprise is offered. The method in question is based on the probabilistic approach in risk assessment, and the use of statistical data on failures of system and sub-system components, both technical and physical. The proposed method uses the graph theory, i. e. drawing fault and event trees.

Uniqueness estimation technique of the electronic map's fragments based on the fuzzy logic
Abstract
Uniqueness estimation technique of the electronic geographical chart's fragments is considered. The technique uses uniqueness of the mean square deviation of mapping contours of objects on a chart as а description of thechart's fragment uniqueness. The mean square deviation is calculated on the basis of the classical linear regression. Feasibility of using additional characteristics for the estimation of uniqueness of electronic chart's fragments is shown. It is offered an approach to the uniqueness estimation of the electronic chart's fragments based on an application of a fuzzy linear regression with an asymmetrical triangular accessory function, which provides an execution of more exact differentiation of electronic chart's fragments by means of introduction of additional characteristics of uniqueness. The mapping technique of unique electronic chart's fragments is offered. The mapping technique uses fuzzy measures of similarity of objects contours on the chart.

Performance analysis of dynamics research by generalized ranking (Part 1 - Forecast)
Abstract
The paper deals with the analysis of the dynamics of the efficiency of scientific research based on the generalized method of ranking - Data Envelopment Analysis. In this article the results of multicriteria estimation of the efficiency of the dynamics of scientific research on the example forecasts of scientific studies on priority directions of modernization of the Russian economy. The materials presented in two parts: the first part addressed issues of forecasting performance of scientific research, in the second - a generalized ranking performance.

Synthesis and research of pvd-coatings obtained using multicomponent SHS-pressed cathode based system Ti-B-Si
Abstract
The results of studies of the properties of PVD-coatings obtained using multicomponent cathodes of 40% TiB +40% Ti 5Si 3 +20% Ti and 30% TiB +50% Ti 5Si 3 +20% Ti on the "Union" and "HHB-6.6" in compared with the base coating TiN. It is shown that the combined properties of the coatings obtained using multicomponent cathodes on the "HHB-6.6" outperform similar coatings obtained at the "Union".

Continuum model of elastic properties of isotropic porous materials with empirical functions of porosity
Abstract
The continuum model of isotropic elastic modules of porous materials was considered. This model is used as the calculated dependences of the empirical function of porosity for one-dimensional phenomenological models. According to the results of approximation phenomenological models which most accurately describe the experimental data for metallic and ceramic porous materials were determined. The proposed continuum model allows to calculate the others modules of elasticity by using the known dependence between porosity and modulus of elasticity.

The problem of cylindrical specimen surface layer stress-strain state evaluation after surface plastic hardening and following heating is investigated. Mathematical analysis of automated process of the cylindrical details assemble
Abstract
The vertical scheme of assembly of cylindrical details, during which one of them is fixed, and the other one moves, leaned on the edge of the other one, was analyzed. The fundamental laws of their matching were established. The trajectories and the velocities of the points located on the moving detail surface were determined. The equations of the centrodes rigidly connected to the details were obtained. The method of the calculation of the minimal assembling forces was proposed. The method of calculations of the range of minimal values of the forces both assembling and preventing from the assembling the details was proposed.

Performance analysis of properties of powertransformers with a core of amorphous materials and protection them using surge arresters

This paper was supported by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation (state contract 14.516.11.0111 from 14.10.2013 y.).It describes the foreign operating experience and design features of amorphous magnetic circuit transformers. The feasibility of their use in the distribution networks of the Russian Federation is stated. The results of the simulations to replace traditional transformers with amorphous-steel cor transformers are presented. The necessity to improve overvoltage protection by means of surge arresters is pointed out.

Abstract
For the high-safety instant action electric blasting cap (BC-I-HS) with no primary explosives in construction the application of the inner cant in the axis channel of the metal cylindrical confinement (MCC) was offered. It was experimentally proved that the application of the MCC with the cant can improve the efficiency of the BC-I-HS. This improvement makes it possible to use more nonhazardous high explosives than the RDX as the main charge of the BC-I-HS.

Initiation of detonation by collisional waves in fill-up and water-filled industrial cyclonite
Abstract
The paper deals with the detonation of fill-up and water-filled industrial cyclonite. The critical diameter and pressure for the initiation of industrial cyclonite detonation have been determined. It is shown that these parameters are almost identical to those of crystallized RDX, a slight change in sensibility being due to air inclusions in the RDX grains .

The solution describes the methods of synthesis the communicating mobile robot capable to memorize and restore configuration on the plane. Configuration sets the coordinates of the robots. Population of robots dynamics sets nonlinear differential equations in complex numbers. Achieved design and physical parameter modeling system of mobile robots with ultrasonic navigation system that implements the connection between the individual robots and obtained preliminary estimates using such a navigation system for the synthesis of mobile robots with multiple memory configurations.
