Authors execute complex ophthalmologic inspection of professional users of personal computers about one working day with the subsequent carrying out of a course of complex physiotherapeutic stimulation of an organ of vision on the basis of application local barotherapy and low-energy laser radiation. Received кesults testify to occurrence of the specific subjective and objective semiology treated in the form of a computer visual syndrome, connected, first of all, with infringements in sensor department of the visual analyzer. Carrying out of a course of physiotherapeutic stimulation of an organ of vision is accompanied by increase (on the average on 5,2%, p <0,01) frequency-contrast characteristics of visual system especially on low and high spatial frequencies, and also decrease (on 10,1%, p <0,01) thresholds light sensitivity. Preventive maintenance and correction of functional visual infringements at persons with the phenomena of a computer visual syndrome should be carried out in a complex taking into account carrying out of the sanitary-and-hygienic in work sanitary-and-hygienic, mediko-technical and is functional-stimulating methods.

Razumovsky of Russian Health Service While electroneuromyografic research the tibial and fibular nerves were stimulated in patients with chronic dystrophic diseases of vulva and benign tumors of urethra. The rate of impulse conduction and M-response range of tibial and fibular nerves, the rate of impulse conduction through L5-S1 spinal roots and antidromic responses of motoneurons (F-wave) L5- S1 were recorded. According to the revealed disorders the presence of segmental disorders and alterations from peripheral nervous system were discussed. Performed researches allow to suppose that alterations from peripheral nervous system leading to neurotrophic alterations of external genital organs and external urethral opening are one of the aetiologic factors of dystrophic diseases of vulva and urethral polyp development.

The investigation of intestinal microflora in 82 people from various ecologo-biological zones of permanent residence was carried on and experimental modeling on 30 laboratory nonlinear rats was carried out. Normal indices of intestinal microflora were revealed within the bounds of ecologo-biological optimum both in native practically healthy residents and in animals having water and dietary intake of the given zone. On the contrary, in the majority of examined (80%) native practically healthy residents of ecologo-biological disasters zone dysbacteriosis of III and IV degrees with marked colonizing resistance of conditioned pathogenic and hemolytic staphylococcal microflora due to the numbers increase of colon bacilli with decreased enzymatic activity was revealed. Taking into account conditions of ecologo-biological disasters, the specific character of influence of anomalously unregulated levels and correlations of macro- and trace elements on colonizing resistance of intestinal microflora of the examined was revealed. Thus, normal, physiological indices of intestinal colonizing resistance of practically healthy residents and experimental animals are being formed by taking drinking water and foodstuffs from the zone of ecologo- biological optimum. The results of the carried on investigations allow suggesting the direct influence of macro- and trace elements content of water and dietary intake on regulation of species content of intestinal automicroflora.

46 patients (20 men and 26 women) at the age from 22 till 64 years which have had an ischemic stroke in the basin of the middle cerebral artery , 5 days from a debut of disease were surveyed. Patients were divided into two homogeneous groups depending on the maintenance of a medical complex: group I basic (n=26), group II control (n=20). All the patients spent the standardized regenerative treatment (medicamental therapy, physiotherapy exercises, massage) with including to it the exercises on robotized system "Erigo" and "Lokomat". In addition the patients from group I (basic) during the exercises on system "Erigo" and "Lokomat" received translingual electrical stimulation from apparatus BrainPortBalanceDevice. Patients of group II received complex treatment without translingual stimulations and were the control group. Mobilization on complex apparatus "Erigo" was spent under the scheme: daily for 20 minutes within 14 days. After verticalization groups underwent training on the robotic complex "Lokomat" for 4 weeks to 30 minutes daily. Translingual stimulation at patients of the basic group was held from apparatus BrainPortBalanceDevice during all rehabilitation course, to patients of control group - without. For an estimation of rehabilitational actions 6 mark scale of degree of a paresis, a scale of a stroke of national institute of health, an index of walking of Hauzera was used. Analyzing the received results, it is possible to assume that method including translingual stimulations in programs of complex after treatment improves restoration of function of walking at patients with a cerebral stroke.

Complex surgical and medical therapy was used for 40 patients with lower limb variceal disease 2nd and 3 rd form (segmental and disseminated varices with reflux through the superficial and perforant veins) and chronic venous insufficiency stage 1 (according to the Russian classification). While preserving the radicality, these interventions yield favorite esthetical results, reduse the time of postoperative recovery and disability, thus, appear to be cost effective.

The offered complex of physical activities and observance of a rule of employment, has allowed to reduce clinical symptoms of disease, and also to reduce a dose of applied basic medicamentous therapy at sick of an arterial hypertensia.
